淡水白鲳鱼肉蛋白质的营养评价

采用色谱法对淡水白鲳鱼肉氨基酸组成和含量进行分析,并用化学计分法对其蛋白质作营养学评价。结果表明淡水白鲳的蛋白质营养价值较高,必需氨基酸的组成比例适合人体需要。尤其对于婴幼儿和学龄儿童是一种具有优质蛋白质营养的食物。     

气相色谱法测定马齿苋中的EPA和DHA

本文采用气相色谱法测定马齿苋中的ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ。用ＦＩＤ检测器检测定量。方法检测限：ＥＰＡ为９．６×１０＾－１０ｇ;ＤＨＡ为６．８×１０＾－９ｇ。相对标准偏差：ＥＰＡ为１．８７％;ＤＨＡ为３．６６％。平均回收率：ＥＰＡ为９８．１％,ＤＨＡ为９６．２２％。     

Characterization of cocrystals formed by grinding amino acids through terahertz time-domain spectroscopy

In this paper,we used terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)over a range of 0.3–2.5 THz to investigate the formation of solid-state cocrystals of amino acids,formed by grinding mixtures of two different kinds of amino acids.For comparison,we prepared dual-layer samples,combined by pressing two single-component pellets together without grinding.In the ground-mixture samples,some extra absorption peaks appeared,different from the characteristic peaks of the pure components,but these peaks did not appear in the dual-layer samples.Thus,these extra absorption peaks in the THz range are unique features of cocrystals.From our results,we believe that THz-TDS is a promising technique to characterize cocrystals.     

Acid condensation and heat transfer characteristics on H-type fin surface with bleeding dimples and longitudinal vortex generators

Acid condensation rate is an important factor denoting the acid corrosion, and the reduction of the acid condensation can significantly relieve the acid corrosive effect on the wall surface and improve the security of the equipments. In this study, the characteristics of both heat transfer and acid condensation of the finned tube in heat exchanger were numerically studied. In the numerical model, we simulated the acid condensation by considering the vapor-liquid equilibrium effect and multi-component diffusion effect. Based on the H-type finned oval tube, we proposed three novel types of fins to both enhance the heat transfer and reduce the acid condensation. The parametric effects of gas temperature, acid vapor concentration, water vapor concentration, and Reynolds number were investi- gated on different fin structures. The results show that the tube bank with the new structured fins can improve the performance on both heat transfer and acid anticondensation.     

多种因素下的滤失速度计算模型

本文在研究前人大量滤饼试验结果的基础上提出了一种更加精确的滤失速度计算模型。该模型考虑了裂缝中流体滤失的三个区(滤饼、侵入、油藏)的真实压降、流体拈度、缝中剪切速度、侵入区前沿移动等多种因素的影响。该模型可用于水力压裂、前置液酸压设计中滤失速度的计算。     

暂堵酸化试验研究

本文提供了一种暂堵剂酸化试验研究方法。对暂堵剂的油溶性、粒度分布及在酸液中的稳定性和暂堵剂与酸液的配伍性进行了试验分析,采用特殊设计的暂堵酸化试验仪器,分别研究了暂堵剂对岩芯的暂堵效率,在产出液中解堵效率,及不同渗透率岩芯的暂堵分流效率．模拟实际酸化过程的注酸顺序,进行了暂堵酸化试验研究。结果表明,采用DZ-1暂堵齐,其油溶性好,在酸液中表现为惰性,与酸液及添加剂配伍性好,并联岩芯酸化时能有效地暂堵分流,使低渗透岩芯吸酸量增大,均匀改善了各不同渗透性岩芯的最终渗透率,提高了酸化效果。结果分析表明,采用暂堵剂酸化技术可有效地解决渗透率差异较大的多层油藏均匀吸酸,均匀解堵问题,而无需进行其它分层措施,是一项值得推广的砂岩酸化新技术。

通过比较目前已有的一百多种稀土氨基酸配合物的合成实验,归纳了其合成方法,并初步总结了稀土氨基酸配合物在农药、肥料、茶菌剂、荧光等方面的应用。

B2O3对磁铁矿烧结过程铁酸钙形成的影响

研究了磁铁矿烧结过程初期液相的形成及加入Ｂ２Ｏ３ 对铁酸钙生成的影响。在磁铁矿烧结过程中,初期液相形成于ＦｅＯｎ－ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２系;ＣａＯ溶解于ＦｅＯｎ－ＣａＯ－ＳｉＯ２ 系初期液相,饱和时析出２ＣａＯ·ＳｉＯ２（Ｃ２Ｓ）。在冷却带,由液相中进一步析出Ｃ２Ｓ,同时析出铁酸钙。加入含硼物质可增加铁酸钙的生成量,减少硅酸钙的生成量。     

固体酸催化剂催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯

采用以沸石分子筛作载体的固体酸催化剂,在釜式反应器内对苯酐和正丁醇的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性．结果表明,在组成适宜的催化剂和适当的反应条件下,苯酐转化率可达 ９８％ , Ｄ Ｂ Ｐ选择性可达 １００％ ,且催化剂可重复多次使用．催化剂的结构和酸性由骨架红外、 Ｘ Ｒ Ｄ、吡啶 Ｉ Ｒ、 Ｎ Ｈ３ Ｔ Ｐ Ｄ 等技术表征
