Web software reliability modeling with random impulsive shocks

As the web-server based business is rapidly developed and popularized, how to evaluate and improve the reliability of web-servers has been extremely important. Although a large num- ber of software reliability growth models （SRGMs）, including those combined with multiple change-points （CPs）, have been available, these conventional SRGMs cannot be directly applied to web soft- ware reliability analysis because of the complex web operational profile. To characterize the web operational profile precisely, it should be realized that the workload of a web server is normally non-homogeneous and often observed with the pattern of random impulsive shocks. A web software reliability model with random im- pulsive shocks and its statistical analysis method are developed. In the proposed model, the web server workload is characterized by a geometric Brownian motion process. Based on a real data set from IIS server logs of ICRMS website （www.icrms.cn）, the proposed model is demonstrated to be powerful for estimating impulsive shocks and web software reliability.

Task scheduling for multi-electro-magnetic detection satellite with a combined algorithm

Task scheduling for electro-magnetic detection satellite is a typical combinatorial optimization problem. The count of constraints that need to be taken into account is of large scale. An algorithm combined integer programming with constraint programming is presented. This algorithm is deployed in this problem through two steps. The first step is to decompose the original problem into master and sub-problem using the logic-based Benders decomposition; then a circus combines master and sub-problem solving process together, and the connection between them is general Benders cut. This hybrid algorithm is tested by a set of derived experiments. The result is compared with corresponding outcomes generated by the strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm and the pure constraint programming solver--GECODE, which is an open source software. These tests and comparisons yield promising effect.     

微弹射击将大麦黄矮病毒外壳蛋白基因转入小麦获可育植株

以小麦品种济南１７７、３８４、４７１的幼胚和济南１７７的胚性愈伤组织为材料，质粒为ｐＰＰＩ２［含大麦黄矮病毒外壳蛋白（ＣＰ）基因和ＧＵＳ（β－葡萄糖苷酸酶）基因］；ｐＰＰＩ５（含ＣＰ基因）＋ｐＥｍｕＧＮ（含ＧＵＳ基因），用高速基因枪轰击钨粉质粒进入幼胚和胚性愈伤组织细胞．ＧＵＳ基因的瞬间表达平均频率幼胚约为４２％，愈伤组织为１８．５％．转化处理后用ＰＣＲ扩增技术检测植株中ＣＰ基因是否存在并稳定遗传．检测结果表明，来源于幼胚的Ｔ０代转化频率为２～９％（１９９３～１９９４年），并获得Ｔ１、Ｔ２和Ｔ３代稳定表达的转化植株．用愈伤组织转化，其转化频率３月龄者为０．４％；２年龄者为零．潮霉素（Ｈｍ）用于对转化幼胚和愈伤组织的筛选，低浓度时不能抑制非转化细胞的生长，高浓度则使细胞受伤害，不能再生正常健壮的植株     

模拟文物铸铁的阴极保护

在模拟的文物铸铁上，研究已生成较厚锈层的带锈铸铁在３．５％ＮａＣｌ溶液中阴极保护的可能性和可行性，并确定最佳保护参数。结果表明，带锈铸铁的阴极保护是可行的；在本体系中最佳保护电位范围是－９００～－１０００ｍＶ（ＳＣＥ）；当保护电位比－１１００ｍＶ（ＳＣＥ）更负时，保护效率将显著降低。     

间甲酚紫-DNA体系共振光散射法测定DNA

建立了溴代十六烷基吡啶（CPB）存在下，用间甲酚紫（CP）为探针测定核酸的新方法，在HMTA－HCl缓冲溶液（pH=4.5）中，DNA的加入使CP－CPB体系的共振光散射（RLS）增强，此RLS信号与DNA浓度成正比,fsDNA和ctDNA的线性范围分别为0．1－20μg/mL和0．1－50μg/mL，检出限分别为10ng/mL和26ng/mL。     

长叶车前花叶病毒上海株(RMVsh)外壳蛋白基因的克隆、序列分析及原核表达

长叶车前花叶病毒上海分离株（RMVsh)是从上海郊区的青菜（Brassica chinensis)上分离鉴定的，以提纯的病毒为材料，SDS－酚法纯化的基因组RNA作为模板，通过RT－PCR方法克服了该病毒的外壳蛋白基因（CP），DNA序列测定结果表明，外壳蛋白基因全长474个碱基，编码157个氨基酸，将CP基因插入原核表达载体pBAD/His-C中，转化E.coli Top10后，诱导表达，经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析呈－特异性的蛋白条带，Western blot检测表明，表达产物与RMVsh抗血清呈阳性反应，RMVsh CP基因的核苷酸序列及氨基酸序列与烟草花叶病毒属中其他能侵染十字花科作物的成员相比，同源率分别为83．5％－98．9％和87．9％－99．4％，并讨论了RMVsh的分类地位为烟草花叶病毒属侵染十字花科植物2个亚组中的第一亚组的代表。
