武夷山土壤资源的利用与保护

土壤是农业资源中的重要组成部分，土壤的发育受到地势地貌、母岩母质、气候、植被及人为因素的影响．武夷山土壤分异显著，成土过程以红壤化作用为主，土壤类型多种多样．以林地土壤为主，耕地质量不高．合理开发和利用土壤资源，必须遵循自然发展的客观规律，保护耕地资源，稳定粮食播种面积，精耕细作，增加覆被度，改善土壤，控制林木的采代量和草壤的载蓄量，引进先进的农业科学技术，促进农业生产的可持续发展．     

纳米催化剂KF/Al2O3制备条件的正交设计与优化

采用正交设计法优化了浸渍法制备固体超强碱KF/Al2O3催化剂工艺参数.以丙烯腈和丙二酸二乙酯的Michael加成反应收率为考察指标,对催化剂制备工艺进行优化,并采用SPSS统计软件包对制备工艺参数进行多元回归统计,并根据回归拟合的多项式数学模型,讨论了浸渍法制备的较佳工艺.     

无熔深堆焊铜熔池图像视觉检测方法研究

在分析了视觉法检测熔池的取像机理和钨极氩弧焊（TIG焊）电弧光谱的基础上,提出了近红外波段取像铜熔池的思路,并设计出基于不同取像机理的多种复合窄带滤光系统.采用普通电荷耦合（CCD）传感器从正面拍摄了铜熔池,并对不同观察窗口下的取像结果进行比较分析,找到了相对较佳、可获得较清晰的铜熔池图像的取像窗口.最后分析了TIG焊铜熔池图像的特征,并与TIG焊钢熔池图像比较后发现：在近红外波段,铜熔池比钢熔池难于获得清晰的图像.     

3G的鲜花

直观地看,前年的各类通信设备展还是一个3G手机终端的大秀场,去年的一些通信设备展览则已经成为ICT(信息通信技术)的展示场所,各个厂商和运营商都更愿意拿出压箱底的技术和设备来吸引参观者, CDMA1x的准3G业务、GPRS增强型业务等推广,让2.5G、2.75G业务锋芒毕现,种种迹象表明,3G之花似乎有可能在今年绽放。     

A Novel Degradation Pathway of Zn（dmid） （ phen）2 in Pyridine

The light-oxidation degradation processes of Zn(dmid)(phen)2(dmid = 4, 5-dimercapto-1,3-dithiole-2 one, phen = 1,10-phenanthroaline) in pyridine solvent has been monitored, h has been found under the light, dmid^2- of Zn(dmid)(phen)2 in pyridine solution could generate NCS^- and NCS^-replaces dmid^2- to form Zn(NCS)2 (phen)2 simultaneously. The crystal structure of Zn(NCS)2 (phen)2 has been determined. In the crystal of Zn(NCS)2 (phen)2. two NCS^- ligands are arranged in syn-configuration, and there is strong π-π interaction between the two adjacent parallel phen.     

Stereo- and regio-selectivity in the photosensitized dimerization of 1, 3-dimethylthymine in solution

The effects of reaction pathway and temperature on stereo- and regio-selectivity of photocycloaddition of 1, 3-dimethylthymine (DMT) which gives four cyclobutane type dimers in solution using acetone as the photosensitizer, are investigated by measuring the product distribution. It is demonstrated that the ground-state aggregation between DMT molecules mainly leads to (h-t)dimers, and the diffusion-controlled triplet dimerization is favorable to the formation of (h-h) dimers.     

A template of rat brain based on fMRI T*2 imaging

The development of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology has made it possible to carry out functional brain imaging experiments in small animals. Usually, group data is required to form the assessment of population, which can not only increase the sensitivity of the overall experiment, but also allow the generalization of the conclusion to the whole population. In order to average the signals of functional brain images from different subjects, it is necessary to put all the mapping images into the same standard space (template image). However, up to now, most animal brain templates remain unavailable and it must be done by ourselves. In this study, a template image based on the brains of eight male Wistar rats is obtained, and it is successfully used in our present Alzheimer disease (AD)-like rat model studies as template for spatially normalizing images to the same stereotaxical space. The fMRI results processed with statistical parametric mapping (SPM99) software are in agreement with the results from immunohistochemical experiment, which proves that this method is universally applicable to the pathologic models of other small animals and to human brain lesion studies.     

福建宁德畲族（聚居区）文化遗产保护与利用的调查报告

福建宁德畲族文化作为中华畲族文化的主源头之一，在团结与凝聚当地和国内外的畲族同胞。增进人们对畲族历史文化和现实了解方面发挥了不可替代的纽带作用，它与聚居区内景色秀丽的山水风光相映成趣，具有潜力巨大的旅游价值与产业价值。但近期以来，该地畲族传统文化也面临着逐渐失传的现实危机。抓紧实施抢救与发展畲族文化遗产系统工程的各项具体工作，对于继承畲族优秀传统文化，促进地方自然生态、文化生态与经济的和谐发展具有重要的意义。     

科技简讯两则

近年来，宜宾市政府高度重视知识产权工作，先后出台了《宜宾市专利保护管理办法》、《宜宾市关于加强知识产权保护促进科技创新的工作意见》、《宜宾市专利资助资金管理办法》等一系列文件，并将专利工作纳入了科技创新体系，在科技三项经费中安排110多万元资助专利实施和专利申请。同时，投资近50万元进行专利战略研究和建立“宜宾市专利信息资源系统”。
