地理信息系统与作战仿真的集成

分析了地理信息系统和作战仿真的共性以及地理信息系统对作战仿真的作用，提出了地理信息系统与作战仿真三种集成方式即独立模式、嵌入模式和无缝集成模式，以及三种集成模式的基本框架，并分析了各种方式的优缺点。最后讨论了集成的关键技术并对二者的集成进行了展望。     

基于Web Services的虚拟文物博物馆架构

分布于各处的数字博物馆异构特性使它们之间难以互通互联，这使数字博物馆的优越性难以充分发挥。Web Services将集成技术延伸到了Web上，是目前集成异构平台的理想实现技术。基于本体(Ontology)的数据表示模型为更好的进行语义检索提供了基础。探讨和设计将以上技术用于构建网上虚拟文物博物馆，给出采用这种架构设计的系统的性能测试结果与比较评价。     

泉州市洛江新城城市功能分区规划中的概念设计

在阐述了泉州洛江新城发展背景和目标的基础上,根据规划新城区城市功能以产品配送、居住休闲为主的原则,结合自然山水特点,设计了以产业轴和滨江生活轴为代表的用地功能布局、富有地方特色的城市景观、流畅的交通网络,进而强调了城市新区概念规划应关注新老城区之间及新区内部的功能协调,并注重自然山水和文化底蕴相融合,以达到区域经济稳步增长、生活居住环境日益改善的效果.     

Multi-disciplinary Research in Traditional Chinese Medicine--An Exploration

This paper discusses the present state of Traditional Chinese Medicine being divided into three leading lines of thought, namely, the Clinical line,the Integration of Western and Chinese Medicine line and the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine line. It also describes the position of Traditional Chinese Medicine being a medical science rich in philosophy and wisdom and a culture centred upon medical science and technology. It outlines the basic characteristic of Traditional Chinese pointed out various flaws in methodology in Integration of Western and Chinese Medicine research. It also stresses that in order to make fruitful progress in the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine,multi-discipline research in Traditional Chinese Medicine should be made on a thoroughly understanding of the basic methodology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and follow its established principles.     

公用管网接入定价研究

基于公用管网的垄断特性,分析了纵向一体化与纵向结构分离两种公用管网接入定价类型的特点、适用条件及其在我国的应用,并基于拉姆塞原则,构建了两种类型的接入定价模型,在此基础上,从下游市场势力、禁止基于用户身份的价格歧视及下游用户之间和最终消费者之间的竞争性等方面对接入定价的影响因素进行了探讨.     

基于GIS的图形数据格式一体化转换技术

开发了基于GIS的地形符号设计和绘制软件,使地形图符号具有图形和属性两个特征,经过适当的整理加工,实现图形数据一体化转换,建立GIS数据库,提出了在GIS的各种软件中有效集成应用CAD等模型各种数据的解决方案,并且着重在点状符号、线状符号和面状符号的符号显示,以及地理要素与符号库的连接及匹配的问题做了重点阐述.

探讨了大学物理教学中CAI的设计思想、脚本设计以及课件编辑整合等问题，介绍了符合CAI教学规律课件的制作方法。     

河曲发电厂HVAC自控系统的设计

详细介绍了河曲发电厂HVAC自控系统的设计方法，阐述了热交换系统、制冷系统、空调机组系统、通风系统的监控功能和原理及系统集成方法，并简述了直接数字式控制系统（DDC）在电厂HVAC自控系统中的应用。     

Stability and Accuracy Analysis for Taylor Series Numerical Method

The Taylor series numerical method (TSNM) is a time integration method for solving problems in structural dynamics. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the stability behavior and accuracy characteristics of this method is given. It is proven by a spectral decomposition method that TSNM is conditionally stable and belongs to the category of explicit time integration methods. By a similar analysis, the characteristic indicators of time integration methods, the percentage period elongation and the amplitude decay of TSNM, are derived in a closed form. The analysis plays an important role in implementing a procedure for automatic searching and finding convergence radii of TSNM. Finally, a linear single degree of freedom undamped system is analyzed to test the properties of the method.     

智慧城市支撑下的“多规合一”技术框架与实现途径探讨

 云计算中心、基础地理信息数据库、"互联网+"政务服务等智慧城市建设的内容,为"多规合一"工作开展提供重要的技术支撑。本文从智慧城市技术支撑的角度出发,针对各市县部门规划中存在的矛盾、不协调问题,探讨了智慧城市对"多规合一"的支撑作用,提出了以数据、业务和平台3个层面构建的"多规合一"技术框架;从"多规合一"的数据体系、规划编制与管理协同及信息平台功能建设3方面分析了"多规合一"的实现途径,为市县"多规合一"的规划编制与管理及"多规合一"信息平台建设提供技术指导。
