60例胃肠道间质瘤临床病理及免疫组化特征

目的：探讨胃肠道问质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）的临床病理特点、免疫组化特性及其诊断标准和免疫组化在诊断中的价值．方法：复习60例胃肠道间质瘤病例，分析其临床病理学特点，并进行免疫组织化学染色研究．结果：60例中20例发生在胃，14例发生在小肠，12例发生在结肠，9例发生在肠系膜，5例发生在食管．光镜下有梭形细胞和上皮细胞两种形态．肿瘤分为四个亚型：平滑肌细胞分化型（16例），神经源性分化型（9例），平滑肌和神经双向分化型（12例），未分化型（23例）．免疫组化染色：肿瘤细胞CD34阳性40例，CD117阳性60例，部分病例Aetin、SMA和／或S-100、PGP9．5阳性．肿瘤有良性、交界性和恶性三种分化．结论：GIST是发生在消化道的-组间叶源性肿瘤，免疫组化特征为CD17阳性率100％，CD34阳性率66，7％。光镜下细胞形态相似，不易分型，需做免疫组化分型，并根据肿瘤大小、细胞分化程度、免疫组化分型等综合分析确定生物学行为．

Saccharide Recognition by Oligo（ meta-ethynylpyridine）s in Protic Media

Previously, we have reported tris（ethynylpyridine） macrocycles as synthetic receptors for ribofuranosides, deoxyribofuranosides, and glucopyranosides. consisted of “meta”-tethered ethynylpyridine trimers. The hydrogen-bonding skeletons of the macrocycles If the ethynylpyridine unit is polymerized, the resulting oligo-and poly（rneta-ethynylpyridine） s would adopt unfolded, somewhat zigzag conformations because each pyridine nitrogen is mainly located on opposite sides of the ethynediyl bonds to cancel the dipoles. When the polymer meets with a saccharide, its pseudolinear conformation may be guided to a well-ordered helical structure in order that the nitrogen atoms of the pyridine rings inwardly interact with peripheral saccharide-OH groups in a manner similar to those of the macrocycles （Fig. 1）. Thus, the chirality of saccharides added can be transferred to the helical sense of the polymer, depending on the stereochemistry of the saccharides.

浅埋暗挖工法比选数值模拟分析

地铁开挖对邻近管线的影响已成为地铁工程中的重点问题。文章结合西安地铁二号线,模拟了CD、CRD法开挖对既有给水管影响变形的全过程,通过计算分析比较得出了较为合理的开挖和支护方法,供类似工程参考。

Phenotypic analysis of the medullary-type CD4−CD8+ thymocytes in mice

Phenotypic analysis of the medullary-type CD4 CD8⁺ (CD8SP) thymocytes has revealed phenotypic heterogeneity within this cell population. The phenotype of mature peripheral CDS⁺T cells is TCRαβ⁺CD3⁺Qa-2⁺HSA 3G11⁻6C10, whereas in the medullary-type CD8SP thymocytes, 20% are Qa-2⁺; 33%, HAS; 30%, 3G11; and 70% are 6C10. The disparate expression patterns of these four cell surface markers suggest that medullary-type CD8SP thymocytes may undergo phenotypic maturation process. According to the distribution of these four cell surface markers, six subgroups of CD8SP thymocytes have been identified. The precursor-progeny relationship along with developmental pathway is postulated as follows: 6C10⁺HSA⁺3G11 Qa-2→ 6C10⁺HSA⁺ 3G11⁺Qa-2 → 6C10 HSA⁺3G11⁺Qa-2 → 6C10⁻HSA⁻3G11⁺Qa-2 → 6C10⁻HSA⁻3G11 Qa-2 → 6C10⁻HA S 3G11 Qa-2⁺, the cells in the last subgroup exit the thymus and home into periphery.     

Construction and expression of retroviruses encoding dual drug resistance genes in human umbilical cord blood CD34+ cells

A series of retroviral vectors encoding human mdr1 gene alone as well as in combination with either human mgmt gene or human mutant Ser31-dhfr gene are engineered. The resultant retroviruses are used to transduce human umbilical cord blood CD34+ cells. It has been shown that expression of dual drug resistance genes in transduced cells confers a broad range of resistance to both kinds of corresponding drugs. These data suggest a rationale for the use of such double chemoresistance gene constructs in an in vivo model in which transduced hematopoietic cells will acquire multiple protection against the cytotoxic side effects of combination chemotherapy and may have future application in chemoprotection of normal tissues, thus killing tumor cells more effectively.
