新型稀磁半导体Zn＿（1－x）Co＿xS光谱特性的实验研究

在７３～３００Ｋ温度范围内，首次测量了不同组分的新型稀磁半导体Ｚｎ＿（１－ｘ）Ｃｏ＿ｘＳ（ｘ＝０．００１，０．０１，０．０３，０．０４８，０．０５３，０．０６３）的近红外和可见区的吸收光谱和磁圆二色谱。观测到一系列吸收峰和磁圆二色谱峰，两者互相对应，其峰位与样品组分ｘ值无关。它们分别对应于Ｃｏ￣（２＋）离子在Ｔ＿ｄ对称的晶体场中不同能级间的跃迁。     

癸酸和月桂酸酸盐体系的振动光谱研究

对癸酸和月桂酸固体酸盐体系的红外和拉曼光谱进行了研究。     

2－连通简单MCD图边数的一个新的下界

设Ｇ是具有ｎ个顶点的２－连通简单ＭＣＤ图，ｆ２（ｎ）表示Ｇ的边数．本文证明了当ｎ≥８时，其中ｘｍ＝ｕｍ－２ｕｍ－５，ｕｍ是Ｆｉｂｏｎａｃｃｉ数．     

有机钴胺素的合成及光谱研究

本文使用Schrauzer法合成了多种有机钴胺素,测定了紫外-可见吸收光谱,提出了判断有机钴胺素生成的光谱证据。     

Synthesis of TiO2 nanotubes film and its light scattering property

TiO2 nanotubes with diameters of 10 nm and lengths up to 600 nm were fabricated by directly using commercial TiO2 powders P25 as the precursors via sonication-hydrothermal combination approach. TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffractometer （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, selected area electron diffraction pattern （SAED） and transmission elec- tron microscope （TEM）. The light scattering property of film electrodes modified with TiO2 nanotubes was studied and revealed that TiO2 nanotubes can be used as the light scattering centers to increase the light absorption in dye-sensitized solar cells. The TiO2 nanotubes film electrodes mixed with 10% small nanoparticles TiO2 had both strong light scattering property and fine mechanical characteristics, and this kind of electrodes can be used as electrodes in improving the conversion efficiencies of dye-sensitized solar cells.     

三种芳烃化合物荧光光谱的量子化学研究

芳烃化合物一般具有较大的共轭体系,是一类良好的电致发光材料.本文对三种芳烃化合物的荧光光谱进行了理论研究.在B3LYP/6-31G水平下优化了3种芳烃化合物的几何构型.在振动分析中,均未出现虚频率.基于此,在B3LYP/6-31G的水平下计算了该类化合物的荧光光谱,所有计算结果与实验值基本吻合.     

Co掺杂对Zn1-xCoxO稀磁半导体光学性质的影响

溶胶-凝胶法制备了Co掺杂的ZnO基稀磁半导体,研究其粉体和薄膜的结构和光学特性.X射线衍射结果表明Co2 随机替代Zn2 位置进入ZnO晶格,并引起晶格常数的变化.紫外-可见透射光谱表明样品的禁带宽度随着Co掺杂浓度的增大呈现非单调变化规律,低浓度掺杂样品的光学带隙随掺杂浓度增大而减小(红移),这是由于Co2 替代Zn2 ,局域d电子与能带电子之间的sp-d交换耦合引起的.     

Impedance spectra of hot, dry gabbro at high temperature and pressure

Impedance spectra of hot, dry gabbro have been studied at 1.0～2.0 Gpa and 593～1173 K.The experimental results indicate that complex impedance depends on frequency of altering current. Impedance arcs representing grain interiors and grain boundaries conduction mechanism are displayed in the complex impedance plane. The impedance arc corresponding to grain interiors occurs over the range of 102～105 Hz, and the impedance arc corresponding to grain boundaries occurs over the range of 12～102 Hz. Each element of equivalent circuit corresponding to grain interiors is fit for complex nonlinear least square program. When garnet occurs in gabbro, the electrical conductivity of gabbro abruptly changes.     

烷氧基取代金属酞菁的合成及其光谱特性研究

合成了一种烷氧基取代的 3-硝基邻苯二腈 ,分别用红外和核磁谱图表征。用这种烷氧基取代的 3-硝基邻苯二腈合成了金属中心酞菁 ,并与咪唑进行了轴向配位 ,通过紫外吸收谱图比较 ,最大吸收波长发生明显的红移 ,同时酞菁的溶解性也相应的得到提高     

用蒙特—卡罗模型模拟铪等离子体光谱

阐述了中间耦合情况下的Monte-Carlo理论模型。在局域热动平衡条件下，用Monte-Carlo模型模拟Hf等离子体复杂光谱的部分光谱；类锆铪的光谱，其主要方法是：由未分辩跃迁阵（UTA）方法计算出类锆铪等离子体的4d^4-4d^35p束缚束缚跃迁阵的谱线数目，从高斯分布中随机确定每条谱线的能量，再根据完全中间耦合时能量与强度的关系琰确定每条谱线的强度，从而模拟未分辨跃迁阵Hf^32 4d^4-4d^35p的光谱线。
