Bovine microvascular endothelial cells of separate morphology differ in growth and response to the action of interferon-γ

Five cell types recently isolated from the bovine corpus luteum differed in their epithelioid morphology and their cytoskeleton, but shared common criteria of microvascular endothelial cells^1,2. To give strong evidence for the separate entity, the growth rate of the 5 phenotypically different cells was studied. They were seeded at low density on day 0. Most of these cells were treated with 200 to 1000 U recombinant bovine interferon- (IFN-) for 3 days. The untreated remainder served as controls. Cell counts were made for all cultures on days 4, 7, 10 and 13. morphology: 13 d after treatment with IFN- senescent cells as well as intact cells occurred in cultures of cell types 1 to 4. Cultures of cell type 5 were apparently unchanged and resembled their untreated counterparts. Desminpositive cells in cultures of cell type 2 developed cell processes. Growth rate: In the absence of IFN-, the growth rate was high for cell types 3 and 4, moderate for cell type 1, and low for cell types 2 and 5. The presence of IFN- caused anti-proliferative effects. These were higher for cell types 3 and 4 than for cell types 1 and 2. IFN- could be cytotoxic on cell type 3. In contrast, the cytokine tended to support the cell growth of cell type 5. These findings substantiate the postulate that endothelial cells exhibiting separate morphology in culture also function differently.     

Microstructure and optical properties of Ag5In5Te47Sb33 phase change thin films with high reflection in thermal annealing process

The microstructure and optical properties of Ag-5In-5Te 47Sb 33 phase change films with high reflection in the thermal annealing process were systematically reported. The as_deposited film is amorphous and its crystalline temperature is 160℃. The annealed films are crystalline. The crystalline phases are AgInTe-2, AgSbTe-2 and Sb when annealed at low temperature. When annealed at 220℃, the AgInTe-2 phase disappears and the amount of AgSbTe-2 is the largest. The research of electronic transmission microscopy shows that the morphology of AgSbTe 2 is sphere and that of Sb is bludgeon. The reflection of the annealed films is higher and reaches its peak value at 220℃.

室温,氮气氛下,铜（Ⅱ）盐和双二苯基膦戊烷（ｄｐｐｐ５）在溶液中通过还原取代反应合成了８种铜（Ⅰ）配合物（１．［Ｃｕ（ｄｐｐｐ５）］２（ＢＦ４）２,２．［Ｃｕ２（ｄｐｐｐ５）２（Ｃ８Ｈ３Ｏ２ＳＦ３）２］,３．［Ｃｕ２（ｄｐｐｐ５）３］（ＣＣｌ３ＣＯＯ）２,４．［ＣｕＢｒ（ｄｐｐｐ５）］２,５．［Ｃｕ２（ｄｐｐｐ５）Ｃｌ２］,６．［Ｃｕ２（ｄｐｐｐ５）３］（ＣＨ３ＣＯＯ）２,７．［Ｃｕ（ｄｐｐｐ５）（ＮＯ３）］,８．［Ｃｕ２（ｄｐｐｐ５）３］（ＣｌＯ４）２）。通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重、摩尔电导测定对其进行表征,表明这是一种行之有效的有机膦配合物的合成方法。     

海芋凝集素的理化性质鉴定

采用葡聚糖凝胶１００（ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００）从天南星科植物海芋（Ａｌｏｃａｓｉａｏｄｏｒａ（Ｒｏｘｂ）Ｃ．Ｋｏｃｈ）中分离出了一种凝集素（简称ＡＯＬ）．ＡＯＬ对兔血有较强的凝集效果,而对各类型人血的凝集活力较弱,在３种糖蛋白中,猪甲状腺球蛋白对ＡＯＬ的凝血活力抑制最强;ＡＯＬ对培养人外周血白细胞的转化率高达７９％,超过对照ＰＨＡ的转化率;用ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－２００柱测得ＡＯＬ的相对分子质量为３１５００;用癌细胞体外培养的方法证明了ＡＯＬ对肺腺癌细胞株Ｐ１８具有较强的直接杀伤能力．此外还发现ＡＯＬ对温度（８０℃以下）、变性剂（盐酸胍和脲）有较高的稳定性,在ｐＨ６～１０的范围内相当稳定．     

C60溶液,孤立分子及薄膜形态电子态结构分析

系统地给出了Ｃ６０在固态薄膜及不同有机溶液形态下的常规吸收光谱和三同商吸收光谱,确定了各相关光学跃迁能量,并通过对可见区电子－－振动光谱结构的指认分析,给出了有机溶液形态下Ｃ６０的能隙,基于Ｍａｘｗｅｌｌ－Ｇａｒｎｅｔｔ有效介质模型理论,由不同有机溶剂形态下Ｃ６０电子态能级结构参数外推获得了Ｃ６０孤立分子的本征电子态能级结构参数,从而为详细了解和研究Ｃ６０分子不同形态下电子态结构的变化提供了较完整     

Photoconductivity of fullerene derivatives

Two fullerene derivatives (compounds 1 and 2) have been synthesized. Their redox properties have been measured by cyclic voltammetry. The photoconductivities of poly(N_vinylcarbazo_le) (PVK) doped with fullerene and with their derivatives have been studied to explore the possible relationship between the reductibility of fullerenes and the photoconductivity of fullerenes_doped PVK. The charge generation efficiencies of PVK doped with fullerene and with its derivatives have changed remarkably: the diversity of charge generation efficiency is obvious in different doping systems. The result indicates that there is charge transfer between fullerenes and PVK.     

大洋多金属结核中五氧化二磷分析方法

试样经ＮａＯＨ溶融,水浸取后,使Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ等共存元素形成氢氧化物沉淀与磷分离,滤液中的磷用磷钼黄光度法测定。方法简便、快速、精密度好、准确度高。经对标准物质ＧＢＷ０７２４９测定,结果与推荐值吻合,ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝１０）〈１．４％。     

HCV感染与多种自身抗体高检出率的关系

为探讨丙型肝炎病毒（ＨＣＶ）感染后体内出现的自身抗体的病理意义及其引起的自身免疫的发生机制。方法：对１６１例ＨＣＶ感染者进行了八种自身抗体（抗核抗体、类风湿因子、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗甲状腺微粒体抗体、抗双链ＤＮＡ抗体、抗ＲＮＰ抗体、抗Ｓｍ抗体、抗精子抗体）的检测。结果：有５２例检出６９项次自身抗体,自身抗体检出率为３２．３％,显著高于健康人对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５）（未计抗精子抗体）。结论：ＨＣＶ感染可能是诱发自身免疫反应的一个重要因素     

4种植物生长物质及温度胁迫对绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢的影响

利用放射性标记和薄层层析（TIC）分离发现2,4－D,GA3和6－BA可不同程度地促进肌醇－1,4,5－三磷酸（IP3）水平的增加．在最适浓度下的作用效果是：GA3＞2,4－D＞6－BA．但脱落酸（ABA）没有引起IP3含量的变化．低温（0℃）和高温（35℃）胁迫亦引起IP3含量的增加．2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫的共同处理对IP3含量的增加有协同作用．表明2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫促进绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢,ABA也许不参与绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢．
