富则思安了吗？创新期望顺差、冗余资源与企业研发国际化

研发国际化在企业提升技术实力、创新绩效等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。基于企业行为理论,探究了创新期望顺差、冗余资源两种“富有”状况对企业研发国际化决策的影响,以及企业政治关联和国际经验在其间的调节作用。利用2008~2016年中国A股上市公司的经验数据,究发现：创新期望顺差和冗余资源对企业研发国际化具有显著的正向影响;企业政治关联通过帮助企业获取更多的“走出去”优势,最终强化创新期望顺差和冗余资源对企业研发国际化的正向影响;企业国际经验则会通过帮助企业获取更多的“走进去”优势,最终强化创新期望顺差和冗余资源对企业研发国际化的正向影响。本研究不仅增强了企业行为理论对企业战略性决策的解释力,对企业更好地推进研发国际化也具有启示意义。     

隐私侵犯经历对网络用户自我披露的影响机制

网络用户的自我披露对以用户生成内容为业务基础的互联网企业具有战略意义.然而,隐私侵犯事件层出不穷.如何鼓励有隐私侵犯经历的用户持续披露个人信息对互联网企业至关重要.采用系统性随机分层抽样,结合代理理论和社会契约理论构建模型,研究了隐私侵犯经历对自我披露的作用机制.结果表明,隐私侵犯经历对自我披露意愿具有直接效应和间接效应:隐私侵犯经历与自我披露意愿之间存在强烈负向关系,并通过影响网络用户对隐私政策、隐私保护技术、行业自律和法律执行的有效性感知影响自我披露意愿.本研究阐明了隐私侵犯经历对自我披露的具体作用机制,为互联网企业鼓励有隐私侵犯经历的用户持续披露个人信息提供可操作性建议.     

3GPP中分组交换流媒体服务的体验质量研究

在未来3G分组交换网络中,除了能向用户提供电信级的服务质量,还必须向用户提供最完美的体验质量. 体验质量不仅能描述用户感受,也可用来衡量业务可用度。在深入分析3GPP分组交换流媒体服务,体验质量的概念及其测量参数和协议的基础上,对如何评价和提高体验质量提出了基本的框架模型。     

学习上海经验,加快济源发展

通过在上海杨浦区挂职锻炼的三个月的工作中,深刻认识到上海政府机关先进的管理理念和经济快速发展的经验是值得我们学习和借鉴的。     

Radiolarians from the British North‐Polar Expedition (1875–1876): re‐examination of the H. B. Brady (1878) collection

The earliest report on radiolarians from the Arctic Ocean (north of the Arctic Circle) was provided by H. B. Brady (1878 Brady, H. B. 1878. On the reticularian and radiolarian Rhizopoda (Foraminifera and Polycystina) of the North‐Polar Expedition of 1875–76.. Annals and Magazine of Natural History, Series 5, 1: 425–440. [Taylor & Francis Online] , [Google Scholar]). He documented the occurrences of 10 genera from soundings in northern Baffin Bay and north of Greenland, but he did not illustrate any specimens in his report. We have re‐examined Brady's original slide collection, housed at the Natural History Museum, London (NHM), in order to refine his radiolarian identifications to species level. We have identified 11 radiolarian taxa in his slides, but some are definitely more characteristic of tropical oceans rather than high northern latitudes. We conclude that this is most likely due to sample contamination or misidentification of samples. Therefore, the actual occurrence of tropically affiliated radiolarians recorded from the Arctic is uncertain and should be regarded with suspicion.     

The distribution and habitat preferences of the Afro-European species of Dynamene (Crustacea: Isopoda)

Summary

The geographical distribution of the genus Dynamene is described in the light of the recent discovery of three new species. D. bidentata appears to have a Boreal distribution whilst that of D. edwardsi and D. magnitorata is Atlanto-Mediterranean. D. torelliae, D. bifida, and D. tubicauda have a Mediterranean distribution but the first species may extend into the Black Sea. Only one species, D. ramuscula, has been recorded outside the Afro-European region, in S.E. Australia. The ranges and habitat preferences of those species outside the Mediterranean overlap as do some of those within the Mediterranean, particularly in the Naples Bay region. Juveniles of D. bidentata inhabit and feed on intertidal algae while adults shelter in crevices and empty tests of Balanus perforatus, mainly below MTL. Settlement of males into barnacle tests appears to be random, but females show some degree of aggregation, perhaps to other females. Other species show the same change of habitat at sexual maturity and all inhabit intertidal or inshore localities.

理性主义哲学体系崇尚科学与实证,把清楚明白作为一个重要的原则。这些都深深影响着英国职业教育尤其是BTEC的课程模式,使其课程表现出目标清晰明确、教学具有人文主义的色彩、评价客观公正的特点。     

《于丹〈庄子〉心得》指瑕

于丹教授分别于2006年国庆节和2007年春节期间在中央电视台“百家讲坛”栏目主讲《论语》心得和《庄子》心得，引起轰动，使广大电视观众也因此更加关注中国古代思想家和古代经典著作，这有利于中国优秀传统文化的宣传、普及、继承和发展。根据她的讲座整理出版的《于丹（论语）心得》和《于丹〈庄子〉心得》畅销一时，创造了出版业的奇迹。但是无庸讳言，两部书存在的问题也很多，后书尤甚。对《于丹〈庄子〉心得》正文中在学术与语言的规范方面存在的多种瑕疵，加以辨析补正，强调学术与语言的规范是不容忽视的。
