狗脑抗吗啡镇痛肽“60a”的分离纯化及部分一级结构

本实验室从正常狗脑中又分离获得一个暂称这为“６０ａ”的肽。冻干粉经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｒＧ－５０和羧甲基纤维素ＣＭ２２柱层析，再经反相高效液相层析纯化得最后样品，经ＳＤＳ电泳和等电聚焦电泳鉴定均为一条带，分子量约８０００，等电点在ｐＨ７．８左右；Ｎ－末端氨基酸为Ｍｅｔ；自Ｎ－末端的部分氨基酸序列为：Ｈ２Ｎ－Ｎｅｔ－Ｌｅｕ－Ｓｅｒ－Ｐｒｏ－Ａｌｓ－Ａｓｐ－Ｌｅｕ－Ｔｈｒ－Ａｓｐ－Ｉｌｅ－Ｌｅｕ－Ｐｈｅ－Ｔ     

Resting state brain default network in patients with motor aphasia resulting from cerebral infarction

To explore the brain default mode network （DMN） in patients with motor aphasia resulting from cere- bral infarction, we used resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） to investigate the possible neural mechanism. Thirteen patients with motor aphasia resulting from cerebral infarction and ten matched controls were selected in this study. All subjects were examined using resting state fMRI. We chose the posterior cingulate cortex as the region of interest and then used functional connectivity analysis to calculate the DMN functional connectivity and analyze differences in the functional connectivity between the two groups. Compared with normal controls, aphasia patient group showed a significantly decreased functional connectivity in bilateral medial frontal gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, precuneus and cuneus. The aphasia patient group showed increased functional connectivity mainly in bilateral medial frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, precentral gyrus, insula. The DMN in cerebral infarction motor aphasia patients showed significantly decreased functional connectivity in the resting state. The DMN most likely plays an important role in motor aphasia resulting from cerebral infarction. Furthermore, functional connectivity inthe brain regions surrounding the left and right Broca＇s areas was significantly enhanced due to compensatory mecha- nisms. This may be helpful for the recovery of language function in cerebral infarction patients with motor aphasia.

脑钠肽与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究

目的：通过对外周血中B型脑钠肽的浓度水平来评定急性冠脉综合征患者的血管病变程度。方法：选择2010年12月～2013年1月在内蒙古民族大学附属医院住院的资料完整的中老年冠心病患者90例,年龄均大于56岁,平均年龄大约在（56±6）岁,其中正常对照组30例,不稳定心绞痛（UA）30例,心肌梗死（AMI）30例,所有患者均行冠状动脉造影术或256排螺旋CT确诊。结果：90例老年冠心病患者中,急性心肌梗死组的因子浓度水平明显高于不稳定心绞痛组,而不稳定心绞痛组明显高于正常组。结论：说明因子浓度越高,冠状动脉血管病变越严重。     

Directing neural stem cell fate with biomaterial parameters for injured brain regeneration

The discovery of neural stem cells (NSCs), which have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into all types of neural lineages, offers promising prospect for the treatment of brain neurological disorders such as stroke/cerebral ischemia, traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative disorders. However, only limited number of NSCs could survive or propagate due to tissue inflammation or blood-brain barrier. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an appropriate culture system that highly mimics the natural NSCs niche to direct stem cell fate and behavior for nerve regeneration. Both biophysical and biochemical properties of the NSC niche, including topology, mechanical properties, bioactive molecules, and their spatial and temporal presentations should be considered for the design of functionalized scaffolds, which could not only serve as the delivery vehicles of NSCs but also stimulate specific cellular responses at the molecular level, such as support endogenous or exogenous cells proliferation, migration and homing, even promote the growth of axon at the injured brain site. This review attempts to outline the varieties of biomaterial

有免疫细胞化学方法观察了鸡低位脑干内生长抑素样成份的分布。不同密度的ＳＳ样神经元胸体存在于脚间核、中脑中央类质、线形尾核、视顶盖，脑桥被盖，小细胞网状核，孔束核和延髓网状结构；     

企业人才流失对策探索

根据组织寿命学说和库克曲线理论,组织之间的人才流动对组织、行业和经济的发展都是有好处的,但是过于频繁的人才流动会严重阻碍企业的发展。探讨的人才流失属于人才过频的主动流动,所定义的人才是指对企业和组织发展较为重要的中高层管理人员或技术人员。通过挖掘人才流失微观因素,描述企业人才流失的动态过程,就其关键点位置进行控制,探索企业人才流失的对策。     

基于脑部CT图像的LOG算子改进

本文基于脑部CT图像的头骨边缘分割问题,改进了高斯-拉普拉斯算子(Gauss-Laplacian Operator,LOG),获得了根据高斯函数的平滑因子σ、边缘灰度阈值T、椒盐滤波器大小m×n三个参数控制的改进方法,应用MATLAB程序获得了二值化边缘分割结果.     

外伤性后颅窝血肿手术预后的综合分析

目的探讨影响外伤性后颅窝血肿手术预后的因素.方法回顾性分析60例外伤性后颅窝血肿手术患者的临床资料、手术与治疗效果,就影响后颅窝血肿术后疗效的相关因素进行分析.结果恢复良好41例,中残8例,重残5例,死亡6例;统计显示术前GCS≥9分,血肿量<30 mL,单纯硬膜外血肿及伤后3 h内及时手术者效果良好,而GCS<9分,血肿量>30 mL,后颅窝其他类型血肿或并有幕上对冲伤,伤后3 h以上手术者预后较差.结论术前GCS评分、伤后手术时间、血肿量、血肿部位及有无合并其他颅内损伤等因素对患者预后有显著影响,提示对此类患者要早期诊断、早期手术,并注意针对不同患者情况及时处理方能取得较好疗效.     

Neuronal control of brain microvessel function

Summary Cerebral capillary endothelium forms a barrier limiting and controlling the movement of ions and solutes between blood and brain. Recent anatomical, physiological and biochemical studies have suggested the possibility that capillary function may be directly controlled by neuronal structures. Alterations in neuronal systems involved in the regulation of microcirculation may account for microvascular dysfunctions which occur in different pathologic conditions.
