一氧化氮（NO）是一种生物信息递质，广泛存在于各种细胞和组织中，具有减少血小板聚集、抑制、嗜中性粒细胞聚集等功能。NF－KB被认为是近十年最有研究潜力的调节免疫反应、应激反应、凋亡和炎症的核转录因子。充分认识一氧化氮、NF－KB与心肌再灌注损伤的机制。为对其进一步研究提供理论依据。     

清太祖名讳汉字写法考论

自明末以来，清太祖名讳的汉字写法至少有6种，依时代之不同和政治局势之不同多有变化，如何规范书写清太祖名讳，时至今日认识仍然未能统一。今人多写作“努尔哈赤”或“努尔哈齐”，且流布甚广，殊不知清朝时即有官定写法，即“弩尔哈齐”，此三种写法并非仅一字之差那么简单，其中蕴含了民族的、时代的、政治的多种因素，故如何正确书写清太祖汉字名讳，不仅是一个如何正确对待史实的问题，更是一个严肃的学术问题，本文对这一问题进行了详细论述，并提出了以“弩尔哈齐”为正规写法的看法。     

Synthesis of novel superhard materials under ultrahigh pressure

Superhard materials are solids whose Vickers hardness is beyond 40 GPa. They have wide applications in industry such as cutting and polishing tools, wear-resistant coatings. Most preparations of superhard materials are conducted under extreme pressure and temperature conditions, not only for scientific investigations, but also for the practical applications. In this paper, we would introduce the recent progress on the design and preparations of novel superhard materials, mainly on nanopolycrystalline diamond, B–C–N superhard solid solutions, and cubic-Si3N4/diamond nanocomposites prepared under ultrahigh pressure and high temperature（HPHT）, using multi-anvil apparatus based on the hinged-type cubic press. Bulk materials of all these superhard phases have been successfully synthesized and are systematically tested. We emphasize that ultra-HPHT method plays an important role in the scientific research and industrial production of superhard materials. It provides the driving forces for the light elements forming novel superhard phases as well as the way for sintering high-density nanosuperhard materials.

《典论·论文》文本及意义探原

曹丕《典论·论文》是中国文学批评史上具有里程碑意义的重要文献,但以往的研究很少对其进行文本分析。通过比较严可均《全三国文》所辑《典论》所有佚文,可以推知《典论》的著述体例,以此衡之,《论文》开篇至“而作论文”应为篇序。结合篇序与正文来看,《论文》是围绕评论“七子”的创作展开的,从“文体”与“文气”两方面破除时人对他们的轻视,再通过提升文章的价值来推重他们的作品。     

R—B型化合物的结构特点分析

将简单化合物中的卤代烃、醇、醚和胺统一作为Ｒ—Ｂ型化合物来处理，通过分析Ｒ—Ｂ型化合物的结构特点，比较Ｂ的不同而引出不同化合物的主要化学性质．从而加强学生对结构决定化学性质的认识，增加该部分教材的逻辑性和推理性

本文对校园电子商务模式下定义并概括其特征,分析现有校园电子商务模式的不足,最后提出校园电子商务新模式.该模式由在校师生（买方）,商家（卖方）、校园电子商务平台、校园网络中心、物流配送部门、一卡通服务器和后勤管理中心组成,用校园一卡通替代支付网关,后勤管理中心替代银行,校园网络中心充当CA,勤工俭学学生充当物流配送队伍,既可以充分利用学校的人力资源,又提高校园电子商务的安全性及可信度;整个业务流程比较简单、方便和快捷.     

贵州毛萼香茶菜的二萜成分（Ⅰ）

从黔产毛萼香茶菜叶的乙醚提取物中分离得两个二萜化合物,经IR、~1HNMR和MS数据解析及与标品对照,证明它们是毛萼晶甲(maoecrystal A)(1)和毛萼晶乙(maoecrystal B)(2)。     

Metabonomic analysis of hepatitis B virus-induced liver failure： identification of potential diagnostic biomarkers by fuzzy support vector machine

Hepatitis B virus （HBV）-induced liver failure is an emergent liver disease leading to high mortality. The severity of liver failure may be reflected by the profile of some metabolites. This study assessed the potential of using metabolites as biomarkers for liver failure by identifying metabolites with good discriminative performance for its phenotype. The serum samples from 24 HBV-indueed liver failure patients and 23 healthy volunteers were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） to generate metabolite profiles. The 24 patients were further grouped into two classes according to the severity of liver failure. Twenty-five eommensal peaks in all metabolite profiles were extracted, and the relative area values of these peaks were used as features for each sample. Three algorithms, F-test, k-nearest neighbor （KNN） and fuzzy support vector machine （FSVM） combined with exhaustive search （ES）, were employed to identify a subset of metabolites （biomarkers） that best predict liver failure. Based on the achieved experimental dataset, 93.62% predictive accuracy by 6 features was selected with FSVM-ES and three key metabolites, glyeerie acid, cis-aeonitie acid and citric acid, are identified as potential diagnostic biomarkers.     

福建渔民档案信息管理系统的研究

本文针对福建渔业作业区分布分散的特点，对全省渔民档案信息系统的开发过程中的若干关键问题进行了探讨。采用一种基于C/S和B/S相结合的体系结构相作为本文渔民档案信息系统的体系结构。基于混合结构的渔民档案信息系统很好地满足了安全性的要求以及跨越异质网络访问的问题。实现了渔民档案信息管理工作全部电子化处理，加快了办公自动化、信息资源化和管理科学化的建设进程。
