加强民间组织能力建设的有效途径

伴随着中国社会改革进程,民间组织发展迅速,并在经济建设和社会进步中发挥着越来越广泛的积极作用。但民间组织的整体素质和自律水平有待进一步提高,如何加强民间组织的能力建设,作者提出了中国民间组织能力建设的五方面的有效途径,供社会各界关心民间组织发展的人士共同探讨。     

B/S三层体系结构模式

随着WEB技术的迅速发展和应用,如何利用WEB技术,建立集主机-终端方式和C/S方式优点为一体的新的应用模式是计算模式研究的一个新课题.论及了Internet/Intranet环境下,B/S三层体系结构模式的构成、工作原理,从多方面对比分析了B/S与C/S模式的优劣,认为B/S模式是当今应用软件的首选体系结构.     

并行口在EPP模式下的应用

给出了并行口的EPP协议，以及在EPP模式下进行数据采集、A／D转换与并行口扩充的实用实例。     

苏云金芽孢杆菌cry1基因的PCR-RFLP鉴定分析

利用PCR—RFLP技术对含有已知cry1基因的8株标准菌株和2株遗传工程菌进行了基因分析，证实了该方法的可行性．并在此基础上鉴定了分离保藏的70株B．t菌株的cry1型基因，结合SDS—PAGE分析以及室内生物测定结果，讨论了基因型与蛋白表达及毒力之间的关系．     

显微组织对NdFeB磁体β（iHc）的影响

研究了显微组织对ＮｄＦｅＢ磁体ｉＨｃ及β（ｉＨｃ）的影响，对ＮｄｘＦｅ９３－ｘＢ７磁体，ｘ从１６增加到２８时，Ｈｃ增加了５５％，β（ｉＨｃ）降低了约１１％；进一步优化显微组织，增加富Ｎｄ晶间相，减弱晶粒间的磁耦合作用及消除晶粒表面的高退磁场区域，不仅可提高磁体的矫顽力，亦可显著改善其矫顽力温度系数。     

Accurate forecasting of the undecided population in a public opinion poll

The problem of pollsters is addressed which is to forecast accurately the final answers of the undecided respondents to the primary question in a public opinion poll. The task is viewed as a pattern‐recognition problem of correlating the answers of the respondents to the peripheral questions in the survey with their primary answers. The underlying pattern is determined with a supervised artificial neural network that is trained using the peripheral answers of the decided respondents whose primary answers are also known. With peripheral answers as inputs, the trained network outputs the most probable primary response of an undecided respondent. For a poll conducted to determine the approval rating of the (former) Philippine president, J. E. Estrada in December 1999 and March 2000, the trained network predicted with a 95% success rate the direct responses of a test population that consists of 24.57% of the decided population who were excluded in the network training set. For the undecided population (22.67% of December respondents; 23.67% of March respondents), the network predicted a final response distribution that is consistent with the approval/disapproval ratio of the decided population. THE TRANSFER BEHAVIOUR OF SOME CATIONS AT WATER／NITROBENZENE INTERFACE BY SEMIDIFFERENTIAL CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY

The transfer of Sr~(2+) and Ba~(2+) ion, facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase, and of succinylcholine ion at w/nb interface were investigated by semi-differential cyclic voltammetry. A good polarographic curve of succinylcholine ion dissolved in water was obtained in the system of 0.01 mol/l LiCl (w)——0.01 mol/l TBATPB (nb). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of SC~(2+) ion. It can be used for the determination of SC and the detection limit is 1.05×10~(-5) mol/l.The apparent D~w and D~(nb) have been estimated. The transfer of Sr~(2+) and of Ba~(2+) at the interface are facilitated by 18-Crown-6 present in the aqueous phase and the peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of 18-Crown-6 in water. This method can be used for the determination of the complexing agent and for the stability constant of the complex formed in the aqueous phase.All the experimental results are in keeping with the theoretical.
