通过网络调查和开放式问卷调查的方法,对南阳师范学院图书馆数字资源的网络点击率和用户使用情况进行了调查,通过调查了解了影响用户使用图书馆数字资源的因素以及用户对图书馆数字资源建设、管理与服务的满意度,提出了提高高校图书馆数字资源利用率的策略.

Research on Construction Knowledge Resources Framework of Real Estate Enterprises

<正>Many studies have shown that knowledge resources have been the real source of innovation and competitiveness of real estate enterprises.Therefore,it is the basic work to establish the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework for implementing knowledge management(KM),and it should be given enough attention.A sort of the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework system has been built in this paper based on the thought of Clark Henderson' s enterprise knowledge classification,and the contents have been analyzed and expounded.Thus,the real estate enterprises can grasp clearly the basic contents of its knowledge resources,then depict the knowledge system,in the end the solid foundation should be settled for implementing knowledge management.     

论中国传统文化中的知识产权本土资源及其开发对策——以文化价值杠杆为视角

从文化价值杠杆的角度,分析了传导知识产权文化价值的杠杆及其在中国传统文化中的存在形式,并认为这些形式就是中国传统文化中的知识产权本土资源,包括中国传统文化中的人格权概念、义利观理论、重教思想以及诚信文化。这些本土资源都是间接资源,不能照搬,必须合理转化或开发。本文提出了相应的开发对策。

Effects of fragmentation on genetic variation in populations of the terrestrial earthworm Drawida japonica Michaelsen, 1892 (Oligochaeta,Moniligastridae) in Shandong and Liaodong peninsulas,China

Earthworms are excellent indicators of landscape fragmentation due to their widespread distribution and poor dispersal abilities over water. Based on field studies conducted in the Shandong and Liaodong peninsulas and their associated islands during summer 2009, we analysed the genetic variation of Drawida japonica Michaelsen, 1892 (Oligochaeta, Moniligastridae) using DNA sequences of the 16S and 28S ribosomal genes in samples obtained from 13 localities, 12 of which were islands, one artificially connected to the mainland by man (Yangma SC). We identified 55 haplotypes among 79 samples, based on 1094 bp, including 47 unique haplotypes. The phylogenetic tree topologies showed two distinct clades. A multiple-apex Poisson distribution using a mismatch analysis of nucleotides was also detected. Results of a Tajima D neutral test were not significant (p > 0.05). Genetic divergence among populations was much larger than within populations. A positive relationship between genetic diversity and island area was revealed, but no significant correlation between genetic diversity and distance to the nearest larger landmass was found. These results indicate that the intraspecific genetic diversity of D. japonica has been influenced by geographic isolation (i.e. island habitat). Passive transport via anthropogenic activities or nonhuman vertebrates (birds or mammals) may also play a key role in dispersal.     

Chaotic Genetic Algorithm-Based Forest Harvest Adjustment

Forest harvesting adjustment is a decision-making, large and complex system. In this paper, we analysis the shortcomings of the traditional harvest adjustment problems, and establish the model of multi-target harvest adjustment. As intelligent optimization,chaotic genetic algorithm has the parallel mechanism and the inherent global optimization characteristics which are suitable for multi-objective planning the settlement of the issue, Specially in complex occasions where there are many objective functions and optimize variables. In order to solve the problem of forest harvesting adjustment, this paper introduces a genetic algorithm to the Forest Farm of Qiujia Liancheng Longyan for forest harvesting adjustment firstly. And the experimental result shows that the method is feasible and effective, and it can provide satisfactory solution for policy makers.     

基于正交设计的免疫克隆遗传算法

针对遗传算法存在早熟及局部搜索能力弱等问题,提出一种基于正交设计的免疫克隆遗传算法,将正交实验设计原理、免疫克隆理论以及标准遗传算法有效结合起来,增强算法的收敛速度和搜索精度。对算法进行了验证,表明该算法求解精度高出几个数量级,寻找到全局最优解的次数明显增加。
