血管抑素3A工程蛋白的柱复性与离子交换纯化

由大肠杆菌以包涵体形式表达的一种抗内皮细胞生长工程蛋白(A nti-ang iogen ic agent,简称3A)经变性,Sephacry l S-100 HR柱复性,SP Sepharose FF离子交换吸附纯化,SephadexG-25脱盐,获得复性率为53.47%,HPLC纯度为92.52%的3A活性蛋白。以猪髋动脉内皮细胞为受检细胞,表明纯化蛋白具有抑制内皮细胞生长的特性。     

基于幂函数控制指令的垂直飞行仿真性能分析

基于模态直接切换的飞行高度控制方法,在输入控制指令后,存在控制量输出震荡,甚至发散的问题。幂函数符合飞行高度指令变化规律,以此为原型函数,推导给定高度,当前高度和垂直速度之间的关系,将这一变换关系作为垂直速度控制回路的输入指令,设计了平稳控制系统,该系统不需要进行控制模态切换,就可以实现飞行高度保持,以及飞行高度的改变。通过A320飞行仿真平台对设计的平稳控制系统进行性能分析,结果表明该系统可以实现高度的平稳控制,且稳态误差得到了很好抑制。     

Effects of medium nutrition on cell growth and isocamptothecin A and B production by suspension cell culture of Camptotheca acuminata

The effects of initial sucrose concentration, nitrate to ammonium ratio, total N concentration and phosphate concentration in medium on cell growth and isocamptothecin A and B synthesis by suspension call culture of Camptotheca acuminata were investigated in 250 mL shake flasks. 30 g L^-1 sucrose concentration was beneficial to secondary metabolites synthesis. The cell growth and metabolites synthesis were also affected by the ratio of NO3^-/NH4^＋ , and nitrate was tavourable for cell growth. The maximum dry weight was achieved when nitrate was used as the sole N souree. The effect of total initial N on the cell cultures was also investigated with NO3^-/NH4^＋ ratio of 1 ： 2. The final dry cell weight was similar throughout culture period and 50 mM initial N was favourable for secondary metabolite synthesis. 50 mM initial phosphate concentration facilitated both cell growth and secondary metabolites synthesis.     

基于ARM9的机顶盒方案设计

将菲利浦公司的模拟电视信号采集处理芯片TDA8275、TDA8290和该公司的解码芯片SAA7133,同三星公司的具有PCI接口的ARM9核S3C2510A相结合,设计出具有存储电视节目和上网功能的机顶盒,具有一定的应用价值和市场前景.     

GPS软件接收机中C/A码信号捕获的圆周相关算法

采用圆周相关算法实现全球卫星定位系统(GPS)C/A码信号的捕获. 该算法用快速傅立叶变换将输入数据和本地产生的数据变换到频率域, 在频率域进行二者的圆周相关处理, 对相关结果反变换并找到其最大绝对值, 将该值与预先设定的门限值比较, 如果大于门限值, 则信号捕获成功. 圆周相关算法可实现快速获取GPS C/A码信号, 且灵敏度较高.     

二维液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中的维生素A、D、E

本文建立了二维液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素A、E、D含量。样品经皂化、萃取、浓缩、定容,经二维反相色谱法测定,对所建立的方法进行方法学验证,结果表明：维生素A、D、E标准曲线线性良好,R2>0.999,维生素A、E、D检出限分别为8、0.65、30μg/100 g;定量限分别为25、2、100μg/100 g,加标回收率为87.3%～96.5%,RSD为0.45%～3.80%,同时与国标法进行比较,该方法更加简便快捷,灵敏度高,结果也相对较准。     

Digoxin and ouabain increase the synthesis of cholesterol in human liver cells

Digoxin and ouabain are steroid drugs that inhibit the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase, and are widely used in the treatment of heart diseases. They may also have additional effects, such as on metabolism of steroid hormones, although until now no evidence has been provided about the effects of these cardioactive glycosides on the synthesis of cholesterol. Here we report that digoxin and ouabain increased the synthesis of cholesterol in human liver HepG2 cells, enhancing the activity and the expression of the 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR), the rate-limiting enzyme of the cholesterol synthesis. This effect was mediated by the binding of the sterol regulatory element binding protein-2 (SREBP-2) to the HMGCR promoter, and was lost in cells silenced for SREBP-2 or loaded with increasing amounts of cholesterol. Digoxin and ouabain competed with cholesterol for binding to the SREBP-cleavage-activating protein, and are critical regulators of cholesterol synthesis in human liver cells. m6A修饰在骨肉瘤中分子机制的研究进展

N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)是真核生物mRNA中最丰富的表观遗传修饰之一,在多种疾病尤其是肿瘤中发挥重要作用。m6A修饰受到甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶和RNA结合蛋白的动态调控。骨肉瘤是一种好发于儿童和青少年的恶性骨肿瘤之一,近年来骨肉瘤发生率呈上升趋势,m6A修饰的调控表达与骨肉瘤的发生发展及预后相关。本文就m6A修饰在骨肉瘤发生发展、化疗耐药、靶向治疗、预后转归的分子机制方面的研究进行综述,旨在为骨肉瘤的早期诊断和靶向治疗提供新思路。     

超声波条件下合成小粒度4A沸石

在超声波条件下进行了小粒度4A沸石的合成,考察了晶化温度、晶化时间及超声波功率对产品合成的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件,并对产品进行了XRD,SEM和离子交换性能表征.超声波条件下合成的4A沸石产品钙离子交换容量为359 mg/g,镁离子交换容量为186 mg/g,白度为95,平均粒度为2.54 μm,其性能明显优于传统水热法制得的产品.
