原子簇Fe3BP异构体稳定性的DFT研究

利用含相关能校正的DFT方法在B3LYP／Lard2dz水平下，对原子簇Fe3BP16种可能构型进行单重态下的全参数优化和频率计算，分析比较了优化结果的能量、结合能和过渡态．结果表明：原子簇Fe3BP有5种稳定异构体，具有立体构型的异构体1、2、3和4共存的可能性较大，其中异构体1最稳定，而平面结构的异构体5存在的可能性较小。     

Pr3+∶Y2SiO5晶体中橙—蓝频率上转换过程

测量了Pr³⁺∶Y₂SiO₅晶体的吸收谱, 标定了室温下Pr³⁺在Y₂SiO₅晶体4f²组态内的能级. 利用579 nm激光激发Pr³⁺∶Y₂SiO₅晶体, 观察到480~515 nm上转换荧光带. 运用时间分辨激光光谱技术测量了³P₀能级的上转换荧光衰减曲线. 通过研究上转换荧光的衰减曲线、 吸收谱、 激发谱和上转换荧光强度与泵浦激光单脉冲能量的关系, 确定了以¹D₂为中间态的能量转移上转换主要是上转换机制. 

基于3S的土地利用时空特征研究——重庆市北部新区为例

在3S（GIS，RS，GPS）技术的支持下，通过建立数学模型对城市土地利用时空特征进行研究，并以重庆市北部新城为试验区域，对该区域土地利用类型、土地利用程度、城市扩展等时空特征进行了动态分析，取得了良好的效果，为定性定量研究区域土地利用、土地覆盖的时空演变提供了一种新思路和新方法。     

3,4,6—三-O-苄基葡萄糖烯的制备

以D-葡萄糖为原料,在浓硫酸催化用乙酸酐将葡萄糖1,2,3,4,6位羟基酰化,再在液溴-红磷作用下,生成1-溴-2,3,4,6-四乙酰葡萄糖酯,通过锌粉/五水硫酸铜生成3,4,6-三-O-乙酰基-D-葡萄糖烯,最后用在相转移催化下,用氯化苄/氢氧化钠反应得到目标物3,4,6-三-O-苄基-D-葡萄糖烯。以葡萄糖计收率达66．8％．

【国际】1．5GB／min 韩国三星电子近日发表了已研发成功的世界上运行速度最快的两种存储卡——“MMC plus”。这两种存储卡的容量均为12GB，读速为每秒40MB，写速为每秒25MB，比现有存储卡约快3倍。换句话说，这两种存储卡可在1分钟之内将保存在卡内的1千张照片或500首MP3音乐或2小时的DVD影像传输到电脑里。该存储器均采用了4GB单级单元（SLC）NAND型闪存技术，而SLC适用于一个芯片配一个存储器的方式，体现快速性，另一方面，如果采用一个芯片上有两个以上存储器的MLC方式，则能够体现大容量。     

Thermal conductivity measurement of InGaAs/InGaAsP superlattice thin films

The thermal conductivities of InGaAs/ InGaAsP superlattices with different period lengths were measured from 100 to 320 K using 3ω method. In this temperature range, the thermal conductivities were found to decrease with an increase in temperature. For the period length-dependant thermal conductivity, the minimum value does exist at a certain period length, which demonstrates that at a short period length, superlattice thermal conductivity increases with a decrease in the period length. When the period is longer than a certain period length, the interface thermal resistance dominates in phonon transport. The experimental and theoretical results confirmed the previous predictions from the lattice dynamics analysis, i.e. with the increase in period length, the dominant mechanisms of phonon transport in superlattices will shift from wave mode to particle mode. This is crucial for the cutoff of the phonons and lays a sound foundation for the design of superlattice structures.     

两个角度描述的η-η′混合的研究

根据PDG-2004给出的J/ψ→VP各衰变道的分支比的世界平均值,利用对能量有依赖的η-η′混合角方案,对赝标量介子混合重新作了分析,由此得到η和η′的混合角θη=(-9.0±4.9)°,ηθ′=(-20.8±3.0)°.对J/ψ衰变中DOZI的贡献和SU(3)破坏也作了讨论和分析.     

叠加势V（r）=B6r^6＋B5r^5＋B4r^4＋B3r^3＋B2r^2＋B1r schroedinger方程的解析解

根据波函数的有限性和叠加势函数的渐近性质，通过待定波函数的设定，得到势函数表示为V（r）=B6r^6＋B5r^5＋B4r^4＋B3r^3＋B2r^2＋B1r的径向schroedinger方程的精确的能量本征值和本征波函数。     

新试剂2-[3-(5-硝基苯并异噻唑)偶氮]-β-萘酚的合成及其与铋的显色反应

合成了新试剂2-[3-(5-硝基苯并异噻唑)偶氮]-β-萘酚.并研究了试剂与铋的显色反应条件.用元素分析、波谱等鉴定其结构并测定其离解常数,结果表明,在pH=7.46时,试剂与铋发生灵敏的显色反应,形成稳定红色配合物,λmax=540nm,络合比Bi3+:R=1:2,摩尔吸光系数为5.13×104L·mol-1·cm-1.Bi3+在0～1.8mg·L-1范围内遵守比耳定律.
