基于改进的B/S体系结构的工程计算模式

网络技术的进步将工程设计方式带进一个新的历史时期,新型的基于网络的数值计算系统应运而生.在对普通B/S体系结构分析的基础上,基于Web服务和ASP.NET技术,提出了一个改进的B/S体系机构,并利用该体系机构提出一种新型的工程计算模式,介绍了实现远程设计计算的平台架构及其实现的关键技术,利用该平台,可充分实现资源共享,为工程设计人员提供良好的计算平台,从而提高工作效率.     

Bi2WO6-Cu2S复合材料的制备及其有机物降解应用

针对传统光催化剂可见光利用率低下以及体相/界面光生电子-空穴复合严重难题,利用水热法制备二维结构的Bi₂WO₆纳米片,为进一步改善光吸收,基于能级匹配原则,通过水热法在二维Bi₂WO₆纳米片表面原位生长Cu₂S构建Bi₂WO₆-Cu₂S异质结,基于二维Bi₂WO₆纳米片优良的压电性能以及Bi₂WO₆-Cu₂S异质结良好的光吸收及载流子传输性能,构建光-电-压电三种效应协同催化体系,探索最优降解实验条件,并成功用于水中罗丹明B的降解中。结果表明在光-电-压电效应协同作用下,设计的Bi₂WO₆-Cu₂S对罗丹明B的降解率在40 min内达到87%,为利用光电催化和压电催化的协同作用设计独特的异质结结构开辟了一条新途径。     

半导体制冷器件原理及其应用

在功率较小的温度控制系统中,可以广泛运用半导体制冷,因为它在制冷时,没有污染、可靠性非常强。例如便携式汽车冷暖箱、冷热饮水机、微机芯片的制冷等。本文详细叙述了半导体制冷片(器件)的工作原理、工作过程及其特点,并研究开发了一套以单片机STC12C5A60S2控制为核心,数字式温度传感器,半导体制冷片以及固态继电器配合使用的微机芯片温度检测制冷控制系统。该系统具有很强的实用性和可移植性。     

基于3S的闽江下游湿地景观空间分异研究

利用RS,GPS,GIS等技术手段,以闽江下游地区作为研究区域,选取景观多样型、优势度、均匀度、破碎度和分离度等指标,分析研究了闽江下游地区湿地景观的空间分异特征.结果显示,在沿海、近海和内陆地区之间,各类指标在地域空间上存在着明显的差异性;闽江下游地区湿地景观空间格局受到了地貌的支配;近海和海岸湿地具有比河湖湿地、人工湿地更高的生态功能与价值,是闽江下游地区湿地景观构成的核心.     

区域建筑业科技竞争力综合评价与分析———基于中国各省市面板数据的实证研究

依据相关模型,提出了区域建筑业科技竞争力的评价指标体系,利用因子分析法对2010年全国30个省市的建筑业科技竞争力进行了测度和分析.实证结果显示,建筑业科技竞争力主要受到科技投入、技术基础、科技产出和科技保障四个方面要素的影响     

Some heteronemerteans (Nemertea) from the Solomon Islands

Three species of heteronemerteans are recorded from the Solomon Islands. Baseodiscus quinquelineatus has previously been reported from the islands, but Notospermus tricuspidatus has not. The third species, Kukumia solomonensis gen. et sp. nov., is fully described and illustrated. We compared the 18S rDNA gene sequence from this species with five other heteronemertean species from which the sequence of this gene is known. Phylogenetic analysis using three palaeonemertean species as outgroup corroborated a relationship with lineid taxa.

在探索国家战略科技力量的定义与历史演进的基础上,探讨了美国国家实验室建设发展的经验,分析了中国国家战略科技力量发展面临的使命和存在的问题,提出了中国发展国家战略科技力量的相关建议。     

A revision of the Asian and European species in the subgenus Amiota Loew (Diptera,Drosophilidae) and the establishment of species-groups based on phylogenetic analysis

A total of 53 Amiota (s. str.) species (75% of the world total) from Asia and Europe, including 10 new species, kamui, kimurai and planata from Japan, and aristata, cuii, macai, magniflava, nuerhachii, spinata and watabei from China, are reviewed with designation of two new synonymies and phylogenetic analysis. Based upon the result of cladistic analysis with 31 adult male morphological characters, the following conclusions are deduced: (1) The subgenus Amiota is monophyletic, so far as the Asian and European forms are concerned. (2) Seven monophyletic groups are recognized within this subgenus. Two of them correspond to known species-groups, the apodemata and sinuata groups, and the remaining five are established as new species-groups, the nagatai, basdeni, taurusata, alboguttata and rufescens groups. A key to all the studied species from Asia and Europe is provided.     

Identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina (Orbignyi, 1835) from Agua Escondida in northern Patagonia,Argentina

During a general malacological survey for freshwater gastropods in northern Patagonia, a population of Biomphalaria was encountered at Agua Escondida. Biomphalaria spp. are freshwater pulmonates of biomedical importance, uncommon in Mendoza Province, and often act as intermediate hosts for Schistosoma mansoni. By looking at both morphological and molecular characters, we describe a detailed process of identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina from a location towards the extremity of its species range. A reference DNA ‘barcode’ is presented. As B. peregrina has been shown to be a permissive experimental host of S. mansoni, snails were also screened in the field for schistosomiasis and later in the laboratory using a novel polymerase chain reaction-based assay but no infections were found. Considering the transmission potential of this species, increased vigilance for intestinal schistosomiasis is recommended, especially if local environmental conditions become favourable for disease transmission, for example, through future climate change and intensification of irrigation.
