9涡卷超混沌吸引子的同步

研究了9涡卷超混沌吸引子的同步问题.首先采用Lyapunov稳定性理论,证明了可以用3变量反馈实现两个9涡卷超混沌吸引子的同步,并进行了实验验证,然后用主动-被动法,相互耦合法及单变量反馈法实现了同步,最后,对这些同步方法做了比较     

机械合金化无铅钎料Sn-9Zn研究

利用 X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热计 ( DSC)、扫描电镜 ( SEM)对 Sn-9Zn粉末的机械合金化进程进行了研究 .结果表明 :机械合金化和热铸法一样是一种制备钎料合金的方法 ;金属粉末的最终颗粒尺寸可以通过合适的工艺参数来控制 ;粉末尺寸可减小到 5～ 2 0μm ;1 %松香 (助磨剂 )的加入使 MA进程的加速作用最为显著 ,但松香也可能对金属粉末起污染作用 .

Kepler’s theory of the soul: a study on epistemology

Kepler is mainly known among historians of science for his astronomical theories and his approaches to problems having to do with philosophy of science and ontology. This paper attempts to contribute to Kepler studies by providing a discussion of a topic not frequently considered, namely Kepler’s theory of the soul, a general theory of knowledge whose central problem is what makes knowledge possible, rather than what makes knowledge true, as happens in the case of Descartes’s and Bacon’s epistemologies. Kepler’s theory consists of four issues: the theory of the different sorts of soul—that is, the human soul, the animal soul, the vegetable soul, and the Earth soul—concerning their faculties, the differences and the resemblances emerging among them, the relation they maintain with their own bodies and the world, and the distinction soul–world. The paper discusses these issues from a historical perspective, that is, it reconstructs the way they appear in three periods of Kepler’s career: the period prior to the publication of the Mysterium cosmographicum, the period from 1596 to 1611, and the period of the Harmonices mundi libri V. Finally, Kepler’s epistemology is briefly contrasted with Descartes’s and Bacon’s in order to suggest that Kepler’s could be seen as a third way to understand the philosophical origins of Modernity.     

Orthorhombic crystal structure of an insulin mutant B9Asp at 0.20 nm resolution

Human B9(Ser~i'Asp) insulin, a fast-absorption insulin analogue, was obtained by site-directed mutagenesis at B9 position. The orthorhombic crystal structure of B9Asp insulin was analyzed by crystallography at 0.20 nm resolution. Although no significant change of its overall conformation was observed, the local conformation flanking B9 site differed greatly from native T6 human insulin. The substitution of serine at B9 position by aspartic acid resulted in obvious alteration of local hydrophobic and hydrophilic interactions. As a result, the insulin dimer became unstable and the capability of the hexamer formation was diminished extensively. All these properties contribute to the fast-absorption of B9Asp, In addition, the open state of N-terminus of B-chain, which differs from T- or R- state, might suggest a new conformational state in the monomer or dimer insulin.

采用微波辐射合成荧光物质9－甲基a啶，对微波辐射的功率、时间等进行了探讨，优化了经黄的Bernthsen合成方法，并且双其荧光性质作了初步探讨。     

对虾白斑综合症病毒P9蛋白转录水平的微阵列分析及其免疫荧光标记

从构建的对虾白斑综合症病毒cDNA文库中,我们筛选到一个拷贝数最高,编码82个氨基酸的基因(命名为p9,wsv230).该基因被克隆到pGEX-2T载体中进行GST融合蛋白的原核表达,纯化的融合蛋白GST-P9用于制备特异的多克隆抗体.利用微阵列技术和免疫荧光标记技术,对该蛋白的转录水平及其在感染细胞内的分布进行了初步研究,表明该基因为高丰度表达,推测是对虾白斑综合症病毒的一个重要基因.     

9-硝基-20（S）-硝基喜树碱的合成

以喜树碱为原料，在三氯化铝催化下、硝酸钠和三甲基氯硅烷生成硝基氯中间体为硝化试剂，四氯化碳作溶剂合成9-硝基-20（S）-喜树碱（9-NC）。收率为25％。     

μC/GUI在ARM9平台上移植与优化的研究

介绍了图形用户界面μC/GUI的功能及特色,研究了μC/GUI在ARM926EJS上移植及配置过程,给出了详细流程以及核心代码,实现了友好的网形界面.针对移植过程中程序代码量过大问题,提出了直接支持BMP图像和alpha-blending的优化算法.实验结果表明,优化后的图形界面系统具有良好的实时性和稳定性.     

Selectivity of action between pyrethroids and combined DDT-pyrethroid insecticides on Na+ influx into mammalian neuroblastoma

Summary Several of the most active synthetic pyrethroid insecticides in the presence of sea anemone toxin II, induced a dose related influx of sodium ion into the C9 mouse neuroblastoma. The influx of sodium ion into this mammalian cell did not take place with a DDT analogue, EDO and several new combined DDT-pyrethroid insecticides, although these have been reported to cause excess sodium influx into arthropod axons, related to their insecticidal activity. This difference between species in the action of the new insecticides at the nerve sodium channel explains their low mammalian toxicity.
