关于《兄终弟继质疑》的质疑

同世界许多民族一样,历史上壮族姓氏家族观念根深蒂固,壮族社会中长期流行“兄终弟继”或称为“夫兄弟婚”的传统婚俗。侬全福与侬夏卿是侬氏家族中的远房兄弟,侬全福被交趾王杀害后,其妻阿侬投奔于侬夏卿处,并与侬夏卿结为夫妻,其后,共同支持侬智高反抗交趾和北宋王朝。这应是不争的历史事实。     

Enzymes and receptors in the leukotriene cascade

Leukotrienes are a family of paracrine hormones derived from the oxidative metabolism of arachidonic acid. These lipid mediators are recognized as important signal molecules in a variety of inflammatory and allergic conditions affecting the skin, joints, gastrointestinal and respiratory systems, in particular asthma. Such conditions are typified by local pain, tissue edema, hyperemia and functional losses. In the tissues, immunocompetent cells accumulate at the site of injury which contribute to tissue damage and perpetuation of the disease process. Leukotrienes can elicit most, if not all, of these signs and symptoms. Thus, leukotriene B₄ is one of the most powerful chemotactic agents known to date and participates in the recruitment of leukocytes. The cysteinyl leukotrienes, on the other hand, contract smooth muscles, particularly in the peripheral airways and microcirculation. Recently, drugs which block the formation and action of leukotrienes have been introduced as novel antiasthmatic medications. This chapter reviews the biochemistry, molecular biology and cell biology of the key enzymes and cognate receptors in the leukotriene cascade.     

Effects of calcineurin on LTP of rats <Emphasis Type="Italic">in vivo</Emphasis>

Calcineurin (CN) is thought to play a role in the synaptic plastivity and long-term potentiation (LTP) in the hippocampus. Based on two LTP models in vivo, a specific inhibitor cyclosporin A (CsA) of CN was observed, which affected LTP in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of the rats. The results indicated that CsA blocked LTP induced by high frequency stimulation (HFS) partly, but it had no effect on the decrease of the onset and peak latency of population spikes (PS) except that it reduced the increase of the amplitude after HFS. On the other hand, CsA blocked LTP induced by ginsenosides (GSS) completely. It suppressed the GSS-enhanced amplitude of PS reversibly and blocked the decrease of the peak latency of PS induced by the GSS. These results suggest that the postsynaptic CN plays a role in the induction of LTP in the hippocampus of the rats.     

基于个体的两凿岩机械手合作任务规划

文章在分析凿岩机械手的机构结构的基础上,求出机械手在工作面上的最大最小工作区间,然后运用模糊理论的相关知识将两凿岩机械手的工作区间进行合理分区,确定两钻臂在这些区域产生碰撞的模糊隶属度,从而引入"区域避碰”理论进行合作任务规划.在考虑两机械手工作进度产生一定变化和机械手在运动中所有关节变化量最小的基础上,引入双向A*算法搜寻最优路径.通过仿真研究证明,文章提出的方法计算简单,规划的路径在一定程度上可满足实际工作的需要.     

基于改进多孔算法的时间序列预测

针对小波分析技术存在的边界问题,提出一种改进的多孔算法。使用该算法得到的系数序列,在具备时移不变性的同时,消除了右侧边界存在数据畸变的现象,使小波分析技术结合神经网络等传统预测模型的方法应用于单变量时间序列预测任务具备可行性。为进一步提高预测精度,引入了神经网络集成技术以改善网络泛化能力。实验表明,这种组合预测模型预测效果与稳定性优于传统预测模型。     

基于CDT空间剖分的虚拟角色全局路径规划

针对大范围复杂虚拟城市环境中虚拟角色的自主导航问题,研究了虚拟城市环境的环境建模以及基于层次道路图的改进A*算法。用自适应剪切平面切割三维地物几何模型,把三维城市空间投影到2D平面空间,利用约束Delauny三角化方法剖分城市自由空间,通过调整约束边的长度调整提取道路图的精度,并构建顾及地形起伏特征的层次道路拓扑图;为适应基于层次道路图的路径搜索,对传统A*算法进行了改进。实验结果表明:该方法可以快速完成虚拟角色在虚拟城市环境中的全局路径规划,且环境建模需求空间小,路径搜索效率高并顾及了地形环境的起伏特征。     

Ag纳米线过热的热力学模型

对Ag纳米线的熔化和过热作了研究,提出了一种经典热力学模型对Ag纳米线的过热机制作了阐述;当考虑到低能Ag/Ni界面的作用时,推导了过热的定量表达式,说明了过热与纳米线的半径和界面能有密切关系.     

气相色谱仪高精度温控系统的研究

设计并实现了一种应用于气相色谱仪的高精度温控系统,给出了总体设计和主要的硬件连接及软件算法。采用ARM7系列微控制器LPC2212和12位AD转换芯片AD7887以及模糊控制-PID技术,实现对温度的精确控制。

A Streetcar Named Desire is a tragedy.Blanche,a beautiful woman,finally goes insane.She has an indecent past.She tells lies and is indulgent in her behavior toward men.All these seem to suggest that she deserves such a consequence.However,the fact is that Blanche once was a pure girl who dreamed of true love and happy family.It is the cruel reality that results in her tragedy.Compared with her,Stella's tragedy is a tragedy of toleration.Unlike Blanche,Stella prefers to tolerate when confronting with the reality.The tragedy of Blanche and Stella is typical of the time in which women cannot enjoy the same rights as men.     

芦荟超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的分离纯化研究

采用硫酸铵分级沉淀、Sephadex G-100凝胶层析和DEAE-52柱层析,分离纯化了芦荟(A.vera L.)超氧化物歧化酶,纯化倍数为56倍,回收率为54%,比活力为643(U/mgpro),酶的最适pH值为8.2,最适温度在40~55℃,KCN和H2O2能抑制酶活性。实验表明:芦荟中的SOD属Cu、Zn-SOD。
