环境保护越来越被公众所认同,现在大气污染成为需要解决的突出问题。生产企业排出的烟气中含有各种污染物,具体排放的指标需要遵守国家关于固定污染源烟气排放标准。对此,企业需要配有固定污染源烟气排放连续检测系统（CEMS）。

离子液体催化废聚碳酸酯的乙醇醇解反应

以合成的离子液体氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑（[Bmim][Cl]）为催化剂,对废聚碳酸酯（PC）乙醇醇解回收双酚A（BPA）和碳酸二乙酯（DEC）反应进行了研究.考察了反应温度、乙醇用量、离子液体用量和反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响.结果表明：在反应温度为130℃,反应时间为2h,n（C2H5OH）：n（PC）=6∶1,m（[Bmim][Cl]）：m（PC）=0.5∶1的较佳条件下,PC降解率为100％,BPA收率＞95％,DEC收率＞91％.采用IR技术对所得产物进行了表征.     

Construction of Streptomyces lydicus A01 transformant with the chit33 gene from Trichoderma harzianum CECT2413 and its biocontrol effect on Fusaria

Streptomyces lydicus A01 resists many plant pathogens (including Fusarium spp.) by producing the antifungal agent natamycin, which binds to the ergosterol of fungal cell membranes and inhibits the growth of pathogens. Trichoderma harzianum CECT2413 is a widely-distributed soil fungus that antagonizes several plant fungal pathogens (including Fusarium spp.) by producing chi-tinase and degrading chitin, a major component of the fungal cell wall. This study attempted to enhance the biocontrol effect of S. lydicus A01 on Fusarium spp. by transforming the chitinase gene of Trichoderma. Chitinase and natamycin could act synergisti-cally on both the cell walls and cell membranes of pathogens. The 33-kD chitinase-encoding gene (chit33) was cloned and conju-gal-transformed from T. harzianum CECT2413 to S. lydicus A01, and then confirmed via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays. Subsequent analyses using the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry showed that compared with its wild type strain (WT), the S. lydicus A01 conjugal transformant (CT) with chit33 gene exhibited substantially higher chi-tinase activity and natamycin production. The resistance of S. lydicus A01-chit33 CT and WT to four Fusaria in crops and vegetables was tested via the cup-plate method. Compared with the WT, the conjugal transformant of S. lydicus A01 with chit33 gene from T. harzianum CECT2413 showed greatly increased biocontrol effect on fusarium disease. This study would be beneficial to the development of high-quality antifungal bio-agents for agricultural applications via the synergy between the previously non-existent and pre-existing functions achieved through heterogeneous gene transformation.     

亮叶杨桐叶中山茶苷A对照品的制备及鉴定

为了研究从亮叶杨桐(Adinandra nitida Merr.ex Li)叶中制备山茶苷A对照品的方法,利用硅胶柱层析、重结晶和反相制备高效液相色谱对亮叶杨桐乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,以HPLC对山茶苷A进行纯度检查和含量测定,并通过各种波谱手段等对其进行结构确证.结果从亮叶杨桐叶分离、纯化出山茶苷A对照品,质量分数＞99.0％.该方法制备出的山茶苷A对照品符合中药化学对照品的相关要求,可以作为亮叶杨桐药材和含亮叶杨桐成药质量控制,以及中药药效物质基础用的化学对照品.     

同平面双弯头条件下A+K流量计前直管段长度的实验研究

A+K平衡流量计是针对航天飞机的主发动机液氧测量而设计发明的一种新型流量计,与其他的差压式流量计相比,这种新型流量计具有直管段短、精确度高、压损低、适用性广等优点.针对其直管段短的这一优点,对DN50、等效直径比分别为0.25与0.70以及DN100、等效直径比分别为0.25与0.65这4种结构的A+K平衡流量计在上游安装同平面90°双弯头时所需最短直管段长度进行了实验研究.通过对实验结果的定性和定量分析,最终给出上游安装同平面90°双弯头时A+K平衡流量计与双弯头之间所需的最短直管段长度.     

RISE: A RelIable and SEcure Scheme for Wireless Machine to Machine Communications

Wireless Machine to Machine (M2M) communications enable ubiquitous sensing, controlling, and acting via sensors, actuators, and actors. Reliability and security are of foremost importance in wireless M2M systems. A simple, target distinguishing attack can result in M2M’s failure. This paper presents a RelIable and SEcure scheme, RISE, which is a package of policies that guarantee the reliability of data (including sensor reports and actuator instructions) and devices (including sensors, actuators, and actors). The data reliability is improved by four algorithms, ChooseMedian, ChooseMost, ChooseNearest, and Trust-based Enhancement. Report attainability is improved via m repeat-sending and n multiple-reporting algorithms. Device reliability is guaranteed by device-indistinguishability, which comprises data-indistinguishability and behavior-indistinguishability. The security requirements are formally defined, and the security analysis proves the soundness and completeness of the scheme.     

综采工作面大倾角胶带输送机防滑防窜煤矸设计

根据钱营孜煤矿E3211综采工作面机巷大倾角的实际条件,本文探讨了对该工作面机巷安装两部DSJ120/120/2*400胶带式运输机进行防下滑、防窜煤矸设计,确定了大倾角胶带输送机防下滑、防窜煤矸设计方案。通过实际应用能够有效杜绝胶带输送机整体下滑现象的发生,确保大倾角胶带输送机运转的安全性,也为以后类似条件下的综采工作面安装大倾角胶带输送机提供了经验。     

回火温度对低碳贝氏体高强度钢组织性能的影响

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和力学性能试验机等手段,系统研究了不同回火温度下低碳贝氏体高强度钢的组织及力学性能变化.结果表明:回火后位错密度的变化、析出相的形态、板条贝氏体的合并粗化和M/A岛的分解是导致力学性能变化的主要原因.600℃回火后屈服强度较热轧态强度提高了35MPa,-40℃冲击功提高了49J,此回火温度下实验钢具有最佳的强韧性配合.回火后低碳贝氏体高强度钢韧性改善主要是由于粗大M/A岛的分解,细小弥散分布的M/A岛可有效阻止裂纹扩展,改善低温冲击韧性.     

冠心病关联标志物的初步研究

冠心病是心血管系统中的主要疾病之一,其关联标志物的研究对于冠心病的预防和治疗有着重要意义.分别选用来自于冠心病病人和正常人各20例血样,提取血样中单核细胞总蛋白,通过Western blot方法对部分在冠心病发生与发展中起重要作用的分子进行检测.结果显示,在冠心病病人血液中抗动脉粥样硬化分子ABCA1的表达量显著下降,而致动脉粥样硬化的分子CD36和PCSK9的表达量则明显上升,并且CD36在男性冠心病患者血液内的表达量高于女性患者.因而,CD36和PCSK9的过表达及ABCA1表达量的下降可能与中国人群冠心病的发生发展相关,有可能成为冠心病的关联标志物.
