7—氯—8—甲基喹啉氯化过程研究

本文用ＨＭＯ法对７－氯－８－甲基喹啉的电子密度、键级和自由价进行了计算，认为７－氯－８－甲基喹啉可以进行Ｃ３位亲电氯代反应。通过实验研究氯化过程，测定出六种氯化物，结果表明，在合适条件下，Ｃ３位的氯化伴随着甲基侧链的自由基氯代反应同时发生。     

类He离子双电子S激发态的描述

在含有电子相互关系的薛定谔方程近似解的基础上，建立类Ｈｅ等电子离子双激发Ｓ态的能量与核电荷及量子数的依赖关系，并导出一能对高激发态能量进行定量分析的近似公式。     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

Glauber和Kawasaki动力学下正方格子上伊辛模型居里温度的蒙特卡罗计算

利用蒙特卡罗方法研究正方格子上的伊辛模型的相变问题．讨论了不同翻转方式(随机翻转和顺序翻转)以及不同动力学规则(Glauber动力学和Kawasaki动力学)对正方格子上的伊辛模型的居里温度Tc的影响．结果表明，当Glauber动力学占主要地位时，在两种翻转方式下都可以计算出居里温度Tc的值，当Kawasaki动力学占主要地位时，只能用随机翻转的方法获得居里温度Tc．     

非晶态Te_（81）Ge_（15）Sb_4薄膜材料的电学性能

对用熔体淬火再真空蒸发所制备的非晶态Ｔｅ＿（８ｌ）Ｇｅ＿（１５）Ｓｂ＿４薄膜的伏－安特性，直流电导率及玻璃转变温度等性能进行了研究。结果表明，这种材料具有较好的开关效应及较高的热稳定性，可用作开关器件等。     

Pharmacodynamic profile of CQP 201-403, a novel 8α-amino-ergoline

Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel^®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.     

技能映射通过析取模型诱导的多分知识结构

基于程序性知识的评估,提出由项目自身的状态结构诱导多分知识结构的方法,以建立适用于问题解答的多分评估体系.首先,根据各项目的解答或操作步骤设定响应值集,通过项目状态转移函数定义项目状态空间;然后,用操作程序表示技能,由过程函数导出析取的技能映射;最后,讨论技能映射通过析取模型诱导的多分知识结构.结果表明：技能映射通过析取模型诱导的多分知识结构是多分知识空间.     

Metabolism of 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in hamsters

Summary Metabolism of 26-hydroxycholesterol to 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid and other C24-bile acids has been expected to occur by way of 3-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in studies in vitro. 3-Hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid was infused intravenously into bile fistula hamsters and the following C24-bile acids were identified: 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid, lithocholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, and a small amount of cholic acid.
