Conformational analysis on anti-HIV-1 peptide T22([Tyr5,12,Lys7]-polyphemusinⅡ )

The conformational scan of anti-HIV peptide T22 ([Tyrsup>5,12, Lys⁷]-polyphemusinⅡ) backbone on a deformed potential energy surface (PES) was performed using the potential smoothing searching (PSS) protocol. All located minima were then transferred to the original PES using undeformed optimized potentials for liquid simulations (OPLS) potential function, and minimized by multi-conformer minimization (MCM). For solution-phase calculations, the GB/SA continuum model for water was used. This application of PSS integrated with MCM is proved a feasible method for solving the multiple-minimum problem in the conformational analysis of flexible molecules with cyclic structure.

引发剂用量对ABS树脂冲击强度的影响

采用种子乳液聚合技术，以K2S2O8为引发剂合成了一系列PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物。并与SAN树脂进行共混，制得了ABS树脂。考察了引发剂K2S2O8用量对PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率及制得的ABS树脂的冲击 强度的影响。研究了PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率与ABS树脂的冲击强度间的关系。讨论了乳液聚合过程中K2S2O8的引发、扩散机理。     

岩体空隙率的计算方法

通过理论分析，推导出岩体弹性波波速与空隙率间关系，并对其进行统计分析，同时进行岩体空隙率计算，并与现场测试结果对照，二者吻合。     

Decompoisition of toxic and environmentally hazardous 2,3,7,8-tetra-chlorodibenzo-p-dioxin by gamma irradiation

Summary The decomposition of the toxic and environmentally hazardous 2378-TCDD by gamma irradiation was studied and successfully used to decontaminatge laboratory wastes containing small quantities of this chemically and biological stable compound. The method makes use of gamma irradiation from a commercial⁶⁰cobalt facility at high dose levels (100 kGy) to break down the compound into notoxic products. Irradiation also decomposed 2378-TCDD in contaminated soil from the Seveso accident.

First principles study-D88 lattice stability of low-rate metalloid Ti5Si3

First principles study is reported for the band structures, site and angular momentum decomposed density of states, and the electronic charge density distributions in high-temperature structural materials D8₈-Ti₅Si₃ with the addition of low-rate metalloid: carbon, boron, nitrogen and oxygen. It shows that how the addition of metalloid atoms can stabilize Nowotny phase of Ti₅Si₃ from the viewpoint of the electron structure.
