核酸分析中的新突破双-嵌入剂荧光探针

近年来兴起的双－嵌入剂是一类安全、方便、高灵敏度、低背景的理想核酸探针,当使用激光激发的共焦荧光扫描仪检测时,对核酸的分析可达ｐｇ级,赶上甚至超过了放射性同位素标记物．本文对双－嵌入剂荧光核酸探针的结构、性质、应用及发展展望几方面进行了综述．     

阳离子交换树脂催化合成1—萘乙酸甲酯的研究

本文研究了用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,１—萘乙酸和甲醇直接酯化合成１—萘乙酸甲酯的反应。考察了催化剂用量,反应物料配比,反应时间等因素对产率的影响,通过正交实验,找到了较佳反应条件：当催化剂用量为反应液的３％,醇酸摩尔比为２０～３０,在回流温度下反应４小时,酯的收率＞９２％,纯度＞９９％。该法工艺简单,操作方便,无三废污染,适合工业化生产。     

采用NP催化剂的芥酸氢化制备山嵛酸工艺研究

本文制备了高效加氢ＮＰ催化剂,并讨论了芥酸采用该催化剂加氢制备山嵛酸时,催化剂浓度、氢气压力、反应温度、搅拌速度等因素对反应的影响。试验结果表明其适宜的工艺条件为：催化剂浓度０．６％,氢气压力８．１１×１０５Ｐａ,反应温度４１３Ｋ,脉冲式搅拌速度８０次／ｍｉｎ。     

烟酸钕Nd2(C5H4NCOO)6(H2O4的晶体结构

从ＬｎＡｌａＮＡ溶液（Ｌｎ＝Ｎｄ,Ａｌａ＝Ｌ－丙氨酸,ＮＡ＝烟酸）中得到烟酸钕晶体,其晶体结构用四元Ｘ射线衍射技术测定。化合物为二聚体结构,属单斜晶系,Ｐ２１／ｃ空间群,晶胞参数：ａ＝９．６８６（２）,ｂ＝１１．９９６９（１１）,ｃ＝１７．２２０６（１３）,β＝９２．５５０（９）°,Ｖ＝１９９９．２（４）３,Ｚ＝２,Ｄｃ＝１．８１６ｍｇ／ｍ３。Ｎｄ配位数为８,配位多面体为畸变四方反棱柱。

对巯基苯甲酸的合成

目的寻找简便经济地合成对巯基苯甲酸的方法．方法在常压条件下,将对氨基苯甲酸重氮化处理后,在多硫化钠的作用下,形成４,４′－二硫代二苯甲酸钠,经浓盐酸酸化后成４,４′－二硫代二苯甲酸．除去多余的硫后,用锌粉与冰醋酸还原,用碱液除去过量的锌,然后经酸化、洗涤、烘干成对巯基苯甲酸．结果经元素分析符合对巯基苯甲酸的化学式Ｃ７Ｈ６Ｏ２Ｓ,红外光谱及熔点测定证明为本产品．结论本方法原料易得,成本低,合成周期短,辅料可回收利用,得率较高,而且对环境无污染．     

羧酸在油水相中的分布

研究了甲酸和乙酸于水中和不同有机介质中的分配系数,重点研究了含21、24和27碳原子的三烷基叔胺对甲酸和乙酸的成盐萃取作用。同时,在不同稀释剂及其用量、温度以及甲酸和乙酸浓度的条件下,确定了小分子羧酸的分配系数及其变化规律,最后,根据有机羧酸叔胺盐的热分解行为获得了纯度达90％的甲酸和乙酸,从而为重有机工业的酸回收提供了工艺技术设计的依据。     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Effect of lanthanum ions on tRNAphe structure: Imino proton NMR spectroscopy

The effect of lanthanum ions on the structural and conformational change of yeast tRNA Phe was studied by 1H NMR. The results suggest that the tertiary base pair (G-15)(C-48), which was located in the terminal in the augmented dihydrouridine helix (D-helix), was markedly affected by adding La 3+ and shifted 0.33 downfield. Based pair (U-8)(A-14), which is associated with a tertiary interaction, links the base of the acceptor stem to the D-stem and anchors the elbow of the L structure, shifted 0.20 upfield. Another imino proton that may be affected by La 3+ in tRNA Phe is the tertiary base pair (G-19)(C-56). The assignment of this resonance is tentative since it is located in the region of highly overlapping resonances between 12.6 and 12.2. This base pair helps to anchor the D-loop to the TΨC loop.     

SrGa2S4:Ce blue TFEL in new structure

SrGa₂S₄: Ce blue TFEL device with a novel structure was prepared by electron beam evaporation. The dielectric constant of insulator layer in this structure is far less than that in the conventional structure, so the hot-electrons can be accelerated in SiO₂ layers. The stable TFEL with good chromaticity was achieved and the basic characteristics were investigated.
