Investigation of microenvironment-depended photoluminescence in Eu3+-implantation of GaN

GaN thin films grown on sapphire were implanted by Eu~3+ with three different fluences (5.0×10~14 , 2.5×10~15 and 5.0×10~15cm~-2 ). The photoluminescence (PL) spectra show that, after annealing, the samples exhibit strong emission at around 622.0 nm under 325 nm laser excitation. The intensity of this emission increases by one order of magnitude after annealing at from 600 ℃ to 900 ℃. Moreover, it increases less than 2 times when the fluence increases from 5×10~14 cm~-2 to 5×10~15 cm~-2 for the sample annealing at 900 ℃. The PL emission peaks around 622 nm of samples annealing at 900 ℃ can be well clarified by Gaussian fitting into 620.2, 622.0 and 625.0 nm, which are due to the Eu~3+ related with defects, Eu~3+ occupied at substitutional positions of Ga, and that located at interstitial sites, respectively. It shows that the different microenvironments and positions of Eu~3+ are responsible for these peaks, and especially the defects introduced by implantation play an important role in the behavior of the PL because they set up an energy transmission bridge from exotic photons to Eu~3+ .

通过设计化学工程与工艺专业综合实验,采用化学沉淀方法制备出超细Al(OH)3粉体,并对制备出的粉体进行表征测定。通过该实验掌握化学沉淀法制备超细粉体的基本方法,了解IR、TEM和化学分析等测试方法,并树立变废为宝的思想。     

投影三维重建中基础矩阵的鲁棒性估计方法

在未定标系统中 ,基础矩阵给出了图像间对极几何关系的代数描述 ,解决了许多视觉问题的关键环节 ,本文提出了一种新的鲁棒性基础矩阵估计方法 ,它引入了能够较好表达代数余数标准方差的Sampson加权算子 ,并且用迭代法来满足图像点噪声为非高斯白噪声的情况 .实验结果表明 ,在较大噪声干扰的条件 ,仍能较为准确地估计基础矩阵 ,具有良好的鲁棒性和较快的运算速度 .     

CaO、SiO_2、Al_2O_3和MgO四元渣系脱硫

根据石钢生产条件 ,研究了 Ca O、Si O2 、Al2 O3和 Mg O四元渣系脱硫性能 ,实验结果表明 :炉渣碱度在 1 .1 0～ 1 .2 0之间 ,Mg O≯ 1 0 % ,Al2 O3≯ 1 5%时能获得最佳的脱硫效果     

Auto-measuring System of 3-Dimensional Human Body

To realize the automation of fashion industry measuring, designing and manufacturing, the auto-measurement of 3D size of human body is of great importance.The auto-measurement system of 3D human body based on Charge Coupled Devices ( CCD) and infrared sensors is presented in this paper. The system can measure the bare size of human body that excludes the effect of clothing quickly and accurately.     

Synthesis and magnetic property of a nitroxide based on C60

The compounds containing stable nitroxide radicals possess magnetic properties for the free radical have net magnetic moment. Oxidization of the [60]fulleropyrolidine obtained from the reaction of C60 with diketone and 2-aminoisobutyric acid by m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid gives a new nitroxide integrated with C60. The stable nitroxide based on C60 is confirmed to be antiferro- magnetism with quantum design superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID).     

Pyroelectric spectrum in Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 antiferroelectric-ferroelectric ceramics

The pyroelectric effect of phase transition induced with temperature in Nb-modified Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O₃ antiferroelectric-ferroelectric ceramics is studied. Experimental results reveal that the phase transitions are accompanied with marked pyroelectric peaks, there exists the close relation between the type of phase transition and the shape of pyroelectric peak. Because of the variations of phase transition, various pyroelectric spectra result. The pyroelectric spectrum can display the polarization effect and some inferior phase transitions with temperature variations, such as antiferroelectric AFE_A-AFE_B or ferroelectric FE_L-FE_H transition, which are not detected by the conventional dielectric measurement.
