Molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the spleen of the b/b laboratory rat

The splenomegaly and the appearance of a significant number of CFU-E (erythroid colony-forming units) and BFU-E¹ (erythroid burst-forming units) in the Belgrade laboratory rat (b/b) spleen prompted us to analyse further the molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the b/b spleen. Messenger RNAs (mRNAs) specific for globins, proteins for iron transport and deposition and the band 3 protein were used in rat erythropoietic tissues as markers for proliferation and erythroid differentiation. In the b/b spleen, all mRNAs analysed display an erythroid-specific pattern of expression. This analysis also revealed an enhanced level of mRNA for ferritin in the +/b spleen, whereas erythrocyte-specific mRNA production was normal.     

Cl−/HCO 3 − exchanger is operative in isolated enterocytes from rat jejunum

Enterocytes isolated from rat jejunum were tested for the existence of a Cl^–/HCO ₃ ^– exchange, previously evidenced in basolateral membrane vesicles but not in brush border. Cells were found to retain functional integrity and transport capabilities long enough to allow Cl^– fluxes to be measured. Both efflux and uptake experiments indicate that a Cl^–/HCO ₃ ^– antiport, inhibited by 4,4-diisothiocyanostilbene-2-2-disulfonic acid (DIDS), is functional under resting conditions.

土壤中碳酸钙和有机碳测定的一种新方法

利用阿曼苏丹国的一千多个土壤样品,对土壤中碳酸钙和有机碳测定的实验方法进行了研究。发现实际碳酸钙的含量可由“亚稳态”时碳酸钙含量乘以适当的因子代替,从而大大提高了工作效率。而利用有机碳/全氮(C/N)的特殊规律,则可建立一个确定“有机碳”实验中所需土壤样品量的新方法。     

LaCeCuMn/γ-Al2O3纳米稀土催化剂的制备及性能研究

以纳米纤维状γ-Al₂O₃为载体，采用工艺路线简单的浸渍法制备了La_xCe_1-xCuMn纳米稀土催化剂，并应用微反活性评价装置测试了对CO和C₃H₈的氧化活性。利用XRD，TEM，BET等手段，分析了产品的结构和粒子形貌。实验结果表明，催化剂活性组分在载体上分散比较均匀，平均粒径在15～20nm之间，为纳米级催化剂。La物质的量为0.4mol、活性组分质量分数为15.04%时，制得了较为纯净的钙钛矿催化剂，CO和 C₃H₈氧化反应中起燃温度分别可以达到161，186℃，且二者的最终转化率均在99%以上。     

MgAlON-Al2O3复合材料的抗渣性能

采用坩埚法研究MgAlON-Al2O3系复合材料的抗渣性能，分析了复合材料的高温稳定性能和材料受渣侵蚀后的显微结构变化。研究结果表明，MgAlON的抗渣性能优于刚玉和刚玉-MgAlON系复合材料；同时在Mg-AlON-Al2O3系复合材料中，随着MgAlON含量增加，复合材料抗渣性能增加。     

WebGIS及三维可视化技术在供水管网中的应用

Fe3+离子在低品位铜矿生物浸出中的行为分析

生物浸出中容易产生铁矾而影响目的矿物的浸出速度。文中就这一问题，围绕与Fe^3 有关的各种因素进行了详细分析，旨在充分发挥Fe^3 离子的氧化作用，又尽量减少其产生的负面影响。分析表明，在驯化适应低酸条件下浸矿细菌的基础上，合理调配酸性介质pH值、铁浓度、细菌氧化活性、氧化还原电位Ek值之间的关系，能使铁产生的沉淀降到最小化。
