P2P模式探讨与应用研究

随着协同、即时概念及应用的推广,P2P（Peer to Peer）技术日趋成熟,通过这种技术,我们有了解决经典C／S中固有难题的新的途径.本文对这一技术进行了探讨,并针对一个实际项目中的文件更新问题做出了相应的研究,P2P技术可以获得更快的更新速度和服务质量．     

APC/C regulation of axonal growth and synaptic functions in postmitotic neurons: the Liprin-{\varvec \alpha} connection

Protein ubiquitination has critical roles in neuronal physiology and defects in protein ubiquitination have been implicated in neurodegenerative pathology. The anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) is one of two key E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes that functions in regulating cell cycle transitions in proliferating cells by acting on cyclins and components of the mitotic/meiotic apparatus. Documentation of APC/C's action beyond cell division is sparse. In the past year, however, novel and surprising roles for APC/C in postmitotic neurons, particularly in the modulation of axonal growth and synaptic functions, have been revealed. APC/C and its activator Cdh-1 are found in good abundance in neurons, and these seem to function at different cellular locations, modulating apparently diverse processes such as axonal growth and synaptic function. Interestingly, there also appears to be a single link to these apparently divergent actions of APC/C in neurons--the multi-domain, multi-functional scaffolding protein Liprin-alpha which is an APC/C substrate.     

青藏高原东缘五种风毛菊属植物的核型研究

报道了产于青藏高原东缘五种风毛菊属(Saussurea DC.)植物的染色体数目和核型,研究结果表明,五个种的染色体数目分别是:紫苞雪莲(Saussurea iodostegia)2n=32;长毛风毛菊(Saussurea hieracioides)2n=32;柳叶菜风毛菊(Saussurea epilobioides)2n=24;小花风毛菊(Saussurea parviflora)2n=26;变裂风毛菊(Saussurea variiloba)2n=26,均为二倍体.核型公式为:紫苞雪莲(S.iodostegia)2n=2x=32=8m+16sm+8st,属3B型;长毛风毛菊(S.hieracioides)2n=2x=32=18m+14sm,属2B型;柳叶菜风毛菊(S.epilobioides)2n=2x=24=12m+10sm+2st,属2B型;小花风毛菊(S.parviflora)2n=2x=26=24m+2sm,属2B型;变裂风毛菊(S.variiloba)2n=2x=26=6m+16sm+4st,属3A型,五个种的染色体中均未发现随体.     

C／S和B／S模式及混合模式研究

简要介绍了当前较流行的两种管理信息系统开发计算模式，并较详细分析了各自的优缺点，结合二者的特点，提出了使用C／S和B／S混合模型开发管理信息系统的新思路．     

沪深股票市场长程记忆相关性研究

针对上海和深圳的日收益序列,采用重标级差(R/S分析)对其进行了实证研究.从统计结果来看,样本序列呈现出尖峰、胖尾等有偏特征,明显不满足正态分布的假设,表明收益序列可能具有长程相关或记忆性.采用ARFIMA模型对沪深股市收益率的长期记忆性进行了检验,根据分段检验的结果,得出了一些我国证券市场有效性的结论.     

广义逆A(2)T,S的体积

研究了广义逆A（T,S）^（2）是的体积，在不必首先计算出广义逆A（T,S）^（2）的前提下，导出了广义逆A（T,S）^（2）的体积表示，推广了文献[3]中的结果．由此分别给出了A的加权Moore-Penrose逆，Drazin逆Ad及群逆Ag的体积表示式．

基于Spartan II XC2S100的I2C总线通信

介绍了I²C总线协议及基于FPGA芯片的I²C总线接口结构框图.提出了复杂时序电路状态机嵌套的设计思想，并给出了基于Verilog HDL的I²C总线接口电路的硬件描述.在ISE 6.1i平台下结合ModelSim SE 5.7进行了设计仿真，实现了XC2S100对I²C总线器件的读写操作.     

Hydrogen storage of multiwalled carbon nanotubes coated with Pd-Ni nanoparticles under moderate conditions

A type of novel material with a high hy-drogen storage capacity was prepared by supporting PdNi18 alloy nanoparticles,which were synthesized by using a new colloid method,on the surface of pretreated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The average PdNi18 alloy particle sizes calculated from XRD patterns were ca. 3 nm,and the high dis-persion of these particles on MWCNTs was con-firmed by TEM image. Hydrogen storage perform-ance of the composite was investigated under mod-erate pressure (0.1―1.5 MPa) at room temperature,and a maximum storage capacity of ca. 2.3 wt% was achieved under 1.5 MPa at room temperature,which was much higher than that reported previously under the same conditions.     

高校网上考试策略研究和分布式系统的实现

针对当前高校课程考试中出现的新问题和应用需求，提出了相应的解决方案和策略，并结合计算机新技术，利用.NET平台，设计和实现了基于B／S结构、分布式管理的Web考试系统．应用结果表明：所提出的策略和设计方案可行，系统具有很好的应用和推广价值．
