1株具抑制一氧化氮合成酶活性放线菌菌株的分离和鉴定

 从云南河口采集的土壤中分离到1株稀有放线菌YIM30243^T.该菌株具有很强的抑制一氧化氮(NO)合成酶活性.通过对其进行的包括形态、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及16SrDNA序列等方面的多相分类研究,确定其为诺卡氏菌属的1个新种,我们将其命名为白色诺卡氏菌(Nocardiaalba sp.nov.).该菌株在大多数培养基上生长良好,气生菌丝呈黄白色至粉红白色,基内菌丝黄白至黄褐色.气生菌丝、基内菌丝均呈不规则断裂.     

Phylogenetic relationships and divergence times of the family Araucariaceae based on the DNA sequences of eight genes

Araucariaceae is one of the most primitive families of the living conifers, and its phylogenetic relationships and divergence times are critically important issues. The DNA sequences of 8 genes, i.e., nuclear ribosomal 18S and 26S rRNA, chloroplast 16S rRNA, rbcL, matK and rps4, and mitochondrial coxl and atpl, obtained from this study and GenBank were used for constructing the molecular phylogenetic trees of Araucariaceae, indicating that the phyiogenetic relationships among the three genera of this family should be （（Wollemia, Agathis）, Araucaria）. On the basis of the fossil calibrations of Wollemia and the two tribes Araucaria and Eutacta of the genus Araucaria, the divergence time of Araucariaceae was estimated to be （308± 53） million years ago, that is, the origin of the family was in the Late Carboniferous rather than Triassic as a traditional view. With the same gene combination, the diver- gence times of the genera Araucaria and Agathis were （246 ± 47） and （61 ±15） Ma, respectively. Statis- tical analyses on the phylogenetic trees generated by using different genes and comparisons of the divergence times estimated by using those genes suggested that the chloroplast matK and rps4 genes are most suitable for investigating the phylogenetic relationships and divergence times of the family Araucariaceae.     

SBA－16硅基介孔材料结构对Cd^2＋吸附性能的影响

分别采用一步法和两步法,在不同酸性介质中设计合成了Im3m结构的SBA-16硅基介孔材料,并通过XRD、TEM、氮气吸附-脱附、29Si固体核磁等手段进行了表征,研究SBA-16硅基介孔材料合成条件和结构对溶液中Cd2+吸附性能的影响.结果表明:在相同条件下,SBA-16硅基介孔材料的孔径越大、比表面积越高、孔壁表面Si-OH的数量越多,对Cd2+的吸附性能越佳.     

网箱养殖鲈鱼内脏白点病病原的分离与鉴定

2007年5-6月,浙江省象山港海区网箱养殖鲈鱼暴发一种较为严重的传染性疾病.从自然发病和人工感染患病鲈鱼分别分离到LY-1、LY-2菌株.采用常规生理生化指标测定和分子生物学16S rRNA测序分析对病原菌进行分类学鉴定,两者鉴定结果一致并初步确定LY-1、LY-2均为哈维氏弧菌Vibrio harveyi.HSP60序列分析表明,所测病原菌HSP60基因序列与Vibrio harveyi同源性为99%,而与其他弧菌属细菌HSP60基因的同源性均小于91%.综合上述结果,LY-1、LY-2菌株被鉴定为哈维氏弧菌.     

DS1306实时时钟与PIC单片机构成的应用系统设计

对比分析了几种实时时钟芯片的功能,说明DS1306的应用优势.介绍了SPI串行总线结构及一种DS1306与PIC16F73单片机构成的应用系统的接口电路和控制程序,通过应用系统设计总结了其使用特点.应用系统的设计证明,DS1306是一种性能优良、使用方便的器件.     

基于无线传输芯片CC1100信号源的设计

本文设计一种以低功耗单片机PIC16F690和无线收发射频芯片CC110为核心的信号源,无线收发射频芯片CC1100产生一定频率的正弦波信号,经过滤波放大电路后经微带天线发送出去。详细阐述了设计方案和软硬件的实现方法。经过对信号源的测试,所产生的信号可传输6.8公里左右,该信号源可应用在室内室外的测量实验中,也可作为登山旅游、探险人员在遇险时等紧急情况下的求救信号源。     

活性污泥制氢系统中发酵细菌的分离与鉴定

分离鉴定高效产氢发酵细菌是发酵发生物制氢技术的重要前提,利用Hungater技术与宽体窄颈培养瓶平板技术,以及LM-1和HPB-LR培养基分离鉴定厌氧发酵产氢细菌获得六株产氢细菌,葡萄糖是他们最适宜的底物.他们的产氢代谢为乙醇发酵型.产氢细菌发酵液相末端产物分析表明乙醇和乙酸占其总代谢产物的95?%.生理生化和形态学特征分析表明它们属于一种特殊的微生物类群.16SrDNA碱基序列分析表明它们可以划分为新的种属.     

Identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina (Orbignyi, 1835) from Agua Escondida in northern Patagonia,Argentina

During a general malacological survey for freshwater gastropods in northern Patagonia, a population of Biomphalaria was encountered at Agua Escondida. Biomphalaria spp. are freshwater pulmonates of biomedical importance, uncommon in Mendoza Province, and often act as intermediate hosts for Schistosoma mansoni. By looking at both morphological and molecular characters, we describe a detailed process of identification and characterization of Biomphalaria peregrina from a location towards the extremity of its species range. A reference DNA ‘barcode’ is presented. As B. peregrina has been shown to be a permissive experimental host of S. mansoni, snails were also screened in the field for schistosomiasis and later in the laboratory using a novel polymerase chain reaction-based assay but no infections were found. Considering the transmission potential of this species, increased vigilance for intestinal schistosomiasis is recommended, especially if local environmental conditions become favourable for disease transmission, for example, through future climate change and intensification of irrigation.
