K 16Mn连铸坯热装炉轧制对轧材组织性能影舷

采用高温固溶加热法,在φ300轧机上模拟现场连铸坯热装炉轧制工艺,分别考察了K16Mn钢不同热装温度和开轧温度对轧材组织性能的影响.结果表明,热装轧制和常规冷装轧制屈服、抗拉强度相当,热装轧制成品塑性、韧性均较好.热装轧制工艺对K16Mn钢组织的影响,随着热装温度的提高,轧前奥氏体晶粒变得粗大,并且轧后组织混晶程度提高.这可通过提高开轧温度,首道次采用大压下量促使铸坯发生完全再结晶来消除.从而细化晶粒.改善成品组织性能.     

Genetic Diversity in Populations of Sepiella maindroni Using 16S rRNA Gene Sequence Analysis

Part of the 16S rRNA gene is amplified with PCR and sequenced for 5 populations of common Chinese cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni:three from the South China Sea,one from East China Sea and one from Japan.The result shows that a total of 5 nucleotide positions are found to have gaps or insertions of base pairs among these individuals,and 13 positions are examined to be variable in all the sequences,which range from 494 to 509 base pairs.All of the individuals are grouped into 7 haplotypes (h1-h7).No marked genetic difference is osberved among those populations.All of the individuals from Nagasaki belong to h1 and the h3 haplotype is found only in the coastal waters of China.A→←G transition in Nucleotide 255 is suggested to be taken as a kind of genetic marker to identify the populations distributed in East-South China Sea and the Nagasaki waters of Japan.     

Paleotemperature changes ver the past 3000 years in eastern Beijing, China:A reconstraction based on Mg/Sr records in a stalagmite

The Mg/Sr ratio in a stalagmite, which is directly proportional to DMg/Ca, the solid-liquid distribution coefficient of Mg, is proposed as a geochemical thermometer to estimate paleotemperature changes. The paleotemperature changein eastern Beijing over the past 3000 years has been reconstructed by using this thermometer in the stalagmite ZFFS-1 from Jingdong Cave. The records can be divided into two periods: 3000-2000 aBP, cool and wet, the air temperature averaging 9.8℃; and 2000 aBP-present, hot and dry, the air temperature being 1℃ higher than the mean value (11.7℃) of the past 3000 years. During 500-200 aBP, the air temperature was about 1.2℃ lower than that of the present, corresponding to the Little Ice Age in Europe. Like δ18O and δ13C, Mg/Sr (or DMg/Ca) reflects an obviously warming trend of the past 200 years. These results are supported by historic records.     

Studies on syntheses of biscrown ether compounds

Multi-ester type biscrown ether compound(I) was prepared by the reaction of 6-bromoacetacetic ester dibenzo-16-crown-5(7) with phenyl-methyl ether-2,6-diformic acid potassium salt in anhydrous DMF at refluxed temperature, and color biscrown ether compound(II) was prepared by the reaction of 4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5(12) with 2,2′(O-formoyl naphthyl)ethyl ether (9) in anhydrous ethanol at 40 C under N₂. 医用可降解Mg-3Zn-0.5Sr合金耐蚀性及细胞毒性

采用仿生法在Mg-3Zn-0.5Sr合金表面制备涂层,通过SEM,EDS和XRD分析表征涂层形貌和结构;采用电化学实验和浸泡腐蚀实验来研究涂层对合金降解速率的影响;采用生物毒性实验验证有无涂层Mg-3Zn-0.5Sr合金的毒性等级.实验结果表明:在Mg-3Zn-0.5Sr合金表面可以沉积致密的羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层,厚度约为30~40μm,HA涂层可以有效地降低Mg合金的降解速率;在体积分数为25%的有无涂层合金浸提液中培养细胞4d,细胞相对增值率均超过100%,有无涂层合金的细胞毒性均为0级.
