Gene flow from genetically modified herbicide-resistant rapeseed to cruciferous weeds

The sexual compatibility between genetically modified (GM) glyphosate-resistant rapeseed variety Q3 (Brassica napus L.) and 5 cruciferous weeds is studied through the observation of fluorescence microscopy and cross-fertility after manual pollination. The results indicated that Q3 (as male) was highly incompatible with Thlaspi arvense L., Capsella bursa?pastoris (L.) Medic, Cardamine hirsuta L. and Rorippa palustris (L.) Besser (as female). Fluorescence microscopic observation showed that growing of pollen tubes terminated on the stigma surface or at the upper 1/3 part of the style. However, B. juncea×Q3 was compatible, and the compatibility index was 1.65. Under the neighboring growth and natural pollination conditions, the rates of gene flow from Q3 to T. arvense, C. bursa-pastoris, C. hirsute and R. palustris were all 0, while it was 0.86% for B. juncea. These results indicate that there is difference in the rate of gene flow between GM rapeseed and cruciferous wild weeds, and frequency of gene flow is highly correlated with sexual compatibility.

The Primal Exploration of Space launch and Manned Lunar-landing

The lunar-landing is the continuity of manned spaceflight engineering. Comparing with the manned spacecraft engineering, it requires more reliability , larger scale, and more funds. On the basis of China＇ s achievements and the experiences of foreign com~tries, the paper brings forward the idea that using the existing transportation technology to send the launch vehicles and cosmonauts to the near-earth orbit in batches, assembling the components together on the space-launch platform, and then launching them to the moon to fulfill our dream of manned landing on the moon. The paper also discusses the space launch platform and the launching ways.     

基于J2EE的社保综合平台系统

为解决现有社会保险应用软件开发效率低、实施周期长、系统柔性差、无法满足用户需求的问题,采用C/S/S结构和J2EE的相结合,作为社会保险平台的主体架构。详细论述了系统的总体设计方案,提出了一个基于J2EE的C/S/S多层体系结构的社保综合平台系统。该系统可提高社保专业化应用水平,为促进社保实现的规范化、科学化做出了贡献。     

16Mn(HIC)钢硫化物应力腐蚀开裂实验研究

采用恒应变和慢应变速率拉伸实验的方法,研究了16Mn(HIC)和16Mn钢母材、焊缝在H2S环境中应力腐蚀开裂.结果表明:两种材料在酸性H2S介质中均发生穿晶型硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC);与16Mn钢相比,16Mn(HIC)钢有更好的抗SSCC性能,钢中的C,Mn,P和S的含量降低有利于提高钢的抗SSCC性能.焊缝及热影响区在焊接过程中,产生的粗大魏氏组织、偏析、缩孔和夹杂等缺陷,降低了焊缝的抗SSCC能力.但是,通过焊后热处理可以适当提高焊缝的抗SSCC能力.     

基于B/S高校教学教务管理信息系统的设计与实现

结合实际工作,介绍了高校教学教务网络管理信息系统的设计与实现,讨论了该系统的系统功能和几个关键技术。     

一种基于密钥分解理论的文件安全分割算法

提出了密钥分解问题的向量空间投影理论,由此给出了密钥分解算法,并且将该理论和算法引入文件分割问题的研究中,给出了一种应用于实际保密场合的文件安全分割及恢复算法,实现了将文件分割成n个子文件,而从其中任意m(1≤m≤n)个子文件恢复原文件的功能,为重要文件的存储和传输提供了安全保证.最后对在通信保密中实现信息的分解保密提出了建议.     

水稻基因表达谱分析寡核苷酸芯片制备的研究

 首先有目的地搜集了50个水稻花序相关基因,进行了探针的设计、筛选及合成纯化,用点样仪以微阵列的形式将其点于醛基化的玻璃片上;将3个不同生长阶段的水稻花序材料的总RNA经荧光标记反转录后与寡核苷酸芯片进行杂交.用ScanArray3000对获得的表达谱进行扫描分析显示,芯片图像背景均匀,信号清晰.用ImaGene4.0软件对表达谱分析表明,候选基因在水稻花序3个不同发育阶段的材料中,表达水平有显著差异.为进一步进行水稻寡核苷酸芯片的制备及应用奠定了基础.     

边界为导体平面的角域的静电场研究

对导体平板构成的角域内具有线电荷密度的静电场进行了求解.主要利用保角变换法以及电像法和数学软件Mathematica相结合,得到了任意夹角角域内的电势的表达式,并做出夹角为直角时的等势线簇图形.
