基于网络的教务管理信息系统的设计与实现

随着校园网的普及，建立一个具有通用性、开放性、实用性和灵活性的网络教学管理体系成为可能和必然趋势．本文结合笔者的硕士毕业设计项目《西北工业大学软件学院教务管理信息系统》的研发实践，论述了本系统的设计方案，包括网络拓扑结构、系统模块和数据库结构，介绍了系统所采用的软件平台和基本技术，最后说明了系统的特色所在．     

5-FU、海藻多糖、黄芪多糖复方抗癌制剂抗肿瘤药理作用的研究

由５一ＦＵ、海藻多糖、黄芪多糖组成复方抗癌制剂（以下简称复方）。对小鼠体内移植肉瘤（Ｓ１８０）、小鼠肝癌（Ｈ２２）均有显著的抑制作用，与化疗药物５一ＦＵ相比，抑瘤作用增强，毒副作用降低。复方可提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能，减轻化疗药物对机体的免疫抑制作用。     

黄晋京论我国商法的基本原则

分析、探讨了确立商法基本原则的重要性，论述了科学地确立商法的基本原则是准确认识现代商法性质的集中表现，指出规范市场交易关系的行为规则，提供统一、协调的市场交易规则的基本原则是民主法制建设的重中之重，也是立法新突破的关键。     

低公害混合氯氟烃（R22－R142b）汽液平衡的研究

自行设计、安装、调试了一套测定汽液平衡的装置，并建立一种取样分析方法，可用于测量低压至高压的压力范围．用此装置和分析方法于２８３．１Ｋ，２７８．０Ｋ，２７３．３Ｋ，２６８．１Ｋ，２６３．０Ｋ，２５８．２Ｋ，２５３．１Ｋ和２４８．０Ｋ共８个温度下，测定了Ｒ２２－Ｒ１４２ｂ二元系统汽液平衡（ＶＬＥ），压力范围由６５．８６ｋＰａ至６２１．１２ｋＰａ．实验数据通过了热力学一致性校验。并用状态方程法进行了关联，取得比较满意的结果．     

Interaction of volkensin with HeLa cells: binding,uptake, intracellular localization,degradation and exocytosis

Among two-chain ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs), volkensin is the most toxic to cells and animals, and is retrogradely axonally transported in the rat central nervous system, being an effective suicide transport agent. Here we studied the binding, endocytosis, intracellular routeing, degradation and exocytosis of this RIP. The interaction of volkensin with HeLa cells was compared to that of nigrin b, as an example of a type 2 RIP with low toxicity, and of ricin, as a reference toxin. Nigrin b and volkensin bound to cells with comparable affinity (approx. 10^-10 M) and had a similar number of binding sites (2 × 105/cell), two-log lower than that reported for ricin. The cellular uptake of volkensin was lower than that reported for nigrin b and ricin. Confocal microscopy showed the rapid localization of volkensin in the Golgi stacks with a perinuclear localization similar to that of ricin, while nigrin b was distributed between cytoplasmic dots and the Golgi compartment. Consistently, brefeldin A, which disrupts the Golgi apparatus, protected cells from the inhibition of protein synthesis by volkensin or ricin, whereas it was ineffective in the case of nigrin b. Of the cell-released RIPs, 57% of volkensin and only 5% of ricin were active, whilst exocytosed nigrin b was totally inactive. Despite the low binding to, and uptake by, cells, the high cytotoxicity of volkensin may depend on (i) routeing to the Golgi apparatus, (ii) the low level of degradation, (iii) rapid recycling and (iv) the high percentage of active toxin remaining after exocytosis.Received 21 April 2004; received after revision 26 May 2004; accepted 9 June 2004     

Study on the DME-cytochrome<Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis><Subscript>5</Subscript> and its mutants at site of F58

Phenylalanine-58 is one of the conservative residues in the hydrophobic pocket of Cyt bs, which forms aromatic stacking with the heme b. Previous study showed that both the stacking and the property of the aromatic residue affect hydrophobicity of the heme pocket, leading to change of protein‘s property. In order to further reveal the essence we esterify the heme propionate of Cyt bs, F58Y and F58W, and eliminate the hydrogen bond between heme propionate and Ser64 in examining the effect of hydrogen net on the π-π interaction. In this paper thermal denaturation of DME-Cyt b5 and its F58Y and F58W mutants has been studied by UV-visible and CD spectra. The heme transfer reactions between these proteins and apo-myoglobin have been studied as well. The results demonstrate that esterification did not destroy the aromatic stacking; however, it affects the stability of the proteins due to different volumes, hydropho-bicities and hydrogen bonds forming ability of these substituents.     

孔雀属孔雀线粒体细胞色素b基因全序列分析及其系统进化研究

测定了中国分布的野生绿孔雀和人工驯养的蓝孔雀、杂色孔雀、杂交孔雀以及白孔雀共5个种或亚种或变种的个体的线粒体细胞色素b基因的长为1 140bp的全序列.研究了其碱基组成及变异情况.结合GeneBank中真绿孔雀亚种、非洲孔雀、鸡以及鹑的线粒体细胞色素b(cytb)全序列,利用philip套件分别构建了系统进化树.结果显示:真绿孔雀和绿孔雀形成较接近的类群.蓝孔雀、杂色孔雀、杂交孔雀以及白孔雀形成较接近的类群.进化树结果显示白孔雀和杂色孔雀不能成为蓝孔雀的亚种.     

半完全环的同调性质

本文主要研究半完全环的同调维数和(a,2,b)-半完全环的结构性质和分类.     

内蒙大井矿床的绿泥石研究

绿泥石是热液型多金属矿床中广泛分布的近矿晕矿物,在大井矿床见于近矿的电气石绢云母－石英交代岩,石英－绿泥石－永绢云母交代炭和碳酸盐岩矿物交代岩中,绿泥石成分复杂,通过对大井矿床绿泥石成分测定,并与国内外同类型矿床中的绿泥石成分进行对比研究,发现绿泥石成分的含铁度（Ｆｅ／（Ｆｅ＋Ｍｇ＋Ｍｎ＋Ｃａ）可用来标志矿床的不同金属组合。大井矿床为Ａｇ,Ｃｕ,Ｓｎ,Ｐｂ,Ｚｎ组合,绿泥石为含铁度高的种属,俄罗斯     

具有间断映象的隐变分不等式

在本文中，我们对一类隐变分不等式和广义隐变分不等式证明了几个解的存在性定理，其中所涉及的映象不需要有任何连续性质，这些定理改进和推广了Ｄｉｎｇ－Ｔａｒａｆｄａｒ，Ｙａｏ－Ｇｕｏ和其他人的某些最近结果。
