三重金字塔模型及遥感影像管理系统研究

本文提出了三重金字塔影像模型I3P,重点阐述了该模型的构建方法。以上海市航空影像数据为测试数据创建了模型实例,证明了模型的可行性,并以此模型为基础,开发了三重金字塔影像管理系统,实现了快速查询管理及分发功能,较好的满足了海量影像数据的快速浏览和高效管理。     

Breaking biological symmetry in membrane proteins: The asymmetrical orientation of PsaC on the pseudo-C2 symmetric Photosystem I core

The elucidation of assembly pathways of multi-subunit membrane proteins is of growing interest in structural biology. In this study, we provide an analysis of the assembly of the asymmetrically oriented PsaC subunit on the pseudo C₂-symmetric Photosystem I core. Based on a comparison of the differences in the NMR solution structure of unbound PsaC with that of the X-ray crystal structure of bound PsaC, and on a detailed analysis of the PsaC binding site surrounding the F_X iron-sulfur cluster, two models can be envisioned for what are likely the last steps in the assembly of Photosystem I. Here, we dissect both models and attempt to address heretofore unrecognized issues by proposing a mechanism that includes a thermodynamic perspective. Experimental strategies to verify the models are proposed. In closing, the evolutionary aspects of the assembly process will be considered, with special reference to the structural arrangement of the PsaC binding surface. 剩余型直觉模糊推理的三I方法

要本文研究了由左连续三角模所生成的直觉三角模的性质,给出了与直觉三角模相伴随的剩余型直觉蕴涵算子的等价刻画,揭示了直觉模糊蕴涵算子和模糊蕴涵算子的关系．结合模糊推理的三I方法,针对剩余型直觉蕴涵算子,提出直觉模糊推理IFMP问题的三I方法和分解方法,给出两种方法的求解公式,并讨论了它们的还原性,证明了三I方法和分解方法具有良好的还原性．最后提出了IFMP问题的a-三I方法．并给出相应的算例分析．     

刨花板生产系统的PLC设计

通过对刨花板生产系统中的送板过程、翻板过程、锯边切割、堆垛并送出等生产工艺及生产流程的研究,以及对刨花板生产系统中电气控制系统的剖析,设计出基于PLC刨花板生产系统的电气控制系统.     

SEA方法及其在$C^3I$系统效能分析中的应用(Ⅲ)——监视模型

针对ＳＥＡ方法的要求,提出了评估$Ｃ^３Ｉ$系统在执行监视任务时的系统效能的三个性能量度（ＭＯＰ）,通过分析$Ｃ^３Ｉ$系统在执行监视任务时的行为过程和环境特点,结合排队理论,建立了评估$Ｃ^３Ｉ$系统监视效能的ＳＥＡ方法模型．利用该模型计算了一个实际$Ｃ^３Ｉ$系统的监视效能,并对结果进行了简要分析．     

Family I.3 lipase: bacterial lipases secreted by the type I secretion system

Based on the classification of bacterial lipolytic enzymes, family I.3 lipase is a member of the large group of Gram-negative bacterial true lipases. This lipase family is distinguished from other families not only by the amino acid sequence, but also by the secretion mechanism. Lipases of family I.3 are secreted via the well-known type I secretion system. Like most of proteins secreted via this system, family I.3 lipases are composed of two domains with distinct yet related functions. Recent years have seen an increasing amount of research on this lipase family, in terms of isolation, secretion mechanism, as well as biochemical and biophysical studies. This review describes our current knowledge on the structure-function relationships of family I.3 lipase, with an emphasis on its secretion mechanism. The macromolecular peptide-loading complex in MHC class I-dependent antigen presentation

A challenging task for the adaptive immune system of vertebrates is to identify and eliminate intracellular antigens. Therefore a highly specialized antigen presentation machinery has evolved to display fragments of newly synthesized proteins to effector cells of the immune system at the cell surface. After proteasomal degradation of unwanted proteins or defective ribosome products, resulting peptides are translocated into the endoplasmic reticulum by the transporter associated with antigen processing and loaded onto major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. Peptide-MHC I complexes are transported via the secretory pathway to the cell surface where they are then inspected by cytotoxic T lymphocytes, which can trigger an immune response. This review summarizes the current view of the intracellular machinery of antigen processing and of viral immune escape mechanisms to circumvent destruction by the host.
