Molecular and morphological identification of two new African species of Dugesia (Platyhelminthes,Tricladida, Dugesiidae) from Cameroon

The paper describes two new Dugesia species collected from the rivers Messassi and Ntsetsensooh in Cameroon, representing the first planarian flatworms documented from this country. Based on morphological data, the new species Dugesia bijuga Harrath & Sluys, sp. nov. is characterized mainly by the presence of two diaphragms, a barrel-shaped penis that is traversed by numerous ducts of penis glands and is provided with a short nozzle, and the presence of two atrial folds. The other new species, Dugesia pustulata Harrath & Sluys, sp. nov., is characterized mainly by absence of a penis bulb, presence of a large, elongated and weakly muscular seminal vesicle, and by the ventroposterior section of the bursal canal being thrown into distinct folds. The phylogenetic position of the two new species was determined through a molecular phylogenetic tree, based on a mitochondrial and a nuclear gene, including species from the major geographical range of distribution of the genus Dugesia. The phylogenetic tree revealed that the Cameroon lineage does not constitute a monophyletic group with the other Afrotropical species; it also showed that the African continent may house a great diversity of Dugesia species that still remains to be discovered.

星型网络的几种故障诊断度研究

针对星型网络的故障诊断问题,利用集合论、图论等方法对星型网络的结构特性进行研究,给出了星型互连网络在PMC故障模式下的几种诊断度,包括:一步故障诊断度,t1/t1-诊断度,局部故障诊断度。对于一个n维星型网络(n≥3),其一步故障诊断度、t1/t1-诊断度策略和局部故障诊断度分别为n-1,2n-4和n-1,这些诊断度的提出,对星型互连网络的可靠性和容错性的研究具有重要的意义。     

探究洛伦兹曲线模型及实例分析

利用洛仑兹曲线的特性,构造出新模型,证明了该模型满足洛伦兹曲线条件.并用实际数据进行验证,找出了五种洛伦兹曲线模型与之对比,发现新模型拟合效果非常显著,这一模型为更好地监控居民收入分配格局提供了较好的理论依据,具有一定的实际意义.     

Ca掺杂的对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料及其电化学性能研究

为探讨Ca的掺杂对LiNi_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3O₂材料结构和电性能的影响，以草酸为沉淀剂，以不同含量Ca对LiNi_1/3Co_1/3Mn_1/3O₂进行掺杂改性，并通过X射线衍射（XRD）对产品进行表征，探讨了不同Ca含量样品的电化学性能.结果表明：大量Ca掺杂生成明显CaO杂相，而少量Ca掺杂则能顺利进入材料晶格之中.随着Ca掺入，晶体类型不变，但c轴略收缩，形成更紧密的结构. 充放电显示Ca在低倍率(2.5～4.3 V，0.5 C)时，能一定程度提高材料的循环性能；但在高倍率(2.5～4.3 V，5 C)时，能明显提高容量和循环性能.充放电曲线同时显示未掺杂的材料高倍率下极化严重，放电平台严重降低；而Ca掺杂的材料极化状况则不明显，说明Ca掺杂能抑制极化并提高电化学性能.     

单取代1,3-[2H,4H]-异喹啉二酮的合成

四氢异喹啉类生物碱在自然界分布广泛且活性多样,使得这一结构成为有机合成的热点,然而在众多的有机合成方法学中,绝大多数报道都是围绕着四氢异喹啉C-1位的官能团化,对C-4位活化的方法较少,本文从1,3-[2H,4H]-异喹啉二酮出发经过两步反应即可得到4-取代的1,3-[2H,4H]-异喹啉二酮,并以1HNMR,13CNMR和HRMS确定其化学结构。产物1,3-[2H,4H]-异喹啉二酮可以根据文献报道方法得到4-取代四氢异喹啉化合物,为4-取代的四氢异喹啉类化合物的合成提供了一条便捷的路径。     

EGF-induced programmed cell death of human mammary carcinoma MDA-MB-468 cells is preceded by activation of AP-1

MDA-MB-468 is a human mammary adenocarcinoma cell line that overexpresses the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor and undergoes programmed cell death (apoptosis) in response to EGF treatment. Programmed cell death was shown to be greatly enhanced when cells were growth-arrested prior to EGF treatment. Apoptosis was characterized by an initial rounding up and detachment of the cells from their substrate starting about 12 h after EGF treatment, followed by chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation and oligonucleosomal fragmentation of the DNA at about 24 to 48 h. Cell death was dependent on de novo protein synthesis. We found a rapid induction of c-fos, c-jun and junB at the mRNA level after about 30 min of EGF treatment and a more delayed upregulation of fosB and fra-1. The junD gene was expressed in the absence of EGF, and it was moderately induced within 30 min of growth factor addition. The increase of the different fos and jun mRNAs were paralleled by an increase of activator protein-1 (AP-1) DNA binding activity. A characterization of the AP-1 complex revealed similar levels of several Fos and Jun proteins. Based on the kinetics of AP-1 accumulation and cell death, it seems likely that AP-1 contributes to the apoptotic cell death of EGF receptor-overexpressing MDA-MB-468 cells. 打捞锥失效分析及TiAlN涂层工艺与性能研究

公母锥仍是目前各油田普遍使用的一种打捞工具．对石油矿场来说,打捞或造扣一旦失败,往往导致事故套事故的恶性循环．本文讨论了石油矿场用打捞公母锥的失效形式及原因：造扣时受强烈的摩擦、挤压、剪切、瞬时高温及鱼头硬化,从而使打捞锥工作部丝扣变形,粘焊、横裂、磨损、压掐而丧失锐利性;运用物理气相沉积工艺对２７ＳｉＭｎ２ＷＶＡ钢试件沉积了ＴｉＮ、ＴｉＡｌＮ涂层,并进行了一系列涂层性能与应用试验;结果表明：涂镀ＴｉＡｌＮ的试件,随基体温度上升,涂层硬度与耐磨性增加,其使用性,耐用度及可靠性均有显著提高．     

基于DPI技术LTE-S1接口流量识别系统的设计与实现

针对长期演进(long time evolution,LTE)网络,基于数据解码技术?爬虫技术和DPI技术提出了一种流量识别系统的设计与实现方案?以图书类APP应用流量识别为例,说明深度封包检测(deep package inspection,DPI)技术在S1接口流量识别系统中的设计实现过程?采用黑盒测试方法,对系统进行性能测试,通过测试结果得出结论:该流量识别系统可以实现对用户行为的监测,对细化流量经营有着重要的推广意义?
