蒙脱石及其复合物作为药物载体的研究进展

在医药领域,蒙脱石具有多种优良药用辅料性能,开发潜力巨大。对蒙脱石作为药物载体的研究呈逐年增加的趋势,主要是对蒙脱石作为抗肿瘤药的缓、控释制剂载体的研究,近年来亦有对其作为矫味和降低毒副作用载体的研究。分两大类概括总结了蒙脱石作为药物载体的国内外最新研究进展,为今后科研工作者做蒙脱石给药系统的深入研究提供了科学依据。

本文研究函数空间L~(p1,p2,…，pn)（X1×X2×…×Xn），它是L~P（X）的推广。同时还推广了积分型Minkowski不等式和Holder不等式。     

高精度感光制板研究与实践

PWB（Printed Wre Broad）是电子产品不可或缺的重要组件，PWB感光制作具有制作方便、出板快、成本低等优点．本文基于近百次PV4B感光制作，研究分析了感光制板各阶段操作要领，提出了确保PWB制作精度和成功率的改进措施．实践表明：本文强调的操作要领是决定制作成功与否的关键，提出的改进措施可以提高制板精度，最小线宽、间距可达4．7mil，接近PCB专业厂家的工艺能力．     

Metabonomic analysis of hepatitis B virus-induced liver failure： identification of potential diagnostic biomarkers by fuzzy support vector machine

Hepatitis B virus （HBV）-induced liver failure is an emergent liver disease leading to high mortality. The severity of liver failure may be reflected by the profile of some metabolites. This study assessed the potential of using metabolites as biomarkers for liver failure by identifying metabolites with good discriminative performance for its phenotype. The serum samples from 24 HBV-indueed liver failure patients and 23 healthy volunteers were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） to generate metabolite profiles. The 24 patients were further grouped into two classes according to the severity of liver failure. Twenty-five eommensal peaks in all metabolite profiles were extracted, and the relative area values of these peaks were used as features for each sample. Three algorithms, F-test, k-nearest neighbor （KNN） and fuzzy support vector machine （FSVM） combined with exhaustive search （ES）, were employed to identify a subset of metabolites （biomarkers） that best predict liver failure. Based on the achieved experimental dataset, 93.62% predictive accuracy by 6 features was selected with FSVM-ES and three key metabolites, glyeerie acid, cis-aeonitie acid and citric acid, are identified as potential diagnostic biomarkers.     

Determination of risperidone in human plasma by HPLC-MS/MS and its application to a pharmacokinetic study in Chinese volunteers

This study presents a rapid, specific and sensitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） assay for determination of risperidone （RIS） in human serum using paroxetine as an internal standard （IS）. An Alltima-C18 column （2.1 mm×100 mm, 3 μm） and a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile （40：60, v/v） were used for separation. The analysis was performed by selected reaction monitoring （SRM） method, and the peak area of the m/z 411.3→191.1 transition for RIS was measured versus that of the m/z 330.1→192.1 transition for IS to generate the standard curves. The assay linearity of RIS was confirmed over the range 0.25-50.00 ng/ml and the limit of quantitation was 0.05 ng/ml. The linear range corresponds well with the serum concentrations of the analytes obtained in clinical pharmacokinetic studies. Intraday and interday relative standard deviations were 1.85%-9.09% and 1.56%-4.38%, respectively. The recovery of RIS from serum was in the range of 70.20%-84.50%. The method was successfully applied to investigate the bioequivalence between two kinds of tablets （test versus reference products） in 18 healthy male Chinese volunteers. The result suggests that two formulations are bioequivalent.

“靓”本是一个古语词和方言词,曾一度消失于汉语普通话中。随着粤语的北上,“靓”由粤方言进入共同语中泛化使用。近十余年来,“靓”的使用在全国尤其是在粤港地区人们日常生活口语中呈现一种滥用的状态,其词义的感情色彩在逐渐发生转移。     

The Grid Algorithm of the Development Coefficient and the Combination Coefficient of Background Value in GM（1,1） Model

This article gives the algorithm of the sector in which the development coefficient is, and the steps to simultaneously calculate the development coefficient and combination coefficient of background value. Unifying the development coefficient and the background value＇s coefficient of combination to optimize the model together, avoiding the malpractice to separate the two in traditional method, and avoiding the error brought out by matrix multiplication because of matrix＇s illness and so on in the traditional way, therefore increases the precision of the model.     

以丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯与丙烯酸为原料制备二丙烯酸乙二醇酯

以丙烯酸（AA）与丙烯酸-β-羟基乙酯（HEA）为原料，经酯化反应合成出了二丙烯酸乙二醇酯（EGDA）。以EGDA得率为考核指标，对催化剂种类及用量、阻聚剂种类及用量等合成条件进行了实验研究与优化，发现对于该反应，环己烷是比苯更优的带水剂，反应宜采用减压降温的方法抑制聚合的发生。对比分析表明，采用该方法制备EGDA的得率比直接酯化法、酯交换法更高，且产品的品质更好。     

加纳共和国体育场建筑设计

硬岩掘进机刀盘载荷与撑靴接触界面刚度的耦合关系

在复合地质条件掘进时刀盘载荷与撑靴接触界面的耦合关系严重影响硬岩掘进机(TBM)动态特性.基于并联机构理论研究TBM推进系统的力传递特性,建立刀盘、机械系统和撑靴接触刚度耦合力传递模型,讨论了刀盘在复合地质条件下掘进时刀盘载荷波动与撑靴岩石接触界面刚度之间的耦合关系.结果表明,撑靴接触界面刚度随刀盘载荷增大而非线性增大;复合地层中,刀盘载荷波动,接触界面刚度也呈现相应的波动特性;两侧撑靴接触界面岩石软硬不同时,刀盘载荷均值和波动增加,接触界面刚度均值和波动加大,且较硬一侧增加幅度大于较软一侧减小幅度.
