合成(Z)-乙烯酮缩硒硫醇的新方法

炔基硒基锂盐与Cp_2Zr(H)Cl(Cp=η~5-C_5H_5)在THF中反应得到中间产物α-锆取代的乙烯基硒基锂,接着与卤代烃反应得到α-锆取代的乙烯基烃基硒醚,进一步与烷基硫氯反应得到(Z)-乙烯酮缩硒硫醇。上述反应有很好的区域选择性和立体选择性。     

Refinement and Transformation from Z Specification to C + +

As a kind of formal specification language, Z has gained a position in the field of software development, but there is still no standard way of transforming Z specification into executable code that is promising in increasing the quality, reusability and maintainability of software. With the automatic programming model of software engineering, through the analysis for Z specification language, a feasible semi-automatic way of refinement and transformation is proposed, and the correctness of the procedure is also discussed.

Z25, a novel intronic snoRNA encoded in mammalian nucleolin gene

A novel intronic small nucleolar RNA ( snoRNA) , termed Z25, was identified from mammals by-computer analysis and experimental sequence methods. Z25 is a 69 nucleotides long RNA containing typical boxC/D motifs, terminal stem and an 11-nucleotide sequence complementary to 18S rRNA. In theory, Z25 functions as an RNA guide for the 2'-0-ribose methylation of adenine at position 1678 (human 18S rRNA coordinate) in 18S rRNA. Z25 snoRNA gene was found to be located in the fifth intron of nucleolin gene of human, mouse and rat, demonstrating that the mammalian nucleoline gene is a host gene encoding multiple snoRNAs.     

Reusing Test Cases Based on the Function Point

Reusing test cases from existing test case library is quite common in the software testing field. Testing practice tells us that there is a strong relationship between the granularity of a function unit under testing and that of the test case. A function unit with small granularity usually results in the test cases with the same small granularity. Therefore a test case defined as the function point,i. e.,the smallest size function unit,was provided for the first time.Though test cases with smaller granularity usually have better reusability,the cost of accurately reusing and integrating such test cases is also higher. In order to balance the test case reusability and the cost of test case reuse,a novel test case reuse model based on the function point was proposed in this paper. In this model,a reusable test case for specification-based testing was defined and some reuse strategies and three formal reuse methods were given. Finally,the complete automatic software process was realized by a reusing generation tool. The new method has improved reuse accuracy,while greatly enhances the software productivity.     

遗传挠理论的余投射模和余内射模

通过给出关于遗传挠理论的余投射模和余内射模的概念, 证明了这两类模的一些等价命题, 并揭示了这两类模的对偶性; 利用关于遗传挠理论的余投射模给出了余半单环和余左遗传环的概念, 并研究了这两类环的结构.

利用积分方程的方法和压缩映射原理研究Clifford分析中k正则函数的线性边值问题, 证明了解的存在性和唯一性, 得到了解的积分表达式.     

有限点集共超球的充分必要条件

运用距离几何的理论与方法, 证明n维欧氏空间Eⁿ中的n维有限点集Σ(A,N+1)={A₀,A₁,…,A_N}在同一个n-1维超球面上的充要条件是： Σ(A,N+1)的距离平方矩阵M(Σ(A,N+1))=(a²_kl)(k,l=0,1,…,N)的秩等于n+1. 并给出了三维空间中5点共球的充分必要条件.     

对靶磁控溅射FeCoN薄膜的结构与磁性

利用改进后的对靶磁控溅射系统,  以N₂/Ar混合气体为溅射气体,  在未加热的Si(111)衬底上沉积FeCoN薄膜.  采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)研究不同Co靶溅射功率对FeCoN薄膜样品的结构、 形貌和磁性性能的影响.  结果表明: 固定Fe靶功率为160 W(电流I=0.4 A),  当Co靶功率为2.4 W(I=0.04 A)时,  薄膜由Co溶入ε-Fe₃N中形成的ε-(Fe,Co)₃N化合物相构成; 当Co靶功率为58 W(I=0.2 A)时,  获得了Fe₃N/Co₃N化合物相,  薄膜的饱和磁化强度(M_s)为151.47 A·m²/kg,  矫顽力(H_c)为3.68 kA/m; 当Co靶功率为11.9 W(I=0.07 A)时,  制备出具有高饱和磁化强度的α″-(Fe,Co)₁₆N₂化合物相,  薄膜的M_s=265.08 A·m²/kg,  H_c=8.24 kA/m.  

研究一类2n阶p-Laplace微分方程[φp(u(n)(t))](n)+f(u(n)(t))+g(t,u(t),u(t-τ(t)))=e(t),运用Mawhin重合度拓展定理,得到了其周期解的存在性.
