养鸡好致富五点要注意

笔者长期从事畜牧兽医工作,侧重于鸡病方面的研究.在临床实践中,发现养殖户在养鸡过程中易出现以下几个误区.     

乌鸡法氏囊和大肠杆菌病混合感染的诊治

去年5月，某养殖户饲喂的300只乌鸡发生了一种以拉黄白色水样稀粪、打蔫、死亡为主要特征的疾病，发病率40％，死亡率15％，曾用氟哌酸、痢特灵、土霉素等治疗，效果不明显。     

Electroporation Transfection as an Effective Tool to Trace Transplanted NSCs in Adult Central Nervous System

Neural stem cells, which are clonogenic cells with self-renewal and multilineage differentiation properties, are currently considered as powerful candidates for cell replacement therapy in neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson‘s disease. A key issue is whether stem cells can survive, migrate and differentiate following transplantation into the adult central nervous system. This research shows that enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) plasmid electreporation transfected neural stem cells can functionally differentiate in vitro and that most of the EGFP-positive cells can survive and migrate towards the damaged areas when transplanted into the brain of a Parkinson‘s disease model rat. The results suggest an effective and maneuverable tracing tool to detect whether transplanted neural stem and progenitor cells function in the adult brain in vivo.     

肺出血型钩端螺旋体病的X线诊断34例报告

目的：提高对钩体病X线表现的认识。方法：回顾性分析总结34例确诊的肺出血型钩体病（其中普通肺出血型21例，弥漫肺出血型13例）的X线表现特点。结果：肺出血型钩体病的主要X线改变为两肺纹理增粗，肺纹理模糊，两肺多发点状，小片及大片状影，其分布特点是外带多，右肺多，右上肺多，即“三多”为其特征性X线征象。结论：根据上述X线表现特征，结合临床资料及实验室检查结果，可以早期确诊肺出血型钩体病。     

抗黄矮病小麦易位系cDNA文库的构建

对小麦-中间偃麦草易位系HW642一周龄幼苗接种饲黄矮病毒蚜虫,接种48 h后取幼叶提取mRNA构建了一个cDNA文库,文库的滴度为1.5×105pru/mL.随机挑取103个重组克隆,用限制内切酶EcoR I、Xho I消化,统计分析结果表明插入片段在150～4000 bp之间,平均插入片段大小为2000 bp左右,重组率为95.15 ％.文库可用于筛选抗病候选基因及EST研究等.     

专家系统方法在消化病远程诊断上的应用研究

通过对消化病诊断系统的研究，以消化病诊断体系为基础，引入专家系统方法，建立了消化病专家远程诊断系统。医生通过访问在Internet/Intranet 上的消化病专家远程诊断系统，帮助医生诊断消化病病人病情及查询相关消化病病例。该系统包括了累积的消化病专业 经验和一系列用于获得相关消化病新经验的推理机制，该系统模拟消化病专家的思维过程，将有助于消化病的诊断，由定性诊断提高到定量、定性相结合诊断。
