2-OH偶氮苯中的偶氮一醌腙互变异构的晶体化学研究

从剑桥晶体结构数据库(CSD)中系统地提取了17个邻羟基偶氮苯的晶体结构数据，用自编的FORTRAN程序对它们的几何参数进行了计算．结果表明：邻羟基偶氮苯晶体中普遍存在着偶氮一醌腙互变异构平衡，这些化合物中均存在很强的六元环分子内氢键且为近平面构型，对应的相关键长呈有规律的变化．     

高产旱稻新品种“GS郑旱2号”

该品种是常规粳型早稻新品种，已通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种产量水平高，综合农艺性状优良，生育期120天，高91．6cm，穗长20cm，平均每穗总粒数86粒，千粒重30．4g，糙米率81．8％，整精米率62．8％．直链淀粉含量15％，胶稠度90mm，抗胡麻叶斑病，抗穗茎瘟病，适应性广，适于黄淮海地区(豫、鲁西南、秦岭以南，晋南，皖中北，苏北等地)的早稻区种植。     

钢管高强混凝土柱的力学性能Ⅱ.长柱和偏压柱的力学性能

报导了钢管高强混凝土长柱和偏压柱力学性能试验的结果。研究表明，钢管高强混凝土长柱的承载能力和极限变形率随长细比Le／D的增大而下降。钢管高强混凝土偏压柱在相同的长细比下。随着偏心率的增加，试件的承载能力降低，纵向位移率降低。最后给出了钢管超高强混凝土长柱和偏压柱承载能力计算公式。     

受体缺乏改变小鼠脑内组胺含量及昼夜节律

在乙谜麻醉下,分别于明时(8:00 a.m.)及暗时(8:00 p.m.)断头处死野生型及组胺H1R基因敲除型小鼠,迅速取出脑组织并分离出皮层、纹状体、海马、下丘脑、丘脑、中脑及脑干等脑区.这些脑组织被制成匀浆并用HPLC荧光检测法测量其组胺含量.结果显示暗时处死时,H1R基因敲除型小鼠海马、丘脑、中脑及脑干中的组胺含量明显低于野生型小鼠.明时处死时,野生型小鼠各脑区组胺含量均较暗时处死显著降低,但这一变化在H1R基因敲除型小鼠中并未观察到.这些表明作为组胺的功能靶,H1R不仅介导组胺的功能,而且调节大脑中组胺含量与释放的昼夜节律.     

Behavior of MC3T3-E1 Osteoblast Cultured on Chitosan Modified with Polyvinylpyrrolidone

The physical and chemical properties of four kinds of modified chitosan materials made by blending chitosan with polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP） were investigated. All four of these modified chitosan materials were hydrophilic with water contact angles ranging from 59°to 69°. Fourier transform-infrared spectra of the modified materials showed a new band at 1288 cm^-1, implying formation of a surface physical interpenetrating network structure. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay results indicated that much less fibronectin was adsorbed on the modified materials than on only chitosan. The viability of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts cultured on the materials was assessed by 3-（4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl）-2,5-diphenyl- 2H-tetrazolium bromide assay. The results show that adding PVP10000 into the chitosan promotes adhesion of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts on the modified materials, but has no effect on cell growth and proliferation; while adding PVP40000 reduces cell adhesion, growth, and proliferation. The results suggest that the increased hydrophilicity of the material surface does not always improve its biocompatibility, which will influence the selection and design of biomaterials.     

Crocin Synthesis Mechanism in Crocus sativus

Saffron （Crocus sativus） cells can synthesize crocin, crocetin digentiobiosyl ester, in suspension cultures. The crocin family biosynthesis mechanism was studied using high pressure liquid chromatography （HPLC） to determinate the glucosyltransferase activity and to develop a method for synthesizing medicine from saffron cells. Previous studies indicated that two glucosyltransferases might be involved in the formation of crocetin glucosyl- and gentiobiosyl-esters. GTasel formed an ester bond between crocetin carboxyl groups and glucose moieties while GTase2 catalyzed the formation of glucosidic bonds with glucosyl ester groups at both ends of the molecule. These enzymes can catalyze the formation of crocetin glucosides in vitro. GTasel activity is higher during the first four days of crocin glucosides biosynthesis, but decreases after four days. The formation and accumulation of crocin increase during the first six days and stabilized on the eighth day.

用振动样品磁强计并结合X射线衍射准确判定了Nd2.4Er0.6Fe27.31Ti1.69化合物的磁晶各向异性方式,研究结果发现,Nd2.4Er0.6Fe27.31Ti1.69化合物的磁晶各向异性从室温时的易面转变到低温时的易锥.
