末端炔烃与亚铜离子反应的实验研究

研究了乙炔亚铜的电子吸收光谱，探讨了末端炔烃和亚酮离子的反应条件，生成物的稳定性和炔亚铜的组成，研究结果表明，末端炔烃的活泼性与介质中氨的含量密切相关，在ｃ（ＮＨ３．Ｈ２Ｏ）／ｃ（Ｃｕ＾＋）摩尔比为２７０～９００的范围内，反应活性最大，易与亚铜离子反应生成炔亚铅，红色乙炔亚铜的组成为ＣｕＣ≡ＣＣｕ，它在含有羟胺的氨性介质中很稳定，不受空气中氧的影响，这些结构为利用生成炔亚铜的以应来鉴定混合气中微笑     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

2-(9-蒽基)-2-羟基乙酸及其衍生物的外消旋体拆分

以键合有β-环糊精的硅胶为手性固定相，对2-(9-蒽基)-2-羟基乙酸及其3种衍生物2-(9-蒽基)-2-甲氧基乙酸、2-(9-蒽基)-2-羟基乙酸乙酯和2-(9-蒽基)-2-甲氧基乙酸乙酯的外消旋体进行薄层色谱分离．结果表明，当以环己烷／丙酮／甲醇(V：V=3：2：1)为展开剂时，两种酸的相对比移值分别为8．47和12．57；以甲苯／氯仿／丙酮(V：V=5：2：1)溶剂系统作为展开剂时，两种酯的相对比移值分别为9．25和20．81．     

N—亚（2—羟基萘甲基）氨基乙酸Schiff碱铜（Ⅱ）配合物的合成

通过２－羟基－１－萘醛和氨基乙酸形成的Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱与二价铜了合成新的配合物，并经元素分析、摩尔电导和红外光谱与电子光谱研究面是表征。其Ｃｕ原子形成四配位配合物，分子内中心原子分别形成亚胺的Ｎ→Ｃｕ，羟基的Ｏ－Ｃｕ，酚氧原子的Ｏ－Ｃｕ以及水的配位Ｏ→Ｃｕ。     

铜发光中心的分布和位错显微结构的关系

本文作者根据显著观测和发光光谱的测试结果表证实了在ＺｎＳ：Ｃｕ单晶中，蓝色铜发光中心及绿色铜发光中心的分布和位错线区域的横向与纵向的显著与纵向的显著结构有着固定的对应关系。     

四硝基酞菁合钴化学修饰电极的制备及对氧的电催化还原

合成了4,4′,4″,4″′—四硝基酞菁合钴(Ⅱ),并进行了表征,用不可逆吸附法制备了该化合物为修饰物的化学修饰电极,以光电子能谱法进行了表面表征。并研究了分子氧在该化学修饰电极上的电化学行为,发现该化学修饰电极对氧的还原有明显的电催化作用。
