水下航行器大侧斜对转桨设计方法改进

研究基于升力线和升力面理论的对转桨设计方法,对升力面设计的核心部分--螺距和拱弧面的迭代计算方法进行了改进,建立了一套较为高效、准确的大侧斜对转桨设计程序.设计算例及其数值验证结果表明：改进的设计计算方法不仅提高了计算效率,而且能够有效保证设计结果的光顺性;设计方法具有较好的精度,可应用于大侧斜对转桨的设计.     

民转军用工程机械在作战保障与抢险救灾中的应用研究

本文从民转军用工程机械的使用现状、技术性能等方面阐述了民转军用工程机械的在军队遂行作战保障任务及抢险救灾中的应用,提出了当前军队执行多样化任务对民转军用机械的功能要求,研究了民用工程机械改装满足军队任务的具体方法,并对民转军用工程机械的发展前景进行了展望。

基于RANS法的B系列对转螺旋桨敞水性能数值模拟

应用RANS法研究B系列对转螺旋桨敞水性能,对单桨和对转螺旋桨进行数值计算,研究不同湍流模型对数值结果的影响,分析研究对转螺旋桨桨距比和直径比的参数匹配问题,比较对转螺旋桨和单桨的敞水效率,剖析尾流场的变化情况,突破传统势流理论方法无法计入黏性和微观流动机理难以分析和把握等局限.数值结果表明:RSM模型的数值精度较高,且选取桨距比和直径比合适的对转螺旋桨明显提高其推进效率,对转螺旋桨后桨能吸收前桨轴向速度和尾涡能量,减小切向速度对流体扰动的影响,增大流经桨叶的流体动量,减小前桨尾流外直径,增加螺旋桨的推力,提高对转螺旋桨推进性能,具有工程实用性.

固体物料混合过程中混合度的研究

应用自行研制的多参数混合机,利用标准玻璃球模拟混合介质,对混合过程中的混合时间,装料填充系数,转筒倾斜角和转速等工艺参数进行了系统研究,从中找出一些改善混合质量的因素,建立了计算混合度的计算公式,同时确定了上述工艺参数的参考值。     

Generation of transgenic cucumbers with expression of a ten-tandem repeat long-acting GLP-1 analogue and their biological function on diabetic rats

Glucagon-like peptide-1 （GLP-1） is a 30-amino acid peptide hormone, which has the regulatory function of stimulating the secretion of insulin to balance blood glucose levels. In this study, marker-free expression vector pX6 with a fusion gene of ten tandem repeated GLP-1 analog （[Ser8, Gln26 and Asp34]-GLP-1） genes was constructed and transformed into cucumbers by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation method. Four transgenic lines were obtained by PCR and Southern blotting analysis and two transgenic lines successfully expressed the fusion protein （named GLP-T）, which was revealed by Western blotting analysis. The biological activity test results showed that the serum glucose level of diabetic rats was significantly decreased after oral administration of the fusion protein GLP-T extracted from the transgenic cucumber fruitage. These results suggest that this may provide a brand-new strategy to prevent and cure the diabetes with no pain.     

转子系统松动故障特征分析

针对工程中经常出现的一类轴承盖松动故障,综合考虑各种支座松动模型的优缺点,提出了一种新的松动模型.采用有限元方法对发生松动故障的转子系统进行模拟,得到系统的故障特征.结果表明:当等效松动质量振动位移小于松动间隙值,松动刚度减小时,系统经历了周期1、周期2最后达到周期4运动,且低频成分幅值在逐渐增大,轴心轨迹由椭圆变为螺旋状;当等效松动质量位移大于最大间隙值,松动间隙减少时,系统出现了高倍频成分和连续谱,轴心运动受到双面约束,在松动间隙很小时,呈一个"梯形"状.这些在不同情况下得到的故障特征,有助于对该类故障的诊断分析.     

Production of human lysozyme-transgenic cloned porcine embryos by somatic nuclear transfer

Due to their physiology and organ size, pigs have significant potential as human disease models and as organ transplantation donors. Genetic modification of pigs could provide benefits for both agriculture and human medicine. In this study, five fetal pig fibroblast cell lines from two species (Wuzhishan and Landrace pigs) were transfected using double-marked human lysozyme (HLY) plasmids (pBC1-HLY-GFP-NEO) by a liposome-mediated method. The ratio of green fluorescent protein (GFP)-expressing cells was >95% in sw7, sw8, slw3 and slw6 cell lines, but only 49.3% in slw9 cells. Cells from the four highly transgenic lines were used as nuclear donors to construct embryos, which were then cultured after fusion and activation by electric stimulation. The rate of cleavage was 76.7%, 48 h after activation. After 7 days, 18.5% of cleaved eggs had developed to the blastocyst stage and 93.3% of blastocysts were GFP-positive. These results indicate that transgenic fetal pig fibroblast cell lines could be obtained by a liposome-mediated method, though the transfection efficiency varied between cell lines. Reconstructed embryos derived from transgenic cells could successfully develop into blastocysts, most of which were GFP-positive.     

稻壳内燃烧砖的研究与开发

采用稻壳、磨细的稻壳粉作为内燃原料,研究烧结黏土砖的体积密度、吸水率和力学性能。结果表明,随着稻壳掺量的增加,烧结黏土砖的体积密度和强度明显降低,吸水率提高。在同等掺量下用磨细稻壳粉所得到的内燃烧结砖比原状稻壳的成型质量好,强度、吸水率要高。从满足承重黏土砖强度要求角度,稻壳粉质量掺量应控制在5%以内。
