岩藻黄素降脂活性及其作用机制研究进展

岩藻黄素（Fucoxanthin）是海洋褐藻中主要的叶黄素类类胡萝卜素，也是褐藻中主要的降脂活性成分之一。岩藻黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗炎症、抗肥胖等多种生物活性，在代谢调节方面，岩藻黄素能促进脂肪分解和脂肪酸氧化，上调白色脂肪组织中线粒体解偶联蛋白1（UCP1）的表达，具有显著的抗肥胖功效，但其具体作用机制还需要进一步研究。本文综述近年来岩藻黄素在促进前体脂肪细胞分化、诱导白色脂肪细胞棕色化、调节胆固醇代谢等方面作用机制的研究成果，为进一步研究岩藻黄素的降脂作用机制提供理论参考。     

植物乳杆菌LAI的酵母表面展示

红花黄素提制工艺的改进研究

采用甘肃河西红花为原料 ,从红花中提取食用黄色素 传统的方法是水溶液萃取蒸发浓缩直接干燥 ,成品颜色加深 ,其水溶液色泽发暗 ,质量较差 采用水提醇沉 ,减压浓缩干燥法 ,制得的色素水溶性好 ,色泽鲜艳 ,质量较优 经反复研究试验 ,可较有把握地将该研究应用于工业化大生产 ,从而对我省红花的种植发展起一定的促进作用     

鸢尾黄素的研究进展

鸢尾黄素是一种天然存在的异黄酮,本文从生物活性和合成两大方面对鸢尾黄素的研究状况进行了综述。     

A light-harvesting siphonax-anthin-chlorophyll a／b-protein complex of marine green alga, Bryopsis corticulans

A light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b-protein complex (LHCP) was isolated directly from thylakoid membranes of marine green alga, Bryopsis corticulans, by two consecutive runs of liquid chromatography. The trimeric form of the light-harvesting complex has been obtained by sucrose gradient ultracentrifugation. The result of SDSPAGE shows that the light-harvesting complex is composed of at least five apoproteins in which a protein with apparent molecular weight of about 31 kD was never found in the major light-harvesting complex (LHC II ) from higher plants. The isolated Bryopsis corticulans light-harvesting complex contains a specific carotenoid, siphonaxanthin, as well as chlorophyll (Chl) a, Chl b, neoxanthin and violaxanthin. Siphonaxanthin which is present in the light-harvesting siphonaxanthin-chlorophyll a/b-protein complex of Bryopsis corticulans is responsible for enhanced absorption in the blue-green region (530 nm). Efficient energy transfer from both siphonaxanthin and Chl b to Chl a in Bryopsis corticulans LHCP, which has similar absorption and fluorescence emission spectra to those of the lutein-chlorophyll a/b-protein of higher plants, proved that molecular arrangement of the light-harvesting pigments was highly ordered in the Bryopsis corticulans LHCP. The siphonaxanthin-chlorophyll a/b-proteins allow enhanced absorption of blue-green light, the predominant light available in deep ocean waters or shaded subtidal marine habitats.     

Malvastrum yellow vein virus,a new Begomovirus species associated with satellite DNA molecule

Virus isolate Y47 was obtained from Malvastrum coromandelianum showing yellow vein symptom in Honghe, Yunnan Province. The complete nudcotide sequence of DNA-A was determined, it contains 2731 nuclcotides,having typical genomic organiTation of a begomovirns, encoding 6ORFs with 2ORFs [AVI(CP) and AV2] in virionsense DNA and 40RFs (ACl-AC4) in complementary-sense DNA. Comparisons show that the total DNA-A of Y47 has the highest sequence identity (77%) with that of Okra yellow vein mosaic virus-[201] (AJ002451), while less than 76% identities are found when compared with other begomoviruses. The molecular data show that virus isolate Y47 is a distinct begomovirns species, for which the name Maivastrum yellow vein vorus is proposed. Satellite DNA molecule (Y47β) was found to be associated with Y47 using the primers (beta01 and beta02) specific for DNAβ Y47β consists of 1348 nuclcotides, with a functional ORF (CI) in complemen-tary-sense DNA.Y47β has 62%--67% sequence identity with DNAβ molecule associated with Cotton leaf curl Muitan virus or Cotton leaf curl Rajasthan virus, while lower than 46% sequence identities are found when compared with other reported DNA[~ molecules. Relationship dendrograms show that DNAβ molecules are co-evolved with their help begomoviruses.

用酵母双杂交系统研究铜绿假单胞菌 EtfA 和 EtfB 蛋白的相互作用

EtfA蛋白与EtfB蛋白是铜绿假单胞菌etfA基因和etfB基因编码的蛋白质,分别构成电子传递黄素蛋白的α亚基和β亚基.应用酵母双杂交系统对EtfA和EtfB蛋白之间的相互作用进行研究,发现EtfA与EtfB之间存在较强的蛋白质间相互作用,说明铜绿假单胞菌的电子传递黄素蛋白是以异源二聚体的形式存在于细胞内的;并推测EtfA和EtfB是电子传递链的重要组分,可能为细菌鞭毛的旋转提供能量.     

阴离子聚电解质诱导硫代黄素T激基缔合物的形成因素分析
