流式细胞术检测活性污泥中微生物的群落结构

为了进一步了解活性污泥菌群结构及其功能,为污水处理的正常运转提供理论参考,本实验采用荧光原位杂交技术和流式细胞术对活性污泥细胞悬浊液进行微生物细胞检测分析,结果发现污泥中α-,β-和γ-变形杆菌亚纲和丛毛单胞菌属的微生物相对含量分别为15.09%,20.50%,12.00%和8.37%;这表明β-变形杆菌亚纲的含量最高,为活性污泥中的优势菌群.     

粘胶纤维碳化过程的形态学结构

使用光学和电子显微镜技术研究了纤维在氧化和碳化过程中的形态学结构.结果得出粘胶纤维的直径分布离散率和横截面圆形率显著地影响最终获得之碳纤维的力学性质.研究发现粘胶纤维内部存在大量微孔,表面则有稠密的沟槽,它们在氧化和碳化过程中得以部分地保留.皮芯结构是粘胶纤维形态学结构的另一重要情景.     

古代北方游牧民族正骨术考

正骨术是北方游牧民族创造和使用的一种治疗外伤的重要手法,这种疗法是在游牧经济产生之后逐渐产生和发展起来的.由于游牧人驯化动物之后在放牧、打猎、征战等生产生活的诸多方面均以骑马为主,因此在游牧人当中摔伤、骨折、脱臼的几率大为增加,从而促使了正骨术的产生和发展.     

Zircon SHRIMP geochronology of the Xinkailing-Kele complex in the northwestern Lesser Xing＇an Range, and its geological implications

Located in the eastern portion of the Xing'an-Mongolian Orogenic Belt (XMOB), the Xinkailing-Kele complex has previously been considered to be Precambrian metamorphic rocks, mainly according to its relatively high metamorphic grade. Our filed observation, however, revealed that the complex is composed mainly of metamorphic rocks (Kele complex), tectono-schists ("Xinkailing Group"), and granitoids (Xinkailing granitic complex). Dating on these rocks using advanced SHRIMP zircon U-Pb technique indicates that: (1) Biotite-plagioclase gneiss from the Kele complex has a protolith age of 337±7 Ma (2σ) and a metamorphic age of 216±3 Ma (2σ); (2) the tectono-schist of the "Xinkailing Group" gave a magmatic age of 292±6 Ma (2σ), indicative of felsic volcanic protolith of the schist formed in late Paleozoic time; and (3) the Menluhedingzi and Lengchuan granites of the Xinkailing granitic complex were emplaced at 167±4 (2σ) and 164±4 Ma (2σ), respectively. These results suggest that the Xinkailing-Kele complex is not Precambrian metamorphic rocks and the so-called Precambrian "Nenji-ang Block" does essentially not exist. In combination with regional geological data, we propose that the Kele metamorphic complex is likely related to a collisional tectonism that took place in Triassic time, as indicted by its metamorphic age of 216±3 Ma. The Xinkailing granitic complex was em-placed along the collisional zone during Mid-Jurassic time, likely in a post-orogenic or anorogenic setting.

通过理论分析，提出了球形扩张式消声结构，这一结构具有比柱形扩张结构消声量更大的优点，将这一结构用于Ｓ１９５型柴油机消声器设计，结果新设计的消声器的消声性能和油耗指标都优于产品３＃消声器。

憎水性纳米银粒的反相微乳液法制备与自组装

利用十八胺/正丁醇/正庚烷/甲酰胺/A gNO3(aq)构成的W/O型微乳液体系,在回流状态下由甲酰胺还原银离子制得了十八胺稳定的憎水性银纳米粒子,并通过UV-V is、TEM和XRD等手段对样品进行了表征.所制十八胺包裹的银纳米颗粒粒径分布较宽,且粒子形成了大、小尺寸的两个集团,在自组装试验中大、小粒子分别位于单层膜的中心和边缘地带.     

实验室造波设备及波浪模拟技术的探讨

介绍了实验室的造波机系统和造波特性及其在模型试验中的应用,并讨论了实验室内模拟海浪的检验标准及其方法,水槽模拟海浪的检验结果表明,本造波机系统能够准确地模拟波浪,规则波的叔高横向误差小于２％,波高重复误差小于１．２８％,周期重复误差小于０．２％;不规则波的平均波高误差小于４．８７％,平均周期误差小于４．５９％,波高重复性误差小于１．８７％,波高横向误差小于３．７１％,波谱拟合较邹,均满足“波浪模型     

Confirmation of ultrahigh-temperature metapelitic granulite in the Altay orogen and its geological significance

Through petrography, mineral compositions and P-T estimate results, an ultrahigh-temperature(UHT) metapelitic granulite has recently been identified from near Kalasu in the east of Altay city, with an assemblage gt-opx-silcd-sp-bt-pl-qtz. The orthopyroxene has a high-Al feature, and its Al2O3 content is as high as 8.7 wt%, indicating a UHT metamorphic condition. Its peak metamorphic condition is estimated as: P = *0.80 GPa, T = *960 °C. Metamorphic textural relations and P-T estimate results show a post-peak near-isobaric cooling anticlockwise P-T path. Zircon U-Pb age results(271 ± 5 Ma) support that the UHT metamorphic event in the region occurred in the Permian. The identification of the UHT metapelitic granulite from near Kalasu confirms the existence of the Permian UHT metamorphism in the Altay orogen, implying that the Permian extensional tectonic setting of a high-heat flow in the southern part of the Altay orogen may be closely associated with the Permian Tarim mantle plume activity.
