Enantioselective assay of S（＋）－ and R（－）－propafenone in human urine by using RP－HPLC with pre－column chiral derlvatization

The enantioselective assay for S(+)- and R(-)-propafenone (PPF) in human urine that developed in this work involves extraction of propafenone from human urine and using S(+)-propafenone as internal standard, chiral derivatization with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-beta-D-glucopranosyl isothiocyanate, and quantitation by an RP-HPLC system with UV detection (lambda=220 nm). A baseline separation of propafenone enantiomers was achieved on a 5-microm reverse phase ODS column, with a mixture of acetic acid (25:12:0.02,v/v) as mobile phase. There was good linear relationship from 24.9 ng/ml to 1875.0 ng/ml for both of enantiomers. The regression equations of the standard curves based on C(S-PPF) (or C(R-PPF)) versus ratio of A(S-PPF)/A(S) (or A(R-PPF)/A(S)) were y=0.0032x-0.081, (r=0.999) for S-PPF and y=0.0033x+0.0039, (r=0.998) for R-PPF, respectively. The method's limit of detection was 12.5 ng/ml for both enantiomers, and the method's limit of quantitation was 28.2+/-0.52 ng/ml for S-PPF, 30.4+/-methanol:water:glacial 0.53 ng/ml for R-PPF (RSD<8%, n=5). The analytical method yielded average recovery of 98.9% and 100.4% for S-PPF and R-PPF, respectively. The relative standard deviation was no more than 6.11% and 6.22% for S-PPF and R-PPF, respectively. The method enabled study of metabolism of S(+)- and R(-)-propafenone in human urine. The results from 7 volunteers administered 150 mg racemic propafenone indicated that propafenone enantiomers undergo stereoselective metabolism and that in the human body, S(+)-propafenone is metabolized more extensively than R(-)-propafenone.     

现代教育技术在高校体育教学中的作用分析

纳米复合永磁合金Nd9Fe85-xB6Mnx的XAFS研究

为了研究淬火速度及Mn掺杂对纳米复合Nd-Fe－B磁性材料微结构的影响,利用XAFS技术对不同淬火速度的Nd9Fe84.5B6Mn0.5样品及退火和未退火的Nd9Fe84.5B6Mn0.5（x－0．5和1．0）样品,进行了Fe原子局域结构的分析。结果表明,纳为复合Nd9Fe84.5B6Mn0.5噘性材料随着淬火速度的增另,Fe原子的最近邻配位距离单上,而配位无序度的变化较为复杂。退火前,掺杂微量Mn原子进入磁体的Nd2Fe14B主相晶体结构,掺杂量不同对主相局域结构的影响有明显差异。退火后,Mn原子退出磁体的主相结构,进入晶界或产生富集,没有发现掺杂量不同对主相局域 结构的影响,但对整个磁体的磁性仍然有不同的影响。     

试析墨子比喻的类型及作用

墨子在谈辩中对比喻曾有灵活多变的运用.就整体而论,这些比喻可划分为同喻和异喻.其中,前者又可进一步划分为单喻、复喻和博喻,后者又可进一步划分为本体全异于喻体、本体弱于喻体和本体强于喻体.墨子谈辩中比喻的作用是多方面的,主要涉及阐释己见、驳斥论敌、催人省悟以及止事成义.     

胜利油区砂岩成岩作用及油层保护措施研究

胜利油区不同埋藏成岩带的砂岩储集层的成岩矿物、孔隙类型、储集性以及敏感性矿物不同,造成储集层的潜在伤害类型的差异。浅埋藏砂岩储集层的潜在伤害是粘土膨胀和出砂,油层保护的重点措施是机械筛网、屏蔽暂堵和添加防膨剂;中埋藏砂岩储集层中微粒运移,粘土膨胀和孔喉堵塞是主要伤害形式,其保护措施主要是添加稳定剂和防膨剂;深埋藏砂岩储集层潜在伤害类型主要是固相颗粒堵塞,无机结垢等引起的渗透率下降,其保护措施主要是添加稳定剂及铁螯合剂,复合酸酸压和屏蔽暂堵等,同一埋藏深度的砂岩储集层,由于沉积特征,成岩演化和储集层特征的差异,决定了其潜在伤害类型的差异,应有针对性地采取措施,以获得最佳的经济效益。     

Axisymmetric fundamental solutions for a finite layer with impeded boundaries

Axisymmetrie fundamental solutions that are applied in the consolidation calculations of a finite clay layer with impeded boundaries were derived. Laplace and Hankel integral transforms were utilized with respect to time and radial coordinates, respectively in the analysis. The derivation of fundamental solutions considers two boundary-value problems involving unit point loading and ring loading in the vertical. The solut-ions are extended to circular distributed and strip distributed normal load. The computation and analysis of set-tlements, vertical total stress and excess pore pressure in the consolidation layer subject to circular loading are presented.     

A novel long-chain acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate prepared and purified from green tea polyphenols

Lipophilic tea polyphenols (LTP) were prepared by catalytic esterifieation of green tea polyphenols (GRIP) with hexadeeanoyl chloride. A novel long-chain aeyl-derivative of epigalloeateehin-3-o-gallate(EGCG) was first isolated from purification of LTP by high-speed eountereurrent ehromatography (HSCCC)using a solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water ( 1 : 1 : 1 : 1, v/v) . The moleeularstructure of the acyl-derivative, Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate-4‘-O-hexadeeanate , was elucidated by meansof elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and MS spectra.
