上海张江高科技园区:向世界高水准科技园区迈进

上海张江高科技园区成立于1992年7月．是国家级高新技术开发区，规划面积25平方公里。1999年8月，上海市委、市政府制定“聚焦张江”的战略决策，明确园区以生物医药和信息技术两大高科技产业为主导产业，集中体现创新创业的主体功能张江园区由此步入了快速发展阶段。     

各向异性体中J2的显函数表达式及其应用

给出了各向异性体中Ｊｋ矢量第２分量的显函数表达式并对它在主微裂纹干涉及微裂纹屏蔽机理中的作用做了详尽的研究。用理论分析和电算实践证明了远场Ｊ积分在微裂纹屏蔽离散模型中的再分配关系，即Ｊｋ矢量的投影守恒关系。在这个关系中，被Ｈｅｒｍａｎｎ所轻视的Ｊ２积分分一样起着重要的作用，证明了微裂纹损伤造成局部材料的刚度下降和残余应力释放这两种能量耗散过程，可用远场Ｊ积分在损伤区中的损失来描述。     

四元数体上的亚正定矩阵

本文引入四元数体上亚正定矩阵的定义，给出它的某些刻划和一种标准形，研究了它的子结构、嵌入问题和右特征值的性态。     

A Model Combining Discrete Event System Simulation and Genetic Algorithm for Buffer Allocation in Unreliable Large Production Lines

To solve the difficulties in allocating buffers for unreliable large production lines, this paper investigated a model combining the genetic algorithm with the discrete event system simulation method. In the simulation method, times-to-failure of an unreliable large production line is assumed to follow exponential distribution, whereas times-to-repair and times-to-processing are set to follow an Erlang-k distribution. Using a genetic algorithm based on special position-based mapping means and elitist protection strategy, the buffer configuration of an auto-body welding line is optimized. The simulation of the optimized configuration shows that the performance of the production line, such as productivity and the main average utilization of the workstations, is much improved. This model can optimize the allocation of buffers for unreliable large production lines effectively.     

住房贷款证券化两种模式的比较与选择

作为不动产证券化重要形式的住房抵押贷款证券化，是中国金融创新的重中之重。对我国开展住房贷款证券化的两种模式进行了比较分析，并结合国外经验指出，表外融资是我国推行住房贷款证券化应选用的最佳模式。     

C2和C10团簇在金刚石表面吸附结构的研究

用分子动力学方法模拟研究了荷能的Q和E10在金刚石(001)-(2X1)表面的化学吸附过程．主要讨论了团簇大小和入射能量对沉积团簇的结构特性的影响．随着入射能量的增加，C2和E10的沉积结构和自由团簇是不同的．研究结果支持了实验的发现，而且，从原子尺度模拟了沉积机制．     

船舶兴波流场mj求解的边界元计算方法

船舶前进定常兴波对非定常水动力问题的影响，在物面边界条件中通过所谓的mj项体现出来。由于mj项含有定常兴波势的二阶导数，给实际计算带来困难。本文将边界元方法求解叠模流场mj项的技术进一步扩展到定常兴波流场mj项的计算。并以潜体为例给出计算结果。     

Far-infrared Absorption Spectra and Properties of SnO2 Nanorods

Nanostructured materials have drawn considerable attention because they are promising candidates for nextgeneration electronic and photonic devices with low power consumption[1-5]. A number of methods, such as laser ablation[6], template-induced growth[7], arc discharge [8], vapor transport [9], and molecular-beam epitaxy[10] have been developed to synthesize Si, Ge, MgO,SnO2, GaN, and Ga2O3 nanowires or nanorods[11-15].
