一个案例引发的思考

那是开学初的—个星期四上午第四节课，伴随着同学们再见、老师再见的问候，学生们陆续离开教室，我正在收拾教案往兜里装，转身要向外面走时，迎面进来三个男同学气势汹汹地打了起来。此时我没有任何思考的余地，下意识地扔下兜子，冲上前去伸手制止这场争斗。谁想三个大小伙子如狼似虎，我拉住这边的，那个上去了，是两个打—个。我的力量太小了，当时我的呼喊已经无济于事。这时的班级里还有二十多名学生正在往外走，     

油、水介质对GCr15钢微动磨损特性的影响

采用PLINT高精度液压伺服式微动磨损试验机,在法向载荷100N、频率2Hz、位移幅值1 5～60μm,以及大气、纯净水和液压油3种不同介质条件下,对GCr15钢进行了微动磨损试验.动力学分析结合光学显微镜和激光共焦扫描显微镜(LCSM)的微观观察结果显示:流体介质对微动运行区域有轻微改变;液压油和纯净水介质明显降低了微动摩擦因数、磨痕深度和磨斑尺寸,表现出明显的润滑作用,而液压油的润滑效果明显优于纯净水 微观分析表明,3种介质条件下的微动磨损是磨粒磨损和剥层机制共同作用的结果.     

企业物流一体化运作模式研究

企业物流改革的方向是实现一体化管理．一体化运作模式的研究，为企业实施一体化管理解决战术层面的问题．从物流一体化的目标出发，分析了物流一体化的运作基础．提出在优化供应链、重构业务流程、调整组织结构、搭建信息平台的基础上，可以通过自营、第三方物流亦或分段外包的方式实施物流一体化，分别给出了具体的运作模式．最后，通过某重型汽车制造企业的实证研究说明了物流一体化运作模式的有效性．

报表的设计与使用是应用程序的必备功能，如何快速制作合乎要求的报表是编程人员经常遇到的问题。Visual Basic中报表的设计和建立可以经由多种方式，主要有：应用VB内置的Data Report控件及数据环境Data Environment；借用VBA编程和Micmsoft Excel引用；第三方Active X控件，如Segate公司的水晶报表Crystal Reports插件和控件；使用Win32 API函数，等等。

离子束动态混合注入钽对GCr15抗蚀性能的影响

腐蚀是引起GCr15制航空轴承早期失效的主要原因，选用促进钝性元素Ta用离子束动态注入的方法，来改变GCr15材料表面特性，提高其抗蚀性能，是防止航空轴承早期失效的有效途径．通过在0.5mol／LH2S04溶液和0．1mol／LNaCl溶液中电化学方法测试和人造海水环境的模拟试验及盐雾试验检测结果表明，离子束混合注入Ta具有极好抗全面腐蚀和抗点腐蚀的性能，其效果优于注Ti或注Cr，其耐蚀性提高的机理是由于注入表面形成高稳定性的Ta2O5防护膜和富钽的非晶态合金层．     

第三方物流企业战略联盟的发展模式分析

我国物流企业普遍的规模不足与战略资源短缺阻碍了企业竞争力的形成，企业孤立经营的传统模式需要被打破．我国加入WTO后，企业之间需要从对立竞争向合作竞争转变，而这一转换过程最有效的组织方式就是建立企业之间的战略联盟．本文分析了我国物流企业战略联盟的几种发展模式，提出适合我国第三方物流企业发展的动态联盟模型，并对如何保持成功的联盟关系给出一些建议．     

Atomic-scale computer simulation for early precipitation process of Ni75Al10V15 alloy

The kinetic model for a ternary system is introduced based on the microscopic diffusion form of the phase-field equations for a binary alloy. The equation is solved in the reciprocal space. This model is used to investigate the early precipitation process of Ni75-Al10V15 by simulating the atomic pictures of the two ordered phases and calculating the order parameters of γ′(Ni3Al) phase. Simulation results show that the γ′ ordered phases precipitate from the disordered matrix by a non-classical nucleation mechanism, and the nonstoichiometric γ′ ordered phase appears first and then transforms into the stoichiometric one. Clusters of V atoms appear at the γ′ phase boundaries followed by the formation of the nonstoichiometric θ ordered phase. The farther the location from γ′ phase boundary is, the lower the order degree of θ phase is. There exist two kinds of DO22 ordered domains: a horizontal one and a vertical one, related to their adjacent γ′ phase boundaries. The model could describe the atomic ordering and composition clustering simultaneously, and any a priori assumption about the new phase structure and precipitation mechanism etc. is unnecessary.     

Comparative physical mapping of rice BAC clones linked to resistance genes Glh,Bph-3 and xa-5 in Oryza sativa L. and O. granulata Nees et Arn. ex Watt.

Oryza granulata Nees et Arn. ex Watt. is one of the three wild relatives of rice,which are the most valuable for study and utilization in China.In this study,the homology and physical locations of three rice resistance genes,Glh,Bph-3 and xa-5 are comparatively analyzed between O.sativa and O. granulata by Southern blotting and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).The results of Southern blotting indicate that there exist homologous sequences of the tested RFLP markers in O. granulata.By using three bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clones scanned by the tested RFLP as probes, FISH signals are detected on both mitotic and pachytene chromosomes in O.sativa and O.granulata.Dual-color FISH demonstrates that two of the three BAC clones (14E16 and 38J9) are located on the short arm of the same chromosome pair in O. granulata. Additionally, colinearity is shown for the two clones between O.sativa and O.granulata. Another BAC clone 44B4 is located on the end of the short arm of other chromosome pair in these two species.Although the phylogenetic relationship between O.sativa and O.granulata is the most distinct in Oryza and these two species have evidently different biological features and ecological habits, the relative lengths and arm ratios of the detected chromosomes and the relative positions of the tested clone signals on chromosomes in O. granulata are quite similar to those in O. sativa.
