杂多钨酸盐K_n[MW_(11)O_(39)Ni(H_2O)]·xH_2O的氧化还原性质研究

通过极谱和循环伏安法,结合紫外光谱和X射线光电子能谱研究了过渡元素K（?）〔MW_(11)O_(39)Ni(H_2O)〕·xH_2O(M=Si、Ti、Ga、Zr)在溶液中的氧化还原性质,提出了它们的还原机理,杂多阴离子的极谱半波电位顺序为Zr>Ti>Ga>Si,发现杂多阴离子的E_(1/2)与M元素的电负性有线性关系.     

硫酸盐还原菌对碳钢腐蚀的影响研究

研究了ＳＲＢ在无氧气氛下对碳钢的腐蚀作用，以ＡＰＩ培养基为基础的腐蚀失重试验表明，在接种ＳＲＢ后，碳钢腐蚀速度明显下降，而当加入Ｆｅ２＋离子后，ＳＲＢ的繁殖速度明显加快，且腐蚀速度的增加幅度更大，进一步的研究结果显示，碳钢在此条件下的腐蚀速度与ＳＲＢ的数量和活性并无直接的关系，而主要在于细菌繁殖过程和钢铁腐蚀过程中，在金属表面所产生的铁硫化物膜的性质     

Pt—Rh合金电极上氢的吸附过程的研究

采用快速阴极动电位扫描方法对Ｐｔ－Ｒｈ合金电极上氢的吸附过程进行了研究。随着合金当中Ｒｈ含量的增加，氢的强键吸附峰值逐渐减少，在Ｗ（Ｒｈ）＝５０％－６０％合金 已表现为象肩膀一样的平台，而到百分之百的Ｒｈ时完全消失。     

TDAA-Ⅰ萃取分光光度法测定岩石矿物中的痕量汞

本文提出了一个灵敏的测定痕量汞的新方法。汞(Ⅱ)在NaBr存在下,在H_2SO_4介质中与TDAA—Ⅰ形成蓝色络合物。该缔合络合物易被非水溶剂如环已烷+丁酮(1:1)混合溶剂所萃取。在602—608nm下测量萃取液的吸光度(ε_(805)nm=8.0×10~4lmol~(-1)cm~(-1))。在0—30μgHg/10ml范围内遵守比尔定律。本法用于矿石中汞的测定结果令人满意。     

过氧化氢在酸,碱性介质中氧化,还原性差异的原因

本文从 H_O_2的电极反应的氧化反应和还原反应半反应入手,结合热办学原理和偶合反应原理,运用自由能变与电极电势的关系从理论上解释了 H_2O_2在酸碱性介质中氧化还原性存在极大差异的原因.     

羰基簇合物途径制备的碳载Pt-Co催化剂阴极抗甲醇性能

通过Pt和Co羰基簇合物途径制备了碳载Pt—Co(Pt-Co／C)复合催化剂．其金属粒子的平均粒径小．相对结晶度很低．与商业化的E-TEK Pt／C催化剂相比,该催化剂具有较好的抗甲醇性能和电催化氧还原活性．     

ISA-YMG粗铅冶炼新工艺

评述了铅提取技术的历史及现代铅提取技术的特点;针对我国目前粗铅冶炼现状,结合对高铅渣冶炼的多年研究,提出一种高效、节能、清洁的ISA-YMG粗铅冶炼新工艺,并提供了YMG还原熔炼工业试验结果。     

Recombinant PsbF from Synechococcus sp. PCC 7002 forms β:β homodimeric cytochrome b559

All organisms with oxygenic photosynthesis contain two photosystems:photosystem Ⅰ(PSⅠ)and photo-systemⅡ(PSⅡ),The minimal photosystem Ⅱ particles which are photochemically active contain three subunits:D1,D2 and cytochrome b559 (Cyt b559),The function of Cyt b559 remains unclear,We have successfully overxpressed the psbF gene,encoding the β subunit of Cyt b559,from a marine cyanobacterium Synechoccous sp.PCC 7002 as a fusion gene and obtained a redox-active from of Cyt b559,When the N-terminal GST protein of the fusion gene product was removed with thrombin ,the PsbF protein was still redox-active,suggesting that the recombinant PsbF can form dimer in Escherichia coli.The absorption spectra of either the oxidized from or the reduced form of both GST fusion protein and the purified PsbF dimer and the difference Spectra between the two forms are the same as that of the Cyt b559 isolated from the higher plants .Redox titration analysis of recombinant PsbF showed that the mid-point redox potential of the recombinant Cyt b559 was approximately 50 mV, which is close to the low potential of Cyt b559 ,The results are helpful to the understanding of locatlization and function of Cyt b559 on thylakoid membranes.Ⅰ     

Grove Mountains （GRV）99027： A new Martian meteorite

We report the petrography, mineral chemistry and oxygen isotopic composition of GRV 99027, a new Martian meteorite recently collected during the 16th Chinese Antarctic Research Expedition. This meteorite consists of two textural regions. The interstitial region is characterized by the presence of plagioclase and phosphate, and higher FeO contents of olivine and orthopyroxene, in comparison with the poikilitic region. All of the observations are similar to the three known Martian lherzolites. We classify GRV 99027 as the fourth sample of Martian lherzolite.
