Eolian origin of the Miocene loess-soil sequence at Qin’an, China: Evidence of quartz morphology and quartz grain-size

Recent study revealed that the so-called Neogene Gansu System in the western Loess Plateau contains loess-soil sequences of Miocene age. A most complete sequence （QA-I） covers a time interval from ～22 to ～.6.2 Ma BP, consisting of more than 230 visually definable paleosols interbedded with loess layers. A loess-soil sequence of late Miocene-Pliocene age, synchronous with the Hipparian Red Clay in the eastern Loess Plateau, was also recognized, and extends the Miocene sequences into the Pliocene, ～3.5 Ma BP. Recently, Miocene eolian deposits were also reported from the high terraces near Xining.

Shape controllable preparations of PbS nanocrystals using cysteine as the precursor of S^2- ions

Flowerlike, spherical and cubic PbS nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by refluxing cysteine and lead nitrate in an alkaline solu- tion. The influences of the cysteine to Pb2 molar ratio, the pH value of the reaction mixture as well as the refluxing time on the shape of PbS nanoparticles were investigated. Detailed experimental results demonstrated that a higher molar ratio of cysteine to Pb2 (5.2:1) and shorter refluxing time favor the for- mation of flowerlike PbS nanoparticles at pH 9.0. While lower pH value (8.0) favors the formation of spherical PbS nanoparticles, and higher pH value (10.0), however, favors the formation of cubic PbS nanoparticles. The mechanism for the shape control of PbS nanoparticles is discussed.

布拉格父子对X射线晶体衍射的研究及其启示

高温超导滤波器研制

设计并制作了中心频率为2 007.5MH z,带宽为15MH z的6阶T l2B a2C aCu2O8高温超导微带滤波器.采用在谐振器之间插入微带条来微调耦合间距的办法,提高了设计的精确度.实测结果表明滤波器的最小插入损耗为0.25 dB,带外抑制约60 dB,带内波纹为0.16 dB,中心频率、带宽以及边带陡峭度等都与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了设计与制作的一致性.     

0.25 μm CMOS蓝牙射频接收机前端

采用TSMC 0.25 μm CMOS工艺，设计了一种2.4 GHz CMOS低中频结构的蓝牙射频接收机前端.整个接收机前端包含全差分低噪声放大器、混频器以及产生正交信号的多相滤波器.叙述了主要设计过程并给出了优化仿真结果.采用Cadence SpectreRF进行仿真，获得了如下结果：在2.5 V工作电压下，中频输出增益为21 dB，噪声系数为7 dB，输入P 1 dB为-21.3 dBm，IIP3为-9.78 dBm，接收机前端总的电流消耗为16.1 mA.     

原位拉曼光谱和石英晶体微天平研究S2O2-8还原过程中的电势振荡

利用原位拉曼光谱和石英晶体微天平(EQCM)技术对高浓度S2O2-8在金电极上还原过程中所产生的伴有周期性析氢现象的电势振荡行为进行了研究,进一步证明了S2O2-8还原引起的极限扩散耗尽和析氢导致的对流恢复是造成其电势振荡的根本原因.     

一种环型腔可调谐掺铒光纤激光器的研究

利用光纤光栅作为调谐装置研制了可调谐的光纤激光器.调谐装置简单,性能稳定,实验中选定激光二极管工作电流为300 mA,激光输出功率为6.747 mW的条件下,实现激光输出波长在1 546.326 0 nm到1 549.736 0 nm范围内连续可调.
