斜纹夜蛾NPV多角体基因的克隆和部分测序

本文对ＳＩＮＰＶ基因组作了酶解分析，测得其基因组大小为１４５ｋｂ，并用双酶法确定了ＳＩＮＰＶ基因组的ＨｉｎｄⅢ和ＰｓｔⅠ物理图谱。以含ＡｃＮＰＶ多角体基因的质粒ｐＡＣ－Ⅰ的ＳａｌＩ－Ｃ片段为探针，对ＳＩＮＰＶＤＮＡ酶切片段ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ转印杂交结果，初步判断多角体基因定位于ＰｓｔＩ－Ｂ／Ｃ／Ｄ片段、ＢｇｌⅡ－Ｃ／Ｄ片段、ＢａｍＨＩ－Ｂ／Ｃ片段和ＥｃｏＲＩ－Ａ／Ｂ片段上，且ＳＩＮＰＶ与ＡｃＮＰＶ多角体蛋白基因有６４％的同源性，而以大肠仟菌质粒ｐＵＣ１９为载体对ＳＩＮＰＶ的多角体基因试克隆，得到带有ＢｇｌⅡ－ＰｓｔⅠ双酶切片段的２个克隆子。对这两个杂交阳性克隆子之一的核苷酸序列测定，表明插入片段与ＢｍＮＰＶ多角体基因上游序列亦有一定同源性。     

Apoptosis of Spodoptera litura larval hemocytes induced by heavy metal zinc

By adding different amount of zinc into the artificial medium of the insect larvae, the zinc-induced apoptosis of the larvae haemocytes of the herbivorous insect Spodoptera litura Fabricius was investigated with flow cytometer. The results showed that the increase of zinc dose in the artificial feed led to the accumulations of zinc in the larval hemolymph and fat body, and more zinc was accumulated in fat body than in hemolymph. The apoptosis of hemocytes was significantly induced at high zinc concentration （1000 mg·kg^-1） in the insect diet, and the apoptosis rate was 63.63%, which was remarkably higher than that at control and lower concentrations （50--500 mg·kg^-1）. This suggests that the high dose of zinc in the artificial diet of S. litura larvae could induce the apoptosis of the larval hemocytes of S. litura.     

Microbial control of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. （Lepidoptera： Yponomeutidae） using bacteria （Xenorhabdus nematophila） and its metabolites from the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae

Cells and cell-free solutions of the culture filtrate of the bacterial symbiont, Xenorhabdus nematophila taken from the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae in aqueous broth suspensions were lethal to larvae of the diamondback moth Plutella xylostella. Their application on leaves of Chinese cabbage indicated that the cells can penetrate into the insects in the absence of the nematode vector. Cell-free solutions containing metabolites were also proved as effective as bacterial cells suspension. The application of aqueous suspensions of cells of X.nematophila or solutions containing its toxic metabolites to the leaves represents a possible new strategy for controlling insect pests on foliage.     

SlNPV PK基因的部分序列分析

ＳｌＮＰＶ基因组ＤＮＡ的ＨｉｎｄⅢ－Ｘｂａ片段上含有部分的ＰＫ基因，ＳｌＮＰＶＰＫ的氨基酸序列与ＨａＮＰＶ，ＨｚＮＰＶＳｐｌｉＮＰＶ，ＡｆＮＰＶ，ＡｃＮＩＶ，ＬｄＮＰＶＰＫ氨基酸序列的同源性分别为４５％，４４％，８９％，３７％，３８％和３７％，其上含有蛋白激酶的特征序列ＩＶＨＡＮＤＶＫＬＥＮＶＬ。     

云南草地贪夜蛾区域生态防控思想与对策

云南是中国草地贪夜蛾（Spodoptera frugiperda）危害最严重的省份，统筹云南草地贪夜蛾区域防控对于全国草地贪夜蛾防控具有重要战略意义.作者提出并阐述了云南草地贪夜蛾区域生态防控思想，将云南草地贪夜蛾发生地划分为七大发生区，以边境防控、虫源地防控和通道防控作为典型案例，探讨了区域生态防控对策.研究将为制定云南草地贪夜蛾科学防控方案提供理论依据和科学指导.     

梳冬夜蛾和白边切夜蛾卵抗寒性研究

对梳冬夜蛾和白边切夜蛾卵的过冷却点、结冰点和不同低温强度及持续时间等指标的冷冻处理测定结果:梳冬夜蛾卵过冷却点为-18.76±4.09℃,结冰点为-17.7±5.02℃;白边切夜蛾卵的相应指标分别为-8.13±3.17℃和-7.15±3.09℃。两种蛾卵在一定的低温条件下,处理时间愈长,卵孵化率愈低;随着低温强度加大,卵孵化率明显降低。     

西宁地区海甘蓝农学性状的观察与分析

对西宁地区海甘蓝外部形状、生育期及花芽分化的观察及种子成份的测定结果：海甘蓝株高为82—85cm，生育日数116—134d，千粒重5．25—6．20g；播种到开花约80d，花期25d左右。经测定，其种子含油量为47．14％，其中芥酸含量高达63．17μmol／g，硫甙含量为72．49—84．70μmol／g。
