TRIZ创新方法在中国企业的推广应用模式探讨

"创新"是企业持续发展的不竭动力,也是企业转亏为盈的契机。目前,国外许多知名企业在应用创新方法方面已经积累了大量的经验。总结和分析这些经验,再结合国内目前应用TRIZ创新方法的现状,探讨TRIZ创新方法在中国企业的推广应用模式,对提高中国企业自主创新能力有着重要意义。     

An Overview of Kernelization Algorithms for Graph Modification Problems

Kernelization algorithms for graph modification problems are important ingredients in parameterized computation theory. In this paper, we survey the kernelization algorithms for four types of graph modification problems, which include vertex deletion problems, edge editing problems, edge deletion problems, and edge completion problems. For each type of problem, we outline typical examples together with recent results, analyze the main techniques, and provide some suggestions for future research in this field.     

异质多智能体系统在固定拓扑下的分组一致性

研究了异质多智能体系统的分组一致性,针对固定通信拓扑情况,提出了一种基于邻接信息的分布式控制协议,并通过李雅普诺夫理论,推导出异质多智能体系统实现分组一致性的充分条件.最后利用数值仿真验证了理论分析的正确性.

Image separation using wavelet-complex shearlet dictionary

This paper presents a new method for image separation through employing a combined dictionary consisting of wavelets and complex shearlets. Because the combined dictionary sparsely represents points and curvilinear singularities respectively, the image can be decomposed into pointlike and curvelike parts as accurate as possible. The proposed method based on the geo- metric separation theory introduced by Donoho in 2005 shows that accurate geometric separation of the morphologically distinct fea- tures of points and curves can be achieved by l1 minimization. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only be effective but also greatly reduce the computing time.

从宏观角度分析汇率，购买力平价理论提出，从产品市场的角度提出两国货币的汇率取决于它们各种的购买力。而利率平价理论指出，从货币市场角度分析，提出利差是导致两国汇率远期差价的原因，即本国利率提升能够导致本币对外币汇率的上升。在弹性价格货币模型中，用现代货币学派的供求理论来说明汇率和货币关系，即当一国货币供应超过需求时，价格水平趋于上升，导致汇率下跌。     

浅谈大学生就业指导课程存在问题及解决对策

大学生就业指导课程，让大学生提前熟知就业相关内容和政策，掌握相关技巧；其重要性在就业形势复杂严峻的年代里更加凸显。本文对师资配置、课程设置以及授课形式等方面存在的问题进行分析，井针对问题提出相应的解决对策。     

（1-uv）-CONSTACYCLIC CODES OVER Fp＋uFp＋vFp＋uvFp

Constacyclic codes are an important class of linear codes in coding theory.Many optimal linear codes are directly derived from constacyclic codes.In this paper,（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over the local ring Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are studied.It is proved that the image of a（1 — uv）-constacyclic code of length n over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp under a Gray map is a distance invariant quasi-cyclic code of index p2 and length p3n over Fp.Several examples of optimal linear codes over Fp from（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are given.
