Cr^3＋在AgX（X=Cl,Br）四角晶位中的零场分裂和g因子

用双自旋－轨道耦合模型研究了Ｃｒ３＋在ＡｇＸ（Ｘ＝Ｃｌ,Ｂｒ）四角晶位中的零场分裂Ｄ和ｇ因子．研究表明,中心金属离子和配体（Ｃｌ,Ｂｒ）对络合物ＥＰＲ参量的贡献都应考虑．     

计算径赛项目成绩“达到最高成绩百分比”方法的探讨

径赛项目成绩在体育统计中有其特殊性,因此其计算方法应注意其数字上的特点:在以往资料中,计算径赛项目成绩“达到最高成绩百分比”的方法有明显的弊病,提出用A-(X_i-A)/A×100％的式子去进行计算,可达到在不改变其比例性质的前提下使径赛项目等距离成绩“达到最高成绩百分比”为等距递增。     

人非小细胞肺癌rasP^21和CD44的表达及意义

用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测４６例非小细胞肺癌ｒａｓＰ２１和ＣＤ４４的表达。结果：ｒａｓＰ２１的阳性率鳞癌为５９％,腺癌６３％;ＣＤ４４的阳性率鳞癌为４１％,腺癌６３％。统计学分析证明：不同临床分期的ｒａｓＰ２１表达强度有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１）;有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移的ＣＤ４４表达程度有显著性差异（鳞癌Ｐ＜００１,腺癌Ｐ＜００２５）;ｒａｓＰ２１与ＣＤ４４表达强度两者无相关性（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：ｒａｓＰ２１的表达与预后不良有关,ＣＤ４４的表达与淋巴结转移有关。     

激光测油液污染度的原理及其测定装置

选取了光测法检测油液污染度,在适合的波段内,油样对光均具有一般吸收,透光率相对稳定且较大;油样粘度的变化对透光率影响较小,而油液颜色的深浅对透光率有影响。导出了定量分析油液污染程度、消除油液颜色影响和提高检测精确度的理论公式,讨论了影响检测结果的因素及相应的解决方法．     

V棱镜法测掺Yb^3＋激光玻璃折射率

用Ｖ棱镜法测量了一类非常用应用前景的掺Ｙｂ＾３＋激光玻璃的折射率,得到了一些有用的数据,对有关掺Ｙｂ＾３＋激光玻璃的研究工作起了一定的辅助作用。     

Electrophysiological research of synapse formation from beginning to maturity

The development of synapses is an important question in neurobiology. We employ patchclamp technique to record MEPCs and EPCs of myoballs inXenopus cell culture. The rate of EPC/MEPC is related with synapses maturation. Accordingly, we define the mature synapses as those whose rate of presynaptic membrane ’ s EPC to MEPC is more than 8. The process of maturation needs about 2–5 h after neuntes contact with myoballs. We divide the development of synapses into three stages: young, developing and mature. The neurotransmitters stack gradually and increase by hundreds of times along with young synapses growing into maturity. So the process of synapses maturation should include presynaptic membrane specialization, postsynaptic membrane specialization and neurotransmitters stack.     

Third-order optical nonlinearities for lanthanum (Ⅲ) complexes with 1,10-phenanthroline components

The nonlinear refractive indexes n 2 for the ethanol solutions of 1,10-phenanthroline (2.0×10 -3 mol·L -1), [bis(1,10-phenanthroline) lanthanum (Ⅲ)] nitrate (1.0×10 -3 mol·L -1), and [nitrato-fluoracil-bis (1,10-phenanthroline) lanthanum (Ⅲ)] nitrate (1.0×10 -3 mol·L -1) are first measured, the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities χ (3) and <γ> are calculated, and the mechanisms of the third-order optical nonlinearities enhanced by lanthanum (Ⅲ) are discussed preliminarily.     

激光照射对金鱼受精卵生物效应的研究

本文采用He－Ne632．8um激光照射金鱼受精卵,实验结果表明不同剂量的激光照射对金鱼的受精率、孵化时间和孵化率等的影响是不同的,存在一个最佳照射剂量,在此剂量下各生物性能指标均有较大的提高．跟踪观察发现经激光照射而孵化出的金鱼有较大的变异。     

铝合金激光熔覆

采用大功率激光在铸铝合金的表面熔覆镍基合金粉末,熔覆材料是Ｎｉ６０,Ａｌ包Ｎｉ和Ｎｉ包Ａｌ粉末,基体是ＺＬ１０８。通过研究选出最佳工艺参数范围,对熔覆层进行了宏观和显微组织观察及性能测试。结果表明,Ｎｉ６０熔覆层具有良好的耐磨性和使用性。
