两种算术函数上下界的讨论

在自然数中，任意自然数ｎ都可由若干个１通过加、减、乘法运算表示出来；也可以去掉减号，由若干个１通过加和乘法表示出来。在ｎ的所有可能的表示法中，我们分别用ｆ（ｎ）和ｇ（ｎ）记这两种表示法中包含１的个数最少的那种表示法中所含１的个数，参考文献［１］中给出了ｆ（ｎ）的一个较强的上下界估计，本文进一步证明了不等式３ｌｏｇ３ｎ≤ｆ（ｎ）≤３．６８ｌｏｇ３ｎ３ｌｏｇ３ｎ≤ｇ（ｎ）≤４．７６ｌｏｇ３ｎ并讨论了∑ｎ≤ｘｆ（ｎ），∑ｎ≤ｘｇ（ｎ），的渐近性质     

Analysis of components of conserved “backbone sequences”among genomes of Shigella spp. strains

Difference in the genomic compositions of prokaryotes is the basis of the diversity in their biological characters. However, besides their flora-or strain-specific genes,those floras with closer relationship in the evolution also have conserved “backbone sequences”, which reveal the marks of their origin and evolution, and these “backbone sequences”are just the basis of their elementary living abilities and common biological properties. Shigella is very closely related to E. coli in the origin and evolution, and may turn out to belong to the same genus. In this study, a microarray containing E. coli K-12 whole genome and Sf301 specific ORFs is used to investigate the genomic components of four Shigella strains. The results indicate that 16%-22% K-12 ORFs sequences are not detected in the genome of Shigella strains while the genome of Shigella contains at least 2800 conserved ORFs, which compose the common “backbone sequences”.Advanced analysis indicated that the “backbone sequences”are the essential components in maintaining the normal physiological activities of intestinal bacteria. Furthermore,only 20% Sf301-specific ORFs exist in other strains simultaneously, which demonstrate the great genome heterogeneity and the genetic diversity among the strains.     

T型介观空腔结构电子输运性质的研究

利用格林函数方法计算了T型介观空腔结构的电子传输特性,分别运用递归格林函数和全格子格林函数技术给出体系的总格林函数,导出T型介现空腔结构的电导方程．计算结果表明：格林函数方法可以非常方便地应用到介观空腔结构电子传输性质的研究中．由于空腔的存在,使原来平台结构的传输系数出现了复杂的传输谱结构．     

积分中值定理“中间点”的分析性质

讨论了积分中值定理中间点的单调性、连续性、可导性,给出了一组充分条件,并证明了三个相关定理．进一步完善了积分中值定理“中间点”的分析性质．     

控制油气沿断层纵向运移的地质因素

根据油气纵向分布特征,系统地总结了控制油气沿断层纵向运移的地质因素。研究结果表明,区域盖层、走滑性质、断岐的活动强度、油源的充足程度是油气纵向分布的主要控制因素;而断面正应力、砂泥岩比值、排驱压力值等对油气的纵向聚集起到了重要的控制作用,但与纵向含油气层系的长短关系不大。并进一步阐述了断层活动与地震对油气纵向运移的影响。两者通常是伴生的,后者更有利于油气沿断层的垂向运移,规模也较大,而前者差些。     

SiC电子输运性质研究及散射率的简化子计算

用流体动力学平衡方程研究了4H-SiC的漂移速度,平均电子能量等输运性质,并考虑了非抛物能带效应和各向异性效应.同时对散射率的计算进行了简化,并用简化公式研究了3C-SiC的线性和非线性输运,在场强不超过200kV/cm时,引起的误差仍在允许范围内.     

一类微分方程的约化及其约化方程的Painlevé分析

对一类非线性偏微分方程组进行行波约化和相似约化,使原来的偏微分方程约化为常微分方程,并对此常微分方程进行Painleve分析,进一步给出此类非线性偏微分方程约化后的常微分方程组只有“弱”Painleve性质,还给出微分方程具有“弱”Painleve性质的一个例证。     

一种新的肼基硫代酸苄酯的合成及荧光性质

合成了一个新的化合物,4-(N,N-二乙酰氧乙基氨基)苯甲醛缩肼基硫代酸苄酯,运用FT-IR,1H-NMR,UV-Vis,元素分析等进行了表征分析,测定了该化合物的荧光性质,从理论上分析了该化合物"反常"的双重荧光现象。     

Degradation of pyrene and characterization of<Emphasis Type="Italic">Saccharothrix</Emphasis> sp. PYX-6 from the oligotrophic Tianchi Lake in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China

Bacterial strain PYX-6 that utilizes anthracene,phenanthrene, or pyrene for carbon and energy sources for growth was isolated from a non-polluted lake (Tianchi Lake) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. Its morphology, physiological and biochemical properties, cell wall pattern and G C mol% content of DNA molecules were characterized. The 16S rRNA gene of strain PYX-6 was sequenced and analyzed for similarities to related bacterial species. Results indicated that strain PYX-6 is a member of the Genus Saccharothrix, and the strain was named Saccha-rothrix sp. PYX-6. When pyrene was the sole carbon source in cultural medium, the strain PYX-6 assimilated pyrene for growth and 0.005% of yeast extract stimulated pyrene degradation and assimilation. The optimal pH of cultural medium and the optimal shaking frequency during cultivation were 6-8 and 200 r/m, respectively. It was found that the disappearance of pyrene in medium occurred before significant growth of strain PYX-6 took place. Phthalic acid, benzylacetic acid, and benzylpropenoic acid were detected as catabolic intermediates during pyrene degradation with mass spectroscopy and this result indicated that Saccharothrix sp.PYX-6 adopted a pathway that is different from the pathway of the previously reported pyrene-degrading Mycobacterium sp. PYR-1.     

Thermodynamic characterization of two novel spin-crossover complexes

Spin-crossover complexes are of great interest to the scientists because of their potential application in molecular-based electronic devices.
