(e,2e)动力学实验对称性的研究

通过(e,2e)动力学实验装置,在不对称几何条件下,且入射电子能量相同时(E0=340eV),通过改变动量转移的大小,研究三重微分截面角关联曲线对称性的破坏.实验结果表明,当动量转移较大时,实验获得的三重微分截面角关联曲线峰位与动量转移(K)位置更接近,表明动量转移(K)是一个重要的物理量,它制约着三重微分截面角关联曲线的对称性.     

New crystal structure of molecular complex 1-piperidine carboxylate-piperidinium-H<Subscript>2</Subscript>O studied by X-ray single crystal diffraction

Piperidine absorbs CO2 and H2O in air to form a molecular complex： piperidium-l-piperidinecarboxylate-H2O. The structure of the complex was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal structure was determined to be triclinic, space group P1^-with a=0.648 6（8） nm, b=0.809 200） nm, c= 1.357 1（16） nm, a=96.96706）°, β =102.506（15）°,γ=104.202 05）°, Z=2. The complex is stabilized via five hydrogen bonds between the three components, N-O electrostatic interaction and O-O interaction （electron transfer） betweenl-piperidinecarboxylate and H2O. Due to electron transference of carbamate ion, the oxygen atom in water molecule is strongly negatively charged and the O-H bond is considerably shorter than that of the free molecule of water. The formation of the molecular complex is a reversible process and will decompose upon heating. The mechanism of formation and stabilization is further investigated herein.     

多卤化物引发苯乙烯原子转移自由基聚合官能度的研究

以四氯化碳和三氯乙酸甲酯分别与苯乙烯（St）发生原子转移自由基加成反应,合成了多官能卤化物1-苯基-1,3,3,3-四氯丙烷(TCPP)和2,2,4-三氯-4-苯基丁酸甲酯(MTCPB),然后分别以TCPP和MTCPB为引发剂、氯化亚铜为催化剂、2,2'-联吡啶为配体,进行St的原子转移自由基聚合反应。采用核磁氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对聚合物结构和分子量进行分析表征,结果表明：聚合物分子量与单体转化率之间存在较好的线性关系;TCPP和MTCPB都是St原子转移自由基聚合的双官能度引发剂。     

现代信用:道德约束与经济关系——"信用"含义的再探索

从本质上来说,信用其实是一种社会关系,只有在人与人交往的过程之中才能产生、存在与发展.作为一种社会关系的"信用",既可以体现为以"诚信"为特征的道德约束,也可以体现为作为一种有条件的价值转移形式的经济关系.在发达的、现代的市场经济中,对整个社会而言,信用也可以说是一种具有正的外部性的社会资本;对单个主体而言,作为信用体现的"信誉"、"守信"以及"诚信"等,也是一种能给自己带来价值的无形资产.     

一种新型的BCD工艺栅驱动集成电路

分析了高压栅极驱动集成电路热耗散产生的原因和隔离技术的特点,研制出一种新型的700VBCD工艺栅驱动集成电路.通过减小LDMOS电流和开启时间降低芯片高速工作时的发热量,配合电路设计调整了BCD工艺,解决了高功耗和地线浮动等制约其发展和应用的难题.仿真和测试结果表明,该集成电路工作在1MHz,400V时,总功耗仅为0.4W.     

Rapid growth and sterility of growth hormone gene transgenic triploid carp

Triploid carp (100%) with 150 (3n=150) chromosomes were obtained by crossing the females of improved tetraploid hybrids (♀, 4n=200) of red crucian carp (♀)×common carp (♂) with the males of diploid yellow river carp (♂, 2n=100). The crosses yielded transgenic triploid carp (positive triploid fish, 44.2% of the progeny) and non-transgenic triploid carp (negative triploid fish). Histological examination of the gonads of 24-month-old positive triploid fish suggested they were sterile and the fish were not able to produce mature gametes during the breeding season. Morphologically, both the positive and negative triploid fish were similar. They had a spindle-shaped, laterally compressed, steel grey body with two pairs of barbells. Most of the quantifiable traits of the triploid carp were intermediate between those of the two parents. The positive and negative triploid fish were raised in the same pond for 2 years. The mean body weight of the positive triploid fish was 2.3 times higher than the negative triploid fish. The weight of the largest positive triploid fish was 2.91 times higher than that of the largest negative triploid fish. Thus, we produced fast-growing transgenic triploid carp that have a reduced ecological risk because of their inability to mate and produce progeny.

运用托达罗基本分析模型分别从宏观和微观两个层面研究辽宁沿海经济带农村人力资源转移问题,分析农村人力资源状况、城乡收入差距、总体就业形势等因素以及教育水平、文化差异、心里舒适度等个人心理成本因素的影响.在托达罗分析模型的基础上,结合辽宁沿海经济带整体开发背景,提出坚持政府推动和市场主导相结合、增强城市吸纳能力和扩大在农业(农村)内部就业相结合的人力资源转移方向,构建辽宁沿海经济带农村人力资源转移的基本模式.     

基本养老保险关系转移持续探讨

2010年伊始实行的<城镇企业职工基本养老关系转移持续办法暂行办法>为我国跨地区养老保险关系实现顺畅转移提供了可能,但是在其实践过程中却存在参保与收益水平差异、异地对接困难、自我流动难以转移等问题.经过研究分析,认为只有采取加强政府间协调、加快社保信息化建设、提高经办人员素质、加大宣传力度等,新办法才能不断完善,促进我国社会保障制度的进步.
