我校被评为全省首批“安全文明校园”

在2005年下半年开展的全省首批“安全明校园”评估工作中，新余高专因校园治安综合治理工作成效显，被省综治委学校及周边治安综合治理领导小组评为全省首批“安全明校园”。这次全省共有6所高校和21所中小学校获得首批“安全明校园”的荣誉称号，新余高专是专科院校中获此称号的唯一一所。     

校园邮件系统的研究及搭建

随着校园信息化建设进程的不断加快，越来越多的学校搭建了自己的邮件系统，提供给教师或者学生使用。文中通过对当前市场上的墼往系统产品进行分析，选取出适合校园的邮件系统产品，并结合该产品的特点制订出一个校园邮件系统搭建方案。     

基于GIS的电力传输网络资源管理系统的设计

文中主要介绍了一种基于GIS的电力通信传输资源管理系统的设计方法，系统以功能实现为核心，采用分层的思想，以GIS的手段展现。

浅析高校校园景观设计与校园文化建设的融合——顺德职院滨江公园的的景观设计创作札记

在高等教育理念的前题指引下，高等教育理念与校园规划理念的结合并将其反应于校园环境上，并且在景观设计中体现大学的精神，通过对景观要素的表现，对环境，文脉的尊重和营造，建设一个面向新世纪的现代化，信息化，人性化，社会化的可持续发展的“一流大学”优美校园环境和高品位的高校校园文化。     

城市地理信息三维可视化研究

讨论的城市地理信息系统三维可视化技术致力于将传统的地理信息系统和虚拟现实技术结合起来，通过对图形数据和属性数据库的共同管理、分析及操作，实现数据可视化，为城市管理和决策提供准确、及时、全面的信息、依据和手段，促进城市管理的规范和科学化。本文建立的三维可视化城市地理信息系统使用了细节层次(Level of Detail，LOD)显示技术和视景分块调度技术来提高实时性。     

基于PDA的GIS矢量数据组织模型探讨

基于掌上电脑,对几种GIS矢量数据组织模型进行了分析和深入讨论,指出了其在掌上电脑上的适应性。通过实验研究与编程实现,得出了一种在掌上电脑上具有较好的完备性和适应性的矢量数据组织模型。     

Assessment of rice fields by GIS／GPS-supported classification of MODIS data

The new Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite image offers a large choice of opportunities for operational applications. The 1-km Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) image is not suitable for retrieval of field level parameter and Landsat data are not frequent enough for monitoring changes in crop parameters during the critical crop growth periods.A methodology to map areas of paddy fields using MODIS,geographic information system (GIS) and global position system (GPS) is introduced in this paper. Training samples are selected and located with the help of GPS to provide maximal accuracy.A concept of assessing areas of potential cultivation of rice is suggested by means of GIS integration. By integration of MODIS with GIS and GPS technologies the actual areas of rice fields in 2002 have been mapped. The classification accuracy was 95.7% percent compared with the statistical data of the Agricultural Bureau of Zhejiang Province.     

A multi-agent system architecture for geographic information gathering

World Wide Web (WWW) is a vast repository of information, including a great deal of geographic information. But the location and retrieval of geographic information will require a significant amount of time and effort. In addition, different users usually have different views and interests in the same information. To resolve such problems, this paper first proposed a model of geographic information gathering based on multi-Agent (MA) architecture. Then based on this model, we construct a prototype system with GML (Geography Markup Language). This system consists of three tiers-Client, Web Server and Data Resource. Finally, we expatiate on the process of Web Server.
