双机架可逆冷连轧机组厚度分配途径

为了提高双机架可逆冷轧机的生产效率和设备安全性,用改进后的综合等负荷函数法设计了双机架四辊可逆冷轧机轧制规范,通过ANSYS模拟得到了轧辊的最大压扁半径值,并用其改善了Stone轧制力模型的收敛性,满足了负荷分配的需要.实验表明,该方法将预报轧制力精度控制在8%以内.     

CaO-SiO_2-Na_2O-CaF_2-Al_2O_3-MgO渣系的粘度和结晶温度

采用CaOSiO2Na2OCaF2Al2O3MgO渣系,用差热分析仪测定熔渣的结晶温度,用粘度测定仪测定熔渣的粘度,研究结晶温度和粘度与碱度、w(Na2CO3)、w(CaF2)、w(Al2O3)和w(MgO)之间的关系,并得到相应的回归方程·利用这两个回归方程,可以预测连铸保护渣的结晶性能和粘性特征·化学成分通过改变粘度,来影响晶核形成速度和晶体成长速度,从而决定了熔渣的结晶性能·结晶温度随着粘度的减小而升高·渣系中只有MgO可以在减小粘度的同时降低结晶温度     

Thermomechanical Behavior in Continuous Bloom Casting with Different Mold Tapers

A two-dimensional finite element model was used to analyze the thermal and mechanical behavior during solidification of the strand in a continuous bloom casting mold. The coupled heat transfer and deformation were analyzed to simulate the formation of the air gap between the mold and the strand. The model was used to investigate the influence of mold taper on the temperature and stress distributions in the strand. The results show that the air gap mainly forms around the strand corner, causing a hotter and thinner solidifying shell in this region. The mold taper partially compensates for the strand shell shrinkage and reduces the influence of the air gap on the heat transfer. The mold taper compresses the shell and changes the stress state around the strand corner region. As the strand moves down into the mold, the mold constraint causes compressive stress beneath the corner surface, which reduces the hot tear that forms on the strand.     

水钢H08钢连铸保护渣的研制

针对水钢H08钢铸坯表面存在严重凹陷缺陷、浇注过程中漏钢率高的问题,对钢种凝固特性进行了分析和对原用保护渣进行了优化.结果表明:水钢焊H08钢在结晶器凝固过程中,产生凹陷有2种情况:[C]=0.067%～0.080%,温度为1 499℃,发生包晶δ+L→γ转变;[C]=0.040%～0.067%,温度约为1 450～1 499℃时,开始δ→γ转变,易产生凹陷.保护渣优化后的性能范围:二元碱度0.85～0.95、熔化温度1 150～1 180℃、1 300℃粘度0.50～0.65 Pa·S、转折温度1 150～1 190℃.优化后的B渣浇注的铸坯凹陷数量显著减少,据统计数据长度大于50 mm的凹陷条数百分比由优化前20%减少到1%;漏钢率由优化前2%减少到0.13%.     

酸连轧薄带钢塌卷缺陷工艺改进

本文介绍了安钢冷轧有限公司1 550mm酸连轧机组生产0.25～0.40mm厚度薄规格钢卷心形卷缺陷,通过带钢板形控制和卷取张力控制的优化,并对新型钢套筒不断进行试验,逐步实现了0.4mm以下厚度带钢不同厚度范围带钢的卷形控制。
